• Philippe (10/5): Très bon hebergement pour découvrir NAPLES - l'accueil. Le plein centre historique. La boisson dans le frigo à l'arrivée et même un croissant proposé par la propriétaire du logement. Le calme est un plus. j'ai oublié, le lit super confortable. Pas de commentaire.
• Philippe (10/5): NUIT ROMANTIQUE POUR LA DECOUVERTE DE NAPLES - Après une nuit passé dans cet hébergement et 4 nuits sur Ischia, nous sommes revenus dans cet hotel ou tout était parfait et un raffraichissement à l'arrivée. La machine à café et la théiere, le frigo et le calme. j'y reviendrai. Pas de commentaire

• Mario (8/5): Sehr gute Lösung für einen Kuztrip nach Neapel - Appartmenmt in einem typischen neapolitanischen Altbau im Hinterhof, von daher recht ruhig. Sehr gute Lage fussläufig zum historischen Zentrum. Das spanische Viertel ist auch gut zu erreichen. Übergabe hat auch gut geklappt auch wenn wir nicht italienisch und die Gastgeber kein deutsch oder englisch sprachen. War soweit alles prima. Leider hat es im Bad arg nach Abfluss gerochen, obwohl die Sauberkeit im allgemeinen sehr gut war.

In una ventina di minuti si raggiunge il centro e le strade principali e più visitate si trovano a due passi dietro la struttura. Metro vicina.

• MAURO (4/5): - Zona centrale facile L'appartamento era assolutamente poco confortevole. Arredamento essenziale e poco curato. Era pulito ma alcune parti dei muri avevano la muffa e vari buchi (stop, tubi dei termosifoni,...). La cosa peggiore però era il bagno, malridotto e soprattutto maleodorante. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con il bagno chiuso e la finestra aperta e nonostante tutto c'era un odore sgradevole in casa. Sconsiglio

It is a large apartment with a common living area, surrounded by separate rooms, many of which are divided from the living room by sliding doors. It is in fairly good condition, with some minor issues. The main problem was an unpleasant smell that was often present in the living room as well as in the room’s bathroom, likely due to the age of the building and its drainage system. Otherwise, the room was renovated, and its location is very central and extremely convenient for access to all the attractions in the center of Naples.

• Angela Maria (9/5): Muy moderno y cómodo. - El personal muy amable, la pieza tiene buen tamaño igual que el baño. La cama muy comoda. La entrada puede ser un poco impactante, pero el hospedaje como tal es muy moderno y bonito. Son 5 pisos por escaleras, para usar el ascensor hay que pagar.

• Stefano (8/5): Ottima posizione nel cuore di Napoli, ma con qualche aspetto da migliorare - Durante il nostro soggiorno a Napoli abbiamo scelto Palazzo 15, un B&B situato in una posizione davvero strategica: nel pieno centro storico, a due vie sotto la celebre Spaccanapoli e a soli 5 minuti reali a piedi da San Gregorio Armeno, la famosa via dei presepi. La fermata della metropolitana Duomo si raggiunge in appena 3 minuti, mentre per chi deve rientrare in aeroporto è comodissima la fermata dell’Alibus di Varco Pisacane, a circa 5 minuti a piedi. La pulizia è impeccabile, il letto molto comodo e la signora Cinzia si è dimostrata abbastanza disponibile e gentile durante il nostro soggiorno. Passando però alle note meno positive, ci sono alcuni aspetti che sarebbe utile migliorare per rendere l’esperienza davvero perfetta.
Il primo riguarda l’impossibilità di pagare in modo elettronico: avevamo scelto il pagamento in struttura, ma due giorni prima del check-in siamo stati avvisati che, a causa di un problema al POS (durato diversi giorni), non sarebbe stato possibile pagare con carta. Alla nostra richiesta di saldare tramite bonifico istantaneo non è stato possibile ricevere l’IBAN, poiché il titolare non lo forniva al personale. Ci siamo quindi trovati costretti a prelevare contanti da un ATMcon conseguente addebito di commissioni bancarie. Un altro punto da considerare riguarda gli orari di check-in e check-out: il check-in è disponibile solo dopo le 10:00, e il check-out va effettuato entro le 10:00. Per chi, come noi, arriva con un volo mattutino o desidera trascorrere l’ultima giornata visitando la città, questo può creare qualche disagio, poiché non è disponibile un servizio di deposito bagagli interno. La struttura indirizza a un deposito esterno, situato nella via, da Chiara, ma apre solo alle 9:30 e comporta un costo aggiuntivo; fortunatamente abbiamo trovato la possibilità di questo servizio dalle 8,30 alle 19:00 presso la ferramenta Orzofer di fronte alla Conad, all’angolo della via. ci sono alcuni aspetti che sarebbe utile migliorare per rendere l’esperienza davvero perfetta.

Da segnalare anche che l’ascensore per raggiungere il quarto piano ha una capienza massima di due persone e funziona inserendo una monetina da 0,20€ per ogni corsa, a carico del cliente. Sarebbe un bel gesto se la struttura fornisse almeno due corse al giorno incluse nel prezzo della stanza.

• Ana José (3/5): - Había que pagar cada vez que subías en el ascensor, además nos avisaron cuando ya no se podía cancelar la reserva de que si llegábamos más tarde de las 18:00 teníamos que pagar 15€ más. Hecho que debe ser normal en Nápoles, pero en otro hoteles nos avisaron al hacer la reserva.

The place was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect — right in the heart of authentic Naples, in a lively yet safe neighborhood. Just a 10-minute walk from the main street full of monuments and local life. Angela was such a kind and welcoming host, she made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the real Naples!

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was tastefully decorated. We only stayed 1 night, so this was adequate for our needs. I booked a junior suite, and I received a standard double. I felt that although security to the building was excellent, the individual rooms were not so safe. Coffee and tea making facilities but no milk. Requires soundproofing as is noise at night.

Cinzia was very polite and welcomed us warmly. There was also a common area with a fridge, coffee, and treats. The room was on the fourth floor, and the elevator required a 20-cent coin to use each time.

The neighbourhood was great for exploring. - The location was great, right by the metro, making it so easy to get around Naples and the neighbourhood had lots of cafes full of delicious food. The room was comfortable and the common room was a nice place for a coffee or tea and a snack. It was on the fifth floor but there was a lift, making life much easier with luggage.

• Debbie (10/5): Thank you Anna for making my stay so nice! I enjoyed the city of Naples after all! - It was difficult to find at night and the neighborhood was a little rough. I guess I hadn’t expected the historic district with its narrow streets and alleys so in the dark Elsa’s a bit hard to find and cab driver couldn’t drive there. Anna was amazing and kind and accommodated my late check in. Difficulty finding it in the dark.
