• Vicki (8/5): Ideal for exploring city or travelling further for days out by train or bus. - Location was a little out of main city centre, so quieter in evenings, as well off main road, but close enough to bus routes. Room had a king sized comfortable bed, together with lots of pillows for choice and storage spaces, with personal fridge, wall safe and good Wifi connection. Both bathrooms were spacious and had full range of choices, with lots of hot water. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook with microwave or oven and lots of crockery choices, as well as tables and chairs. All cleaning products for washing up or cleaning bathroom if wanted. A kettle would have saved using microwave to heat water for tea. A towel hook or rail in room for drying would have been useful.

• Daniel (7/5): For sleeping and short visits good option. Location to airport is very good. - Very nice looking appartement. Fabulous style and optic. looks really great. Price value is good. Great genius value. Even "Breakfast" is included. The streets nearby are looking uncunnily. Looks not so, that a girl would/shoul walk there alone. Even everything looks fabulous, new and fantastic, some aspects are unfortunately very poor in quality. The shower is very uncomfortable and hurts, (shower head wich can not fixed properly/falls down, or the hard water jet, both) Opening/closing the door, room elements are detaching. relatively loud sound and vibration, which you feel in the bed, when regularly the room fridge starts its compressor. (not for people, which have a more superficial sleep.) Second night, i wanted to turn off the fridge, but its not easy, removing the whole fridge, so i gave up. The kitchen is looking nice, but can used only more superficial. No towels for drying, no stove top, pans, or else. only oven and blades and cutlery. Real windows are very rare/small.

Idéal pour 3 couples ou groupe d amis se connaissant . Réchauffer oui cuisiner : non pas de cuisinière ou feux

• Gotrinx (8/5): En barrio típico napolitano - La anfitriona era muy amable. La habitación era muy amplia y tenía una nevera con kit de bienvenida, Una maravilla. El detalle del kit de baño y accesorios en una cajita es todo un detalle. Lugar con muy buen gusto. El desayuno está incluido en un bar cercano, un desayuno ok. El barrio es muy napolitano (esto puede ser bueno y malo al mismo tiempo según lo que la persona ande buscando). Está un poco alejado del centro pero nada del otro mundo (prefiero explorar otras zonas que estar siempre hospedado en el centro). El barrio no es de los mas pijos de europa, pero le da ese aire de barrio de toda la vida con puertas y ventanas abiertas, vecinas en la calle a la fresca y ropa tendida en las aceras. Es muy napolitano.
• Jean-Luc (5/5): D'accord mais pour une courte étape. - Rien de grand chose à dire sur cet établissement, à ce prix là, on ne pouvait espérer mieux. Très bruyant, du moins dans cette chambre donnant sur la cour, avec le bruit des motos tard dans la nuit et juste en dessous. Bon, si l'on accepte de marcher vers les hauteurs de la ville, l'endroit devient très pratique. Le bruit principalement.

• pascal (6/5): Peux mieux faire ! - L'emplacement, pas trop loin du centre, est appréciable. La chambre n'a pas de fenêtre, uniquement une lucarne donnant sur une cour très bruyante la nuit ☹️ La petite cuisine commune du rez de chaussée est très mal équipée : pas de possibilité de cuire des pâtes 😫 uniquement un micro ondes ! Pas de torchons ! Les sanitaires, en commun, n'étaient pas très propres.

• GORé (10/5): Au top - Accueil très chaleureux, très bon emplacement, un rapport qualité prix au top. Il manque peut être d’un volet dans la chambre pour ne pas être réveillé trop tôt mais ce n’est pas dérangeant non plus et une lumière dans la douche.

• Liviu (5/5): Avoid it! - The bathroom is outside the room, not a private bathroom. It's located on the ground floor, the rooms are on the first floor. A lot of moisture (damp) all around the building. I saw a cockroach, a big one, the orange type. It was not full of bugs, but I saw one... For 82 euro, it's a shame. Sorry for the host, she was communicative.

• Tjeerd (8/5): Good stay in the heart of lively Napoli city life! - Nice room amidst Napoli locals safely at the edges of lively neighbourhood Rione Sanita. 5 minute walk to main street Via Floria in which the bar is located for which you get breakfast tickets. Breakfast among locals! Walking distance 10 minutes to historical centre and 20 minute walk to Museo Archeologico and metrostation. From there easy walk or travel to Quartier Spagnoli and harbour. Perfect location for feeling tasting experiencing Napoli! Almost no daylight in the room but what can one expect in a densely high-built narrow alley city that makes Napoli the lively city it is. Missing out on a watercooker...

