• Valerija (1/5): Nemojte da bukirate ovaj smeštaj - Samo čistoća zadovoljava. Soba je bila bez prozora. Apartman se nalazi u zavučenim ulicama, rizično je noću prolaziti kroz kraj. Metro nije uopšte blizu kako sam čitala u recenzijama. Domaćica ne zna ni jednu reč engleskog, komunikacija je bila zaista teška. Imali smo problema sa toplom vodom, komplikovan sistem da biste uopšte imali toplu vodu. U kupatilu nismo imali ni sapun a komoli gel za tuširanje. U današnje vreme mislim da je to minimum koji smeštaj treba da ponudi. Zaista loše iskustvo, nikako ne bih preporučila ovaj smeštaj.

• Siniša (2/5): Clean, but misleading description, substandard conditions, and terrible location/host behavior - The property was clean and tidy. ​The Room & Lack of Ventilation: The room has absolutely no windows and NO ventilation system (neither natural nor mechanical). To make things worse, they use very strong chemicals for cleaning, which leave a heavy smell that cannot be aired out due to the total lack of ventilation. It was extremely stuffy, hot, and lacked fresh air, making it very uncomfortable and unsuitable to sleep in. ​The Bathroom: The advertised 'private bathroom' is actually located outside the room. You have to walk past the main reception area and directly through the communal kitchen where other guests eat just to access it, completely ruining your privacy. ​The Location: Property is buried deep inside narrow alleys where scooters and cars drive like they are in a rally. It takes a frustrating 15-minute walk just to navigate out of these chaotic streets to reach a main road. ​Host Behavior: No one from the staff speaks a single word of English, and I only interacted with them once, briefly during check-in. Yet, when I complained to Booking.com, the host fabricated malicious lies, claiming I was drunk and threatened them to avoid financial responsibility. I directly challenged them in the chat to back up their claims using their own hallway security cameras, but they completely ignored it and provided no proof.
• Paula (5/5): Un 5/10, no repetiría - La cercanía con los principales elementos turísticos, la limpieza y amplitud de la habitación. También se agradece el detalle de disponer de agua gratuita en las zonas comunes. Cuando llegamos no apareció nadie para hacer el check in, estuvimos llamando al timbre mucho tiempo hasta que otro cliente nos tuvo que abrir. Al acceder al alojamiento, había dos habitaciones con llaves en la puerta, por lo que decidimos quedarnos en una de ellas pero que tampoco llegamos a saber si era la que nos pertenecía, pues nadie del alojamiento estaba allí para darnos ni una sola indicación. Pusimos el no molesten y entraron a hacer la habitación, llevándose toallas que no tenían por qué. En cuanto a la ubicación, es maravillosa para visitar la ciudad, pero da absoluto pánico de noche, el ambiente, la oscuridad y las personas que están en la calle a partir de las 21h hacen que la subida al hotel te inquiete y no veas el momento de cruzar la puerta. No es culpa del alojamiento, pero nosotras ni en broma volveríamos a sentir lo que vivimos la primera noche llegando, viendo gente en condiciones y situaciones extrañas, sin que nos abrieran la puerta del hotel, y con la maleta a cuestas reflejando que éramos turistas.

Саме таким є Beb La Gemma. Відмінна комунікація з господарем. Бездоганна чистота. Швидкий інтернет. На спільній кухні достатньо посуду. Є кулер з водою, чай та кава. Номер просторий, з високою стелею та автентичними балками. Є холодильник. Білизна чиста, рушників достатньо. Є мило і шампунь. Гаряча вода — цілодобово. Район безпечний. Дуже багато невеличких магазинчиків, де є все. Недалеко овочевий ринок. До визначних місць можна дійти пішки. До аеропорту можна доїхати або автобусом №182 за 1,30 Євро, або на автобусі Alibus за 5 Євро. Я отримала безліч приємних вражень від перебування в Неаполі. Завдяки Beb La Gemma ці враження тільки підсилювалися. Дякую господареві. Бажаю процвітання та успіхів у бізнесі!

• Simona (8/5): - Struttura esattamente come in foto! La camera è piccolina ma molto molto accogliente; ha il bagno separato ma privato con chiave. La struttura è nuova e pulita, a 10 minuti da Piazza Cavour. Tiziana, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualunque cosa. Acqua, caffè e tè sono sempre a disposizione. La zona in cui la struttura è ubicata.
• Giancarlo (7/5): Napoli è una città di straordinaria bellezza e sempre in grado di sorprendere - La stanza era grande. Gli spazi comuni belli (ma non li abbiamo praticamente utilizzati). Non ho trovato il sapone nel bagno e, su indicazione della signora Tiziana sono dovuto andare a prendermelo in un'altra stanza. Non c'era il telecomando del televisore (e quando, la sera, la signora mi ha detto di andare a cercarlo nelle altre stanze ho rinunciato a guardare la tv). Il bagno molto bello, ma senza riscaldamento (e con la doccia non pulitissima). La chiave del portone su strada non apriva ed ho dovuto telefonare e farmi aprire dalla signora.

