Kettle & fridge good to have No bowl to fill with water to clean cups and glasses provided Couldn’t find the switch for ceiling lights in upstairs bedroom despite searching!

Questo è un aspetto positivo x chi fuma ma per i non fumatori puzza terribilmente di fumo. Nella descrizione della struttura, in fondo, è scritto ma a me purtroppo era sfuggito. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'appartamento dopo la prima notte. Attenzione è un appartamento per fumatori, c'è un forte odore di fumo. Il bagno è piccolo e vecchio, la tenda della doccia ammuffita, il water disgustoso. La pulizia è scarsa. Ho trovato un fazzoletto sporco nell'armadio e tanta polvere, nel cestino dell'immondizia c'erano già dei rifiuti

Tous les commerces à proximité, transports en commun à 2 pas pour accéder dans tout Amsterdam. 😁 Super communication avec la propriétaire qui donne énormément d’infos et de bons plans ! 😌 Les couchages sont très confortables, nous avons très bien dormi. 😴 Rien et même si la salle de bain est petite elle fait le job! 👍

• Juan Antonio (6/5): Excelente ubicación, pero para pasar el menor tiempo posible en la casa, es un poco incómoda - Ubicación, excelente en pleno centro Esta cerca del barrio rojo, pero a una distancia segura, es adecuado para familias (mi caso) Las camas son cómodas Es una casa muy del barrio, estrecha y vieja, es como vivir en camarotes de un barco No tiene cocina ni pila de cocina. Una pequeña nevera, cuatro tazas y cuatro vasos, que tienes que enjuagar en el baño El baño es mínimo y está metido en una habitación, no tiene mucha intimidad ni mucho espacio, la verdad Las camas son cómodas, pero en la habitación de arriba (a la que se sube por una escalera de camarote de barco) hay vigas para darte en la cabeza unas cuantas veces Es un primer piso, la escalera de acceso es empinada y estrecha, complicada para subir con maletas Se permite fumar, así que la casa huele y evidentemente no a tabaco

• Beverley (7/5): Fabulous location for 1 or 2 nights. - Excellent location. Gave me option of late checkout at no cost. Good communication. I prefer to check in like a hotel with someone in oerson.But it wasn't too bad. . Would have liked water in the fridge. Stairs really too steep for me. .a bit tatty for the money I paid but it was only for 2 nights so it did the job. . Would have liked a door between bedrooms and a bigger ensuite.dink cracked and no TV in bedrooms.
• Julia (8/5): Great location! - location, location, location place match the photos. division of different rooms for privacy, living room couch and dining table for spending time together and chilling. lots of floor space to open 4 luggage. value for money coffee and tea and kettle provided hair dryer, iron available owner was very accommodating when we ask for early check in. Great help and kind. non smokers, please take note! lingering smoke smell but we book with the knowledge that it is a smoker friendly apartment. however, smell could be cleared by just.opening the windows and turning on the fan. no big issue with us note: Dutch steep stairs going up the apartment. So those with luggage may find it challenging. We managed to lug 4 24 inch luggage up and down, though. only one sink in the apartment in the toilet. Would have made this a perfect place if there was an additional sink in the living room.

• Giancarlo (3/5): Very very expensive for what it is. - The location is great, right in the center, near everything. Even if it is a little hot because of its location compared to the sun, the main room is sympathetic. The fact that there are four single beds makes it easy to stay with friends. It was really really really dirty: the floor, the toilet, even the shower curtain was stuck in certain places and moldy. The toilets in the bedroom, it's a bit disturbing when you go there while people sleep. The carpet stinks cannabis, it was impressive. A small cleaning would not be superfluous. The entire accommodation should be refreshed. At 1,250 € for two nights, there should be enough funds. It would be good to add cutlery. There is no sink, no access to water in the main room. There is only the sink in the toilet.
• Susan (8/5): Quirky but comfortable place to stay. - Liked that it was close to public transportation, but on a quiet alley … at least until the street cleaners and trash collectors came through at 8am. The stairway to the unit was filthy and needs cleaning badly. The stairs were also very steep and difficult with luggage. The unit didn’t have a kitchen sink; only the sink in the bathroom. There were also stairs within the unit; it was actually a tri-level. Would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
• Bijan (8/5): Great place great location. Only complaint were the beds were old and not very comfortable - The location is great, the host is very nice. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was awkward
• Oscar (4/5): I do not recommend it. - Location Customer service through booking app Bathroom is very small, dirty and toilet is awful. Apartment overall is very dusty and dirty. No AC (some tiny fans are provided), still the room is super hot during summer. Windows cannot be opened more than 10 cm, so, no ventilation. Provided towels are DISASTER, not only they look like if they didn’t wash them but towels have holes and all edges are fraying.

• Eric (6/5): Ok. Can be better - Location was excellent. Very central and in a nice area. Host was helpful. The stairs leading to the apartment are filthy and need a good cleaning. The apartment is overall ok but could also do with a good deep clean to remove lingering smells. Bathroom is very small for four people.

• Christensen (8/5): The location was great for getting around. - The location was great. Did not like the smell of smoke and marajuana. But considering the location and that it was a private residence, not unexpected, but would have like to see if it was a smoking or non-smoking on the listing.

Like the separate room for beds from the living room. Wish it had a microwave and sink in living area. Was basically a lofted 1 bedroom (4 twins) hotel room, not an apartment. Freezer was solid ice and not useable but not necessarily needed.

• Neil (7/5): Fine for the money. Easy check in and out. Great location. - Excellent location! The place wasn’t very clean, especially the bedroom shelves where we had to sit items in a lot of dust. Also, the place was not all that well maintained. You can tell that the place has been used quite a bit. Paint coming off all over the place, part of the floor trim missing, and overall much better looking in photos.

She made several restaurant recommendations - each was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately Nes B & B is right outside a bar, which on Saturday night, was incredibly noisy all night long.
