• Giorgio (10/5): Excelente hospedaje en Amsterdam. - Excelente lugar, cerca del centro de Ámsterdam. Con acceso a paraderos. Tiendas cerca y en una zona bastante tranquila. Ubicado en el 3er nivel. Complicado de subir si tienes maletas grandes.

Poderia melhorar no frigobar pois é bem pequeno e fraquinho, box para o chuveiro. Fora isso, gostamos de tudo.

• Hashmat (10/5): - Good location. Out of the way enough to ensure peace and quiet, but close enough to everything so travel to important places is easy. Checking in and out is very easy, all done with codes. WiFi works perfectly, plus a TV with apps so you can sign in to your own YouTube/Netflix. It was my first solo trip so these conveniences have given me confidence moving forwards. Nothing. 10/10
• Jennifer (6/5): - The room was ok, it didn't look anything like the photos. It's not that I didn't like the room. It just wasn't of value for what I paid for it. It didn't look like the photos. It was almost like I was borrowing a teenager's room. It would do for someone like I said a teenager may be looking for somewhere to stay for school but not two mature adults traveling.

Abartıldığı gibi iyi bir ye - Tesiste beğendiğim hiç bir şey olmadı , aksine Türklerin yorumu üzerine konaklama sağlamıştım hiç anlatıldığı gibi değildi. Küçük bir oda gerçi oda demek zor yatak çok rahatsız, bulunduğu konum uzak ve izbe. Odada 1 tane su bile yok açıklama da çeşmeden içiliyor! 3 kat dik merdiven çıkıyorsunuz valizi olanlar için çok zor , klima yok küçük bir vantiratör gibi bişey konmuş. Yatak içine gömülüyor, duvarlar çok ince üst katta yürüyenin her adımı duyuluyor. Sanki aynı ev içinde odana çekilmişsin gibiydi.
• Camila (10/5): Vale a pena! - o apartamento é bem localizado em uma rua silenciosa e em um prédio típico da cidade. O quarto é limpo, bem equipado e com boa iluminação. Os donos foram bem atenciosos e prestativos! Nada nos incomodou, se você gosta de acomodações espaçosas esse pode não ser o caso pois o quarto é bem pequeno. Porém isso não interferiu em nada a nossa experiência.

• Jimmie (7/5): Good - The bed was comfy and the best part of the room The whole room is the size of 3 double beds , nothing like the picture upon booking, the room smelled of sewage, pubes on mattress, hair on floor in room and bathroom, stairs are ridiculously steep, no privacy , you can hear everything that's going on outside of the room and in other rooms , stayed for 4 days and was given a quarter of a roll of toilet roll
• Vicki (8/5): Excellent stay, would highly recommend - Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was great. Friendly neighbourhood, with loads of restaurants, cafes and shops on the next street. We found travel to the main museums such a Van Gogh and Ann Frank House also within walking distance (20 - 30 min walk) The rooms are at the back of the building so no street noise. Would highly recommend staying here. You can here noise from other residents of the building which was sometimes disturbing late at night - but it was just footsteps / people moving around so nothing major.

Streets are bustling wi - Location, close to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, tram stops. An easy tram ride or walk to major central Amsterdam sites. Bed was very comfortable. Street was very quiet and on a pleasant canal. Very picturesque. Shower water sprays onto the bathroom floor and into doorway to main room. We used a bath towel to prevent falling.

• Andrew (9/5): we'd visit this place again in a heartbeat. - easy to get anywhere. very classic Amsterdam. simple to get in and out of the building. the room was not the largest room I've ever stayed in.
• Abigail (8/5): Amazing host, perfect location, comfortable and clean! - Julien was an absolutely amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble for him! He was attentive and gave us some great recommendations for food & shops nearby. He also helped us with our transport to and from the airport! The bed was very comfortable, it did slide a few times but we had no problem shuffling the topper back up. The view was gorgeous we enjoyed watching the rose ringed parakeets in the tree and it was only a 20 -30 min walk maximum from everything we wanted to see. I felt safe and it was great knowing Julien was in the property if we needed any help. He replaced our kettle for us no problem. Tv worked perfect! Lovely cozy room for us both. Advertised as cozy and was very snug, very little storage room but we used under the bed and the tubs provided. Could do with a few more hangers but Julien provided us with these. The sink took up most of the bathroom space which was an odd design but I’m sure there’ll be a reason. Shower was a bit temperamental but we figured it out fine!
• Tajana (9/5): The most "tourist-friendly" booking I've ever stayed in! - The apartment is very cozy in a great neighborhood and you can basically see all the sights by foot (approx 20 mins to every "major" tourist attraction". It is very quiet and private, the amenities are amazing - wireless charging station, USB ports, a netflix account for guests, light timer on the bathroom (which I'm obsessed with), clear instructions and recommendations, etc. In my experience, this is the most "tourist-friendly" booking I've ever stayed in and the host is amazing, quick to reply and helpful with information. The bed is on the small side.

Stairs are a hazard!! - It was in a quiet residential location abt 40 min walk to the city center The 3 flights of stairs to the room were extremely hazardous. Very narrow and steep. It was actually somewhat dangerous when you factor in luggage. If you are older or have any mobility issues at all it is not safe. This should have been made clearer when booking. The locals are used to navigating these types of residences but not most travelers. The room was nice & comfortable but the poor rating I gave was mostly because of the stairs going up and down- both being unsafe & having no alternative.

• Anetta (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very good. I really like the neighbourhood. The bathroom was nicely decorated. The couple who ran it seemed friendly. The room had thoughtful spaces to hang / store items. It was easy to check in/out the room. Upon arrival the crinkled bedsheets had hairs on them. When I told the owner he swiftly came round to change them and assured me that they were clean but that he'd had this issue with his cleaner not checking them when changing them before. He was friendly but I was surprised there was no apology. The ceiling also had serious damp in the corner.

• Beverley (10/5): Exceptional - I had a one room, tiny, only the length of a bed. But good enough for three nights. Bathroom was compact, clean and adequate. Great location, trams not far into the city one way, or museum plaza another direction. Lots of restaurants and interesting shops. It was three stories up, some steep, narrow stairs. I struggled to get my case up.

VERY centrally located, I could pretty well walk everywhere. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Shower worked terribly. If that had worked properly, my stay would have been almost perfect. I brought it to the attention of the owners. I hope they fix it. The contact with the owners was only by text. Never met them. Might as well have been AI. But my requests were immediately taken care of.

• Paul (3/5): lack of responsiveness from the owner - no breakfast When we made the reservation, we sent a message via Booking.com to the owner, asking about the accessibility of the room. My father who occupied the room , has huge knee problems and has enormous difficulty going up stairs. We were very clear in our request and we explained what the issue was. We unfortunately never received an answer. The room was at the top of the building.... it was a real ordeal for my dad to go up...
• Antoinette (9/5): Excellent place to rest after a day of exploring. - Excellent location, comfortable bed, large bathroom. The room is at the back of the building and makes for quite nights. Coffee shop is 10 steps away. Close to tram and downtown. Please read the details on this listing. The cosy room is indeed that. It is very small and the steps to get up to the room are typical for these houses, narrow and steep. If you are ok with this, you will have a great stay!

Overall finish could be improved - damp on ceiling, thermostat falling off the wall etc. Was like an Airbnb and wasn't expecting that (never met anyone, check in via whatsapp and arrived into what appeared to be a home or series of homes). I know Amsterdam is pricey but it felt poor value for what you got.
