- Olga (10/5): Отель и Франческо прекрасны!! - Отличный отель! Почувствовали себя настоящими итальянцами в этом месте из-за интерьера, здания, завтраков и, конечно, прекрасного хозяина Франческо! Очень добрый, прекрасный, заботливый человек, сделал все для нашего комфортного пребывания. Расположение отеля также очень удобное, рядом метро. Район тихий и спокойный
- Maksymilian (9/5): Superb - Close to subway and buses, also not so far to just walk into historical centre, as well catacombs and Capodimonte museum. Peacful area. The landlord Francesco is very nice guy, very helpful. Although I am not used to Italian breakfasts, they were good. Generally everything was nice, could be little bit more furniture in the room, for instance some small cabinet close to the bed. Maybe also small electric kettle in the room could be good idea (anyway you can use it in the kitchen, so it's not big problem).
- Claire (9/5): Good value in a quiet neighbourhood location - Great location close to Materdei metro. Walkable to the museum and restaurants. The apartment building is gated with lovely gardens and feels safe and secure. Francesco was a kind and attentive host and we enjoyed our stay.

- Brigitte (9/5): A lovelywell equipped small apartment easily accessible via public transport. - The host was very accommodating when there was a strike; thank you It is clean and has adequate space with excellent bathroom facilities. I would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea/coffee in the evening or early morning and fresh fruit to be included in the breakfast.
- Natalia (8/5): Very good - Great location, 5 minutes walk to the metro station, very clean room with a large bathroom and with a small balcony and the friendly, helpful owner Franseco, who gave us valuable tips on visiting Naples
- Katie (6/5): Friendly owner - Helpful and friendly owner, who gave us advice and directions on where is good to go. The room is on the small side but absolutely fine as a base to come and go from. Although you are in an apartment, you really only have the room and can use the main room for breakfast only.
- Ana (7/5): Good - Francesco is rather chatty and helpful, everything was super clean and he kindly accommodated extra wishes. The b&b is really quiet and air conditioned in a nice area. All went very smoothly! Many of the cutlery used every day was one-way plastic, so not great for the environment. The breakfast was generous, but as usual in Italy it was not great and not particularly exciting. The lift can only be used with 5cent coins, which at this day and age are not the easiest to come by, so we had to climb up the many flights upstairs often. Including the last day with all the bags…