• Marc (1/5): This place was the pitts... - The room was very nice but never anyone around Once again no effing breakfast so why call it B & B THAT MEANS BED AND BREAKFAST seriously that's a no brainer. This place was in the slums, the noise was unbearable that we needed to check out one day early for lack of sleep. No service as to getting clean towel etc. Not impressed to say the least... We felt.like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood and the pillows were like pancakes OMG 😲
• Stephanie (7/5): - For the price, it’s a good quality room with access to a kitchen. It was generally quiet and no issues sleeping. Checking in was a bit difficult. My phone battery was on low after traveling and I had to call, then text via WhatsApp to get buzzed into the building. My room with no windows had a stale smell. I used the provided fan to air it out but it kept coming back. It was clean and the sheets and towels smelled fresh though. The stairs up can be a bit daunting if this is your first stay in Italy or have heavy luggage.

I was able to sneak peek and could see how detailed and professional the cleaning young lady was. Everything was super well cleaned, fresh and comfy. The young lady was also super polite with us and helped a bit translating when talking to the owner. The owner was super welcoming and nice, she even offered us some nice and cold beverages to deal with super hot summer of Naples. The room had some mold and the view was not pleasant, but had good natural light.

Our driver followed the scooter driver and found Beb La Gemma. In aadition, our host arranged a ride to the airport at 4 am...That is First Class customer service!

• Alex (8/5): Very good - Room was huge and really clean. Location was pretty good, not far from many resturaunts and bars. Check in was a bit stressful. We weren't aware that the only for payment was by cash and didn't have the full amount on us. The host sent the cleaning lady to collect the money before we had the full amount, which was fine except that she counted €50 short and with the language barrier it was very confrontational and confusing having to explain between texts from the host and the cleaning lady in person. It was all sorted in the end though and the rest of our stay was great. The entrance gate key didn't work and so we had the text the host each time we returned home to get them to unlock the door remotely. This was a bit inconvenient even though the host usually replied pretty quickly.

• Le (7/5): Clean, comfortable, good location - Nicely furnished and decorated. Very clean throughout. Helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t have done more. The location is good and near to the metro for easy access to the city. I stayed in the single room which didn’t have a window, this isn’t clear when booking. It also has a private bathroom but the listing doesn’t say this is down the hall and accessed with a key. There is a kitchen, but no cutlery so it’s basically for show rather than use which was a shame.
• Christina (10/5): Great place close to the city center! - The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect for enjoying the napolitanian life and walking in the city center. They were also flexible with our check-in time. The hostess doesn't speak English, but she is polite and kind, and we could communicate through the platform's chat.
• Alina (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and spacious. Even though Naples is a loud city, we didn't hear the noise from the streets, so you can definitely get a good sleep! Our keys for the gate were not working so we had to call every time, which was not a big deal as Tiziana always answered within seconds and opened the gate remotely. We had two different rooms at Beb la gemma. Both were spacious and clean, but one has a stain from water/humidity which should be fixed. We waited an hour for the check out and payment, and almost missed our train. Don't know if this was a one time only thing, but in case just don't expect the staff to show up on time, but leave some buffer.

• Lempica (3/5): Bad experience - The location is quite good, close to the center and major sights Where do I start... 1) The single room has no window and no AC and what is called the "private bathroom" is located separately from the room. One has to leave the room, go via the common space, open the bathroom with a key. All of that was not clear from the description of the room. Beyond that, the pictures to the description included the pictures of the common spaces so it looked like a totally different accommodation. The reality is that one basically stays in a wardrobe without ventilation. 2) The downstairs metal gates' lock is broken, so there is no chance to open it with the key they provide. Each time one has to wait for people to come or leave the building. Could take a lot of time sometimes. 3) Most importantly the host Taziana is a rude and unpleasant person with very low cultural level. A bank card terminal they have for some reason didn't accept my Mastercard. Instead of suggesting ways to solve the problem, Taziana took away my passport, behaved all the way as a crazy person, cried "your card is your problem, not mine". I had to go search for an ATM and pay extra to cash out the card. Ofc, the card was fine and accepted in the bank and everywhere else. Taziana didn't even say sorry. I think that people who treat everyone as scammers and have never heard of decent behavior should not work in tourism. I'd encourage everyone to look for other options in Naples rather than supporting this woman.

