• Iris (8/5): Ruhige Unterkunft im Chaos Neapels - Das Zimmer ist ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig...Für uns aber egal, da wir sowieso immer in einer Cafébar frühstücken.

• Karen (6/5): La chambre était très propre, bonne literie,excellent emplacement. - L’emplacement est idéal, la literie est confortable, le logement est très propre. Les 2 prises de la table de nuit ne fonctionnent pas. C’était un peu galère pour charger les téléphones et avoir une lumière d’appoint! Impossible de prendre une douche dans la nuit avant de partir prendre l’avion car l’eau chaude est coupé. Une machine à café est disponible mais avec des verres en plastiques jetables, cela gâche le café. La chambre ne se ferme pas avec une vraie porte mais une porte coulissante qui est plus adéquate entre 2 pièces à vivre. Le taxi réservé à l’aller a abuser avec le prix et il était désagréable! Réservez de préférence sur l’application it taxi, course local agréable et à prix correct.

• Palmina (9/5): Provare per credere!! 😍 - Zona stupenda, nel pieno centro di Napoli con la metro proprio fuori al portone, abbiamo alloggiato io e il mio compagno dal 2/01 al 6/01 e dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, staff carinissimo, super disponibile in tutto e cordialissimi e la stanza molto accogliente, nonostante la struttura si trovi su via Toledo, non si percepisce nemmeno un rumore.. super contenta di aver potuto alloggiare in un posto dove ho potuto rilassarmi, ci torneremo!!

Zona tranquilla. Bar e locali in zona.

• Guest (3/5): Da evitare - Posizione centrale anche se in un punto di Via Toledo troppo trafficato (sia come macchine che come gente a piedi) Ascensore rotto, puzza di fogna dal bagno e soprattutto caldaia in camera da letto. La caldaia a gas a camera aperta è rumorosa e la presenza in una camera da letto è molto pericolosa. Le esalazioni possono essere letali. Consiglio a tutti di evitare questa struttura e al proprietario di mettersi a norma. Davanti alle nostre lamentele non abbiamo ricevuto nessun tipo di scuse o gesto di empatia.

• Serena Fabbri (7/5): Posizione centralissima - Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Dante, direttamente su via Toledo. Stanza molto silenziosa, semplice. Bagno con doccia ampia. Personale gentile e possibilità di deposito bagagli in altro b&b poco distante. Sebbene segnalato come presente, l'ascensore è in fase di nuova installazione e farsi 4 piani (113 gradini, li ho contati) non è sicuramente piacevole. Gli arredi sebbene paiano nuovi, sono un po' rovinati (pomelli mancanti, piano di vetro sopra il mini lavabo che oscilla, testiera del letto che sbatte contro la rete ad ogni minimo movimento). In ogni caso tutto risolvibile con una piccola manutenzione.
• Ibbertson (9/5): A lovely stay - Good room, very convenient location for visiting the sites of Naples with many good restaurants nearby. Room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels when required. Coffee machine and pastries were a definite bonus.

• Francesco (2/5): Esperienza molto negativa e comportamento inaccettabile dell’host - nulla Al nostro arrivo l’ascensore non era funzionante e abbiamo dovuto salire quattro piani a piedi con i bagagli. Una volta entrati nella stanza, abbiamo trovato due letti separati nonostante la prenotazione fosse per un letto matrimoniale; la camera era poco confortevole e poco accogliente, tanto da indurci a rifiutare di soggiornarvi. L’host, solo dopo aver richiesto un supplemento di 60 euro, ci ha spostato in un’altra stanza. Inoltre, il parcheggio indicato come gratuito nella descrizione della struttura si è rivelato a pagamento, poiché l’host ci ha indirizzato verso un parcheggio a pagamento esterno. La parte più spiacevole è avvenuta dopo la pubblicazione della recensione: l’host ha continuato a contattarmi con insistenza, arrivando anche a minacciarmi per convincermi a cancellare o modificare il mio commento. Ho segnalato immediatamente l’accaduto al servizio clienti di Booking, poiché mi sono sentito molestato e intimidito, in una situazione davvero sgradevole e preoccupante. Esperienza molto negativa, che mi ha lasciato una sensazione di insicurezza e che non consiglio assolutamente.

