A rating of 6 would be more fitting for this property IMHO. - Person was communicative, checked in with us via phone and text for when we would arrive etc. but we’ve never actually seen her. This is a room in an apartment in a building, but not the building pictured in the posting! The pics are deceiving. The bathroom/shower is tiny, about 5’x3’ and has seen better days… A week prior, we stayed in a similarly priced B&B, just around the corner, which was much much nicer and newer. The breakfast is a voucher for the bar place near the building.

• Caroline (10/5): Highly recommend when looking for comfort and yet staying immersed in the city. - Room was extremely spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The location was outstanding in a fancy shopping area, close to restaurants and good connections to other parts of the city by foot or public transport.

• Andrea (10/5): Wonderful location for quick stop - Location, location, location! The property is well situated near all of the shops, and then walking distance of all the touristy places. I took a Taxi that cost me about 8 euro to get to the old city. You won’t be greeted by a host, as everything is done remotely, and it is a large apartment with rooms. My room was extravagantly. Beautiful for a B&B. It was well stocked with tons of amenities in the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. I only stayed for one night, but I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay for a short time. They provide a voucher for a local bar downstairs. That offers a cup of coffee, or a pastry. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was very tasty. Honestly, for the price, this is not expected, and I’m glad it was even offered. Nothing, it was a great stay.

• IVANA (7/5): - Posizione cortesia dell'accoglienza e la sistemazione della camera che avveniva puntualmente ogni giorno Purtroppo mancava il bidet anche se c'era la doccetta nel wc ma scomodissima perché molto piccolo di spazio. Le porte interne per via del parquet sollevato non aprivano e chiedevano bene. Un notina negativa: c'erano delle cose evidenti sotto il letto da quando siamo arrivati e non sono state mai spazzate via per tutto il soggiorno quindi sulla pulizia del pavimento magari migliorerei un attimo l'attenzione

The location couldn’t have been better – it’s right by the sea, so we took a wonderful bike ride along the coast. There are also some fantastic bars nearby, along with great shops for clothing. Everything we needed was within walking distance, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend!

Banheiro limpo mas muito pequeno, banho bom mas o box muito pequeno para uma pessoa um pouco mais gordinha será desconfortável , café da manhã oferecido é num restaurante em baixo que não tem nada próprio pra quem quer um café da manhã tipo, yogurt, frutas, torradas, pão com manteiga, só tem uns doces e uns folheados massudos

• Tanya (7/5): We enjoyed Naples and where we stayed - Loved the location and the apartment was spacious and comfortable the owner was lovely and very friendly and did recommend a great restaurant for dinner the only problem was there was scaffolding around the whole building and we couldn’t access the balconies and there was renovation going on in an apartment on the level below and started hammering at 7.30am and was very loud hat to get out early as the noise was unbearable we were not warned of this before arriving

Flexibility on arrival and responsiveness to questions. Delicious typical Italian breakfast in the café downstairs included in the booking. The apartment overlooks a busy street, which can generate some noise. Bring earplugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise.

• Phyllis (6/5): This is a third floor apartment that is divided into rooms. - The staff was very nice and accommodating. our flight was redirected and she arranged a taxi for us and recommendations of restaurants. Free breakfast is included at a coffee bar next door. The shower needs cleaning.

The decoration is elegant and the location is amazing, with walking distance from the old town, the major attractions and a few parking spaces.

It was really hard to communicate with the host and the person managing the place. The host had a bit of English knowledge while the person who gave me the keys and checked me in didn't speak English at all. I couldn't understand how the Breakfast voucher was working.

• Fideli17 (9/5): great hotel room within a tasteful, charming, spacious private flat right in the heart of “Chiaia” - Wonderful room with comfortable bed, fresh water and daily cleaning service in a spaciuos private apartment on a spacious square in the heart of Chiaia, only 5 to 7 minutes walk to lungomare/sea as well as the main streets of Chiaia- you feel like a resident, so as “if a glamorous, stylish family had handed over the key to you to use a room with hotel service in their private summer-vacant spacious, tasteful city apartment, daily well-maintained by the very friendly house staff”- also the quiet, extra cute beagle-oldie „Pepe“ made you feel welcome, like „coming home“, (mostly resting on the sofa or on the floor in one of the two huge living rooms leading to your private hotel room) - also great to get breakfast vouchers for cappucino and one sweet pastry in a charming cafeteria nearby thank you, top, we will come back! Everything was perfect- the bathroom showed some „traces of time” but everything was well-maintained, clean and worked excellent! (Waterpressure was great, too)

Me and my family spent the whole month of July travelling around Italy so that we were in several different locations. By far, this property is the best. The neighborhood is beautiful and pleasant. The apartment is exceptional and very well equipped. The most important thing during summer: AC works all the day and at full capacity. Most of the properties that we have been in Italy have central control and limit the capacity. The host is very friend and transpire the Italian mood. Easy to reach the port to ferry boats and subway. Nothing to complain. The experience was perfect!