In the middle of Rione Sanità, you can see and feel Napoli’s life. Internet connection is also really good and fast, I could work from home without any problem. Lastly, the staff is caring, friendly and welcoming. SUPER! We definitely will come back to Beb La Gemma. Nothing.
• Fry (9/5): Superb - The location was close to everything we wanted to see and not too far from the metro station. Nothing was bad with the hotel. The only part that was difficult was getting used to walking on the streets in the neighborhood with the traffic.

She replied to me immediately and made sure I could reach her anytime since there is no reception if there’s no checkins during the day. The whole place is very cute and clean, felt like home Just a few tips to make the rooms extra special: a wider desk or coat hangers in the wall, also in the bathroom a towel hanger would be very helpful. the bathroom was external, even though it was private I had to go out of my room. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud and jumping up and down I felt like the ceiling was going to collapse. I asked the owner for help and she called them, eventually they stopped. Overall just some minor mishaps but I still enjoyed my stay
• Alexandra (9/5): Gorgeous room. Should be made a bit clearer there are no staff on-site - Room was super super spacious and cute, loved it. Location near train station was good, and 20 min walk or so to major sights. Also just a few metres away on the same street is the birthplace of Toto where there is a GORGEOUS little family restaurant with some of the best food we had in Naples. Host had messaged (all in Italian) to ask what time we would arrive but we didn’t know what train we would be on, we tried to message from the station once we’d booked our train at two different cafes but wifi in Italy is terrible and it didn’t go through. So they didn’t get the message and no one was there to let us in when we arrived. We had to tailgate a resident through the lower door, then I was buzzing at the main door for ten minutes until another guest let us in. We searched for the wifi password at the reception desk so I could message the host. We waited in the kitchen until eventually a cleaner showed up and our room wasn’t ready yet but she gave us keys and told us to go walk around while she cleaned our room etc. This was not the host’s fault as we didn’t send a message, but it perhaps could be made more clear guests MUST arrange a check-in time as there is no reception/staff on-site. We assumed it was a normal b&b and someone would be on-site. A small complaint that worked out OK in the end, but could’ve ended with us sleeping on the streets in pouring rain lol. Also, one more minor thing, it’s called a Bed and Breakfast but there’s no breakfast!

We did not like the smell of mold in our room, please try to fix the problem from the mold on the wall. Sometimes there is no hot water in the bathroom.

The room doesn’t have a window or a fan/ac. There was a really loud noise which probably was from someone walking around in the upper floor. There was no one at reception the entire time I was there, and checkin was really confusing since there was no one there to open the door or hand me the keys

They rent 3 apparts and you do not know which will be for you...i was happy to see the terasse as it wqs written on booking...but no..we were on the groundfloor even lower... I gave advise to make 3 different offers on the booking..as. here you can feel like somebody lyed.. The bathroom has problem with water when you take a shower after all bath is full of water and wc is without plastic top.

• Calum (8/5): A great flat if you need a quick stop in Napoli, but if WiFi/signal is important then think twice - The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and it was easy to find. The coffee machine was a nice touch, the shower was great, and there was a bath and bidet if you needed it. The host was flexible about my arrival time which was great. The WiFi did not reach our devices in our room which was frustrating as we hoped to do some work and catch up with family. There was also no signal in the room making it impossible to use the Internet without leaving the room, so we resorted to visiting a cafe for WiFi.
• Ignacy (6/5): There are better options in this price range. - Location, friendly owners. Lack of toilet seat, bad shower cabin, dirty towels.
• Σαραφουδης (8/5): Very good - It was clean, the stuff was kind and polite and it remains one of the best value for money choices. Center is a bit far from the apartment (15min walk at least), for example, piazza bellini is about 1,3 km. If you enjoy walking it is a perfect choice. The neighborhound even though it is a ghetto and hosts a variety of people, it is calm and everything rolls fine . Would recommend to anyone who wants a value for money apartment and enjoy walking. Poor Wifi connection
• Adam (7/5): Good - Bathroom was really comfortable. It was cool, that the sleeping space was at the other floor. Also contact with host was great - it was fantastic, that we could check in around 12:00! Pity, that there was no kettle. The location of this apartment was unfavorable not because of its geographical location (which was perfectly fine), but because of the way the whole building was built. It was very loud to hear the neighbors which was disturbing sometimes (even at night).

• Egorova (8/5): Very good - I liked the place and the room was big and clean, also interior is good, fresh. Only one thing-there is no opportunity to leave back pack :( I came to Napoli only for 1 day and it was a pitty to hear that i just need to check out 11 am. So pay money and go away. Tiziana helped me a bit with back pack, but anyway it was uncomfortable. I lost 2-3 hours just to solve the problem with my backpack and moovement to other place. The rest is ok!!! there is no opportunity to leave a baggage\backpack