Au 4eme étage avec ascenseur en réparation ( ça avait été annoncé). La chambre triple donne sur la via Toledo. Malgré des bonnes fenêtres, c’est très bruyant en soirée. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle avec une douche très petite. Personnel peu présent.

Es un piso cuarto y el ascensor, previo pago de 20 céntimos, te sube hasta el tercer piso. Aunque nada imposible después de caminar 20km al día.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Perfect location to stay in Napoli - The hotel has a fantastic location – you can easily walk to most places, and there is also a metro station nearby. There are plenty of cafés in the area. The owner was very kind and helpful. However, the bed was quite squeaky, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms.
• Minja (10/5): Absolutely fantastic accommodation in Naples! - Absolutely fantastic! The location of the object is extraordinary! Giancarlo is an excellent host, nice and very kind. The accommodation was perfect, clean and tidy. Coffee, tea and cakes were at our disposal. The cleaner maintained the accommodation unit every day, without us asking for it, putting clean towels and toilet paper. So, respect! I definitely recommend this property if you are in Naples! ❤️

• Iuliana (8/5): Comfortable stay, despite a few minor inconveniences - The name of this accommodation is very accurate in describing what you can expect. If you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep, I highly recommend it. The metro station, grocery store, and several delightful breakfast spots are conveniently nearby. It's also within walking distance to the city center. The room was exceptionally clean, making for a pleasant stay. Do note that there is an additional charge of 20 euros if you check in after 20:00. Also, the water pressure in the shower is not strong enough, and the accommodation is situated on the 4th floor with an elevator that requires 20 cents for each use.

• Ceileidh (9/5): Small cosy room, we ‘just slept’ there so it was perfect - Room was nice and cosy had a lovely atmosphere, Room was a bit small but nothing you can do about that it was still a lovely stay. Room cleaner opened the door of our room without knocking, as we were sleeping. Bed was a bit creaky. The host was nice and gave us clear instructions about how to get into the room as we arrived after midnight

• Jorge (9/5): Amazing location, good value for money for single traveller, does the job JUST SLEEP - Very good location just bang on city centre Toledo road, the host was very helpful. Clean room, sligthly small but as the acommodation name JUST SLEEP suggests, it does the job exactly. Good value for money for single traveller. The only thing to mention is that the walls seem to be quite thin, so you can hear the conversations and muttering on the next room if there are loud people. Could do with a better room sound insulation.
• Salisa (8/5): Very good - Great location, walking distance to everything Spacious room with great storage for your belongings Had to pay .20c to use the elevator each time and it doesn’t even take you all the way up. Only has a sliding door to close the room and the hallway from the other rooms so didn’t feel that safe. Would be better if it was an actual door
• Giedre (8/5): Was ok but would not stay again. On ad it said that there is parking but we had to spend quite some time looking where t - Room was on the 3rd floor. To use the lift it cost €0.2 even though you need to take 1 floor up on foot as lift not taking to the right floor.

• Westlake (6/5): Pleasant - The room itself was clean and nice, the man who showed us to our room was very nice and helpful. Had to pay to use the elevator. The entire place was very dirty with renovation equipment everywhere, except for our room. The cleaners came into our room unannounced before checkout time while we were getting dressed and ready which was very startling.

• Diego (7/5): Good - The room was large enough for two people. It was cleaned every day. The building is located in the bustling center of Naples, but the room itslef is very quiet, allowing for a great good night sleep. Just be aware that you'll be in the fifth floor of a very old building. There is an elevator, which works with 20 cents coins, however it is tiny. The room has AC, but the only window outside is to a passageway to another appartment.
