Every detail in the property is interesting and we really appreciated the style of it. The pool was amazing, and you really have the feeling that you’re nestled in nature with the hustle and bustle of the city not far away either. The WiFi was great, and the shower too! The breakfast was delicious and the host, Eva, was on hand for any question or need we had. She really went above and beyond and we had the best stay - we didn’t want to leave! Nothing - all was perfect.

Les moustiques mais pas de soucis dans la chambre car moustiquaires partout. Pas de volets mais nous nous levions tôt donc pas grave

Überall gibt es kleine Details, die diesen Ort so besonders machen.🌴 Auch der Raum, in dem man schläft, ist lichtdurchflutet und von Blumen umgeben – man fühlt sich wie in einer ganz anderen Welt. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man wirklich zur Ruhe kommt und wieder bei sich selbst ankommt.✨ Perfekt für alle, die in Cancún auch die ruhigere, authentischere Seite erleben möchten. • Christiane (10/5): Perfect place for a good night sleep - This is the perfect place for a good night sleep and feeling at home. The breakfast was delicious, check in and check out very easy, and everyone was super friendly. Loved it. You would think it’s close to the airport and hence easy to get there but the taxis at airport charge just as much as driving you anywhere else and the bus doesn’t stop anywhere close by. I didn’t read the instructions carefully before arriving and hence didn’t know how to book any different company.

• Albrechtová (10/5): Warm Mexican Embrace - Byla jsem nadšená z apartmánu, který je situován v zahradě typu džungle a s trochou fantazie připomíná styl bydlení malířky Fridy Kahlo v Mexico City. Manželé Eva a Kurt jsou velmi laskaví, vřelí hostitelé a připravuji každému skvělou snídani na míru v autentickém prostředí. Se vším jsou nápomocní. Ubytování je blízko letiště vzdálené od centra Cancunu asi 6 km. Jediné co není dokonalé, je příjezdová cesta z hlavní silnice, která je kamenitá s dírami, ale projela jsem ji v autě z půjčovny celkem šestkrát, protože jsem se v průběhu třítýdenního pobytu v Mexiku do tohoto místa moc ráda vracela.
• Katy (5/5): Lovely spot but check your bill - We loved the location, there is lots of wildlife in the garden. We saw the only Spider monkeys of our whole trip to Mexico in the garden. Lots of agoutis running around, we found one baby tree frog, lots of bats and birds. It's really lovely. It is very convenient for the airport as well and an Uber is very cheap to get you to there. We booked at £87 but they charged us £105. They said this was because of the exchange rate (they use 19 pesos to the dollar) which didn't tally with what we'd been charged elsewhere. We didn't realise at first because the bill was in pesos, we paid with card and were thinking about getting to the airport. I messaged Eva afterwards, she gave us a £7 refund, when I said this didn't make the bill right, she said to take it up with Booking.com and not to message her again. Really a shame, we loved the property and had a lovely time there and got on well with the owners while we were there.

• Eva (7/5): - The place is very nice and Kurt the owner is very pleasant and accommodating. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast, thank you! Hard time with GPS finding the place using the address. Should have used the name Casa Kin33…sure didn’t know that and think it should have been mentioned in the location reference. The driveway is kind of treacherous and unexpected, like, gee what is this leading to…and then suddenly you are in a very nice place. I had no hot water for a morning shower.

Es gab ein tolles Frühstück, und die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und privat, mitten im Dschungel gelegen Die Unterkunft ist recht schwer zu finden, weil von der Hauptstraße kaum beleuchtet und ein kleiner Feldweg hinein führt. Sie ist wirklich genau da, wo Google Maps einen hinführt. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, muss man mehrere Kilometer weiterfahren, um auf der Hauptstraße wenden zu können.

• Jennifer (10/5): Best stay in Cancun, hands down! - The property was absolutely stunning! Quiet location with a “jungle” feel made it feel like you were staying far away from the city. Room was comfortable with a powerful AC. Even better than the home itself was the service. You are incredibly well taken care of when you stay here. The personalized hot breakfast was incredible. I’m kicking myself that we only stayed here for one night. When we return, I will book this stay in a heartbeat! If I had to give any kind of feedback for improvement, the water pressure for the shower could’ve been a little stronger. Still very useable and rinsed my long hair just fine!