• Jessica (10/5): Great place with a delightful host :) - Quaint room with a very comfortable bed! Everything was nice and clean. The host was very responsive to messages and was delightful! Easily accessible from the train station.
• Susanne (7/5): Friendly staff, hot and humid room. - The staff was very friendly. Communication was prompt via WhatsApp. The location was good, the bus stop not far. The fridge in the room was great. It was a quiet area. The room was very humid, which made it hard to get a comfortable night sleep. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly. We communicated this with the staff, she cleaned the aircon on our last day stay. The mouldy smell was not so nice. The breakfast was in a different location. Only 1x sweet pastry and a drink was allowed. I grabbed a water from the fridge and asked for a coffee and the guy said only 1, he was very annoyed by us. We only visited one time out of our three days.
• Marcin (3/5): Poor - - the place was clean - the tapwater is good which was a nice surprise - the breakfest was good (just keep in mind that it's an italian breakfest so cornetto+caffe) - the location is not amazing but good and it makes it easy to get to the airport with the 182 bus - the owner has an allarming attitude towards the check-in policy. Despite the proposal to send all guests' id's in advance they insisted that ALL of the guests check in at the place in person before 19 which has no justification. To avoid a situation in which my friend who arrived at 15 is left waiting outside the place until my arrival (or worse, our whole booking is cancelled as a "no-show" - popular scam on booking.com which I had an impression the owner was really tempted to use judging by the tone of their messages) I had to pay additional 30 euro as kind of a "bribe" - the ground floor with kitchen and bathrooms is humid and full of mould. I'm sorry, because it's fault of the building's construction and not of the owners but it's a fact.

• *nelly (1/5): Profit-optimised, but no service - The bathroom was clean, the room only superficially. Free water and coffee. The only service you get is a Whatsapp message at midnight that you have to get out at 10am on the dot. The toilet/shower is on another floor. At night it is unfavourable, especially if you have to look for the light. Check out relatively early and no space for luggage storage. The landlords are fully optimised for profit. I had to rebook my train because they charge 30 euros for check in after 7pm!!!! Well fair enough, it's written on booking. My friend couldn't arrive after all. Nevertheless, they insisted on paying the tourist tax for the overnight stay for him too, even though we had previously announced that he wasn't coming. The next day, my Italian friend called and got the money back. But then I had to return the breakfast vouchers, even though I had paid the room rate for two. I don't know what breakfast has to do with the terrorist tax. At some point I got fed up and simply offered to pay for my own breakfast, the main thing was peace and quiet. I found the woman very unpleasant to communicate with and felt uncomfortable. She was also insulting at times. All in all the accommodation was ok but the people just ruined my holiday with their greed for some euros.

• Ramona (9/5): 20 mins from central station, next to the botanic garden, seaside is a bit far away but there is a bus going there. Coff - I liked it was in a quiet area and luckily I was the only guest so I didn’t have to share the bathroom I could use it anytime. :) -
• Nadine (7/5): It’s okay for a few days - The owner was really nice and the room was clean It’s a shared bathroom, don’t know if I missed the information or whether it was stated incorrectly. Breakfast was absolute not like shown, you had to go to a coffee to get something sweet and a coffee. Pictures show breakfast inside the hotel and also a bit of selection of sweet and salty
• Franciska (6/5): Nice room with air conditioning, but be prepared to buy your breakfast elswhere, since only one croissant is provided. - Nice and clean room, microwave, coffee machine and bathroom with towels, etc... Air conditioning, which saved us from the heat at night!❤️ The breakfast included in the price was literally one croissant and a coffee every day at a local cafe, there were no alternatives or extras. One of us travelling can't eat milk/butter, amd there were no alternatives for her. Also the cafe was closed one day, which we weren't informed about amd had to pay full price. It's all fine, but I wouldn't call this a b&b place.
• Renáta (10/5): Comfortable and clean accommodation for perfect prise - The best thing was the owner, super sympathic girl who allowed us to come even earlier than we should as we arrived to Napoli in the morning. Also the accommodation is clean, in the room there was a fridge and air condition. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitelly would come back! We found one cockroach in the bathroom but I´m sure it was only by coincidence because other days we haven´t seen anything. It´s something what can happen in the south of Europe and the accommodation was really clean. The room had only small window so there is no daylight but actually it´s good because you can sleep until lunch and the sunlights will not wake you up! :)
• Manjit (4/5): Disappointing - The room was enough for three of us.the clim was good We saw the Lady only the day of check-in. After that not à single time. During our stay of 7days the room was never cleaned, towels not changed, no coffee available although it was mentionned in the booking. Not even the trash was not emptied
• Aaliyah (6/5): Pleasant - The beds were very comfy and the entire bnb was clean apart from a few dead cockroaches I saw. The lady who gave me entry was very sweet and was very patient when I was trying to speak to her in Italian. I was only staying there for 2 nights and I saw a few dead cockroaches. At first I was like its okay stuff happens and I figured they were going to clean it the next night which they did. However, there were two more dead cockroaches in the hallway and in the bathroom which was so weird and gross.

• Vitalina (10/5): Exceptional - Really great place to stay at. Very friendly host, good location and price. There is an AC , a small refrigerator and a safe in the room. There is also a big wardrobe with coat hangers. Bed is really comfy; there is a plenty of clean towels. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Not many guest rooms, which is a huge plus. Breakfast in a café nearby. There you can have really delicious croissants. Self-service loundry, fish market and all the main landmarks can be reached on feet. Definitely would come back here if I'm back to Naples.
• Fabián (8/5): Good stay for a budget - María was really nice and open, room was good for the three of us, it had A/C, very important in summer days WiFi signal wasn’t good in the bedroom but it was in common areas, and the private bathroom was downstairs