Nur die Fahrt vom Flughafen war ein bisschen kompliziert, weil der Taxifahrer den Weg dorthin nicht gut gefunden hat. Bitte genaue Details anfragen oder Transport im Vorfeld vom Hotel organisieren lassen.

The place is tucked off the main highway but completely private and a perfect jungle oasis. It was a wonderful surprise for an “airport” hotel. Breakfast was delicious as well. It's a lovely refuge, entangled in nature. Eva was a very friendly host, welcoming us nicely at the Casa. The breakfast was thoughtful, and the ambiance of the Casa is very cozy and instantly feels like a second home.
• Laura (10/5): Ideal si no buscas resort, un paraíso. - Todo. Hotel diferente a lo que se suele ver en Cancún, es una casa en medio de la selva con una piscina. Una especie de oasis paradisíaco con mucho encanto, lo contrario a un resort (no nos gusta ese tipo de viajes). Cerca del aeropuerto. Atención magnífica. Nada! Todo estuvo bien, al estar en medio de la selva es normal encontrarse con todo tipo de animales e insectos fuera de la casa, pero dentro la limpieza era impoluta.

Na een lange vlucht was het de ideale plek om - buiten Cancun - me op te laden voor het begin van mijn reis. Heerlijk eten, prachtige omgeving, stil, fijne kamer. Enige minpuntje was de douche. Weinig waterdruk en koud, maar het heeft me niet gestoord.

Primer contacto en México inmejorable. Se escuchan ruidos de los animales por la noche cosa que me encantó y por desgracia un poco la carretera. Pero el lugar vale tanto la pena que no puedo decir que no me haya gustado por eso.

Home was lovely, staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty. Bedroom next to breakfast room meant being woken up at 6:30am by other guests. Not a criticism, but future guests may wish to consider ear plugs!

• Saskia (10/5): - Es ist eine tolle Unterkunft und ich habe mich super wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus strahlt ganz viel Wärme aus, da es mit vielen liebevollen Details versehen ist. Ich hab nur eine kurze Nacht dort verbracht und hab insbesondere den Pool mitten in der Natur am Nachmittag, die Gastfreundschaft, die gute Matratze und die gut isolierten Fenster mit Mückennetzen genossen (und das Schild, das einem erlaubte Toilettenpapier in die Toilette zu schmeißen 😄). Die Zimmer sind auch sehr geräumig und es gab eine Kanne Trinkwasser mit einem Glas. Am frühen Morgen hab ich schnell ein Uber zum Flughafen gefunden und war innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Flughafen. Ich wäre gern noch länger geblieben!

Restaurants/shops are not convenient to get to, so we brought our own dinner. - Super close to the airport and about a 25 min car ride from the ADO bus station. Take uber to/from the hotel if possible, cheaper than a taxi and they had no problem finding the place, just put the name of the hotel and it should pop up on uber. - Pretty location in the jungle with cute animals like iguanas and coati outside! - Great AC if you book the room inside the house (but only in the room itself, not in shared common spaces). - Overall we were happy with our stay bc we just came here the night before we flew out. Would stay here again for the same purpose or for a slightly longer retreat maybe, but probably not an extended stay. - The shower water pressure was terrible tbh, and it didn’t heat up at all, which was mostly fine bc it was hot outside, but wouldn’t recommend trying to wash your hair. - not necessarily bad, more unexpected, but just a note: the host had us pay in person via credit card with her exchange rate the morning we left (vs online like the other places we stayed during our trip), which meant it was a few dollars more expensive than what booking.com quoted us when we reserved it.

• Jiya (9/5): Little oasis of calm, perfect for those wanting a peaceful stay in nature before getting to the airport - Lovely jungly interior to the complex - very peaceful to sit outside and watch and listen to nature Lots of animals and insects to be spotted in the wild Kurt was very friendly and flexible with check out and breakfast timing Breakfast was really nice and adapted to your needs <10 mins from the airport Super comfy bed, AC in the room Beautifully decorated home, super interesting to see As it’s off a highway it’s not the kind of place you could take a stroll from - but I chose it for the convenience of being near the airport and was very happy to order food in The pool didn’t look super clean (so I didn’t go in)

• Jack (10/5): Great Stay at Casa Kin33. Highly Recommend - Casa Kin33 is an Oasis in the least likely place. My GPS was not working, so I had some difficulty finding it. When I finally did, this place was absolutely beautiful ! Very clean and very nicely decorated with a relaxed atmosphere and surrounded in well maintained, lush tropical trees and plants. The host, Kurt, is very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend CasaKin33 Wish I could have stayed longer. My only recommendation would be better signage out front. The current sign is very small and easily missed.

• Stacy (10/5): Jungle oasis with wonderful hospitality just 10 minutes from airport - I had a short but very sweet one-night stay at Casa Kin33, which is nestled amid a large jungle terrain with lush vegetation and tropical flowers as backdrop. Eva welcomes you with a large smile and friendly conversation, and makes you feel right at home in her home, which is filled with beautiful arts and crafts from all over Mexico and beyond. I stayed in the family room, which was spacious and comfortable, and took advantage of the outdoor patio seating with string lights just outside the room for enjoying the fresh air in the evening, as well as the large pool for swimming some laps and floating peacefully after a long flight. Breakfast was ample and delicious, which I followed with a long stroll around the property and another swim before my transportation arrived to head to my final destination about an hour away. Would highly recommend Casa Kin33 if you're looking for a unique, tranquil place to stay that's near to the airport. The showerhead in the shower wasn't fully functioning, so the water pressure was pretty low. Seems like a replacement would remedy this and make it easier for washing hair.
• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Lovely, quiet place in a family home surrounded by gardens. Beautifully decorated home. Comfortable room with a table and chairs. Eva made me a breakfast of fruit and granola as I was leaving early to catch a flight. I only stayed one night as I was transiting through, but I'd love to come back for longer. The access road is rough and my taxi from the airport had a difficult time driving the last part. It's about a 1K walk along the noisy street to get to a restaurant or other shops.
• Alex (10/5): Warm and welcoming sanctuary - Eva was a great hostess who went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, an authentic Mexican home. The pool area felt like being in the jungle! A really quiet, safe and serene place for us to stop over from the airport The location was perfect for us for a night but not sure how accessible it would be for other tourists wanting to access Cancun beaches etc

• Cheryl (9/5): Beautiful, tranquil boutique hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay. - Beautiful grounds, comfortable and tasteful decoration and welcoming staff. Eva provided a wonderful breakfast and booked a taxi for me. They were so helpful I arrived at the airport late at night (after 10 pm) and the taxi driver had a hard time finding the place and charged me an outrageous amount. I would recommend arriving to this hotel in the daytime and use a taxi recommended by the hotel. The airport taxis are ladrones!

• Rizwan (9/5): I was made to feel at home & very welcome, and liked the energy of the place. - Casa Kin 33 is a charming and calming oasis. You are surrounded by well kept trees & exotic plants and a lovely garden. The room was comfortable and clean. Kurt, the host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The small personal touches made this an enjoyable stay. Great for solo travellers. The WiFi in room wasn’t great but worked fine in communal area.
• Sheryll (10/5): A gorgeous property with amazing hosts, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. - Casa Kin33 is tucked away in a beautiful spot in the jungle, yet not far from the Cancun airport. The grounds are spacious and gorgeous, and every morning I encountered a new bird or animal to entertain me while walking through the garden or sitting by the pool. The room was quiet and spacious and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing and delicious, I couldn't have asked for anything more. My hosts Eva and Kurt were very friendly, kind and attentive. There was nothing about my stay that I didn't like.

Above and beyond Only negative was second room was a little noisy being in the garden and open to atmosphere - so I would definitely stay in the main house next time which was wonderful
• Peter (8/5): Idyllic stay in Cancun - Idyllic location, great accommodation, perfect care. Eva and Carl are awesome..!! (Too) hard to find/reach, especially in the dark; a light and/or bigger sign at the beginning of the driveway and driveway improvement should be considered.
