• Viren (10/5): - We arrived at 9.15 am to leave our luggage, but they actually gave us a very early check-in. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The internet didn't work at first, but the host promptly fixed it.

Alessandro a été très disponible, il a répondu à nos demandes quand c’était possible, notamment le matin, et s’est montré attentif et à l’écoute. Pour notre prochain séjour, nous savons déjà où revenir : ce sera notre adresse de référence.

• Rano (1/5): - Not far from the train station. I didn’t like how Alessandro treated me. It was misunderstanding He asked me to leave the key upstairs and I left them downstairs. After I got very long messages from hem saying how bad I’m and rude I’m . Me and my son we where shocked from that attitude! The apartment is located in a very bad neighborhood.

• RENATO (8/5): Ottima posizione x chi viaggia in treno - 2 passi dalla Stazione centrale (per chi viaggia in treno e ha molti bagagli è una comodità) e dalla fermata Metro Garibaldi che vi porta in centro. No Breakfast. Comunque c'è la macchinetta del caffè con cialde e bollitore, se vi attrezzate con i carboidrati fate anche colazione in camera. Comunque consiglio di fare colazione nei bar sotto casa o in p.zza Garibaldi a 2 passi da casa, trovate tutti i classici napoletani e il caffè è speciale ovunque.

La ubicación del apartamento no nos gustó. La foto de la zona no refleja la verdadera realidad. Hay que tener cuidado y andar alerta.

• Pranav (9/5): Overall very happy with the stay and the price paid for accommodation that is well connected. - The area is as expected being in close proximity to the central train station, however being so close to a transport hub allows for easy travel to many locations around the city. The room itself is as pictured, spacious and includes a range of amenities whilst also being modern for the location. Overall very happy with the room and the price paid, definitely worth it. Would be great to have a microwave in the kitchen.

• Vasana (10/5): Perfect location and place to stay. But management pressure you to check in before 5pm - The location was the main reason, as it was close to the mainline train station. The rooms are spacious, and the private bathroom and kitchen are an advantage. Everything was fine except for the hotel management, who kept reminding us about the tax to be paid and the working times. I received several messages reminding me that he would leave the place by 5 p.m. even if we received an email about the late check-in options. There was too much pressure on the tax and being present before 5 pm before he went away. Other than this it would be perfect. Maybe they need to trust and have some sort of respect for the customers irrespective of where they are from. No one would escape without paying the taxes as they have all customer information and contacts.

Ideal location due to station being a couple minute walk away. Breakfast included however we didn’t have enough time to try it as we had to leave early! The neighbourhood wasn’t the best however it’s only a short walk from the station so not too bad to get to

The location is conveniently close to the central train station. We also liked the included breakfast. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent pizzaria, black sign beside the tobacconists in a couple of hundred metres if you turn left, heading to the station. Very little, but take note that it is within a shared block of offices and that the sign is more like a business plate. Walked past it a couple of times using Google Maps, my bad.
• Aleksandra (9/5): Highly recommended. :) - A great place! Right in the centre of Naples, very close to the train / metro / bus stop and about a quarter of an hour walk to the Historic Centre. Robert, the owner, is a wonderful, incredibly helpful man who was always on the phone when we needed anything. Breakfast is typically Italian - coffee and croissant, so on the sweet side, but Robert also recommends great restaurants for brilliant meals. Also worth listening to him and coming to B&B Na Stella if you happen to be going to Naples!

• Humayun (1/5): Clean but stay was not good - Cleaniness Whenever we asked for the facilities like whether can we cook, or is there any washing machines, dry stand or any other facilities, he just said no facility, like when we asked for cooking, he just discourage not to cook and also misguided that all the grocerry shops are closed where in reality even after 1 hour of that conversation, the grocerries were open. He said no facility for washing but there was a big washing machine inside the bathroom. He just not to let us use any facility, just sleep. The owner seems diplomatic behaviour. There were 2 rooms for 5 people, other room didn't have any Air Condition, during this hot summer time, sleeping was nightmare there, this room has only sofa bed which was very small and was not comfortable. Compared to the room size, the AC was small and was not sufficient to cool the room. Outside of the building and lift were very old, not clean, narrow. No tea or coffee facilities inside the accomodation. The breakfast was a funny, just one coffee and one donut.

• Alexandra (4/5): Nice owners but room definitely need to be taken more care of - Location not far from the station, good communication with owners Air conditioning The room was not ready for our arrival even known that we precisely communicated the time of our arrival. There was no even small kitchen in the room. Small bed lamps were only for decoration. Shower was literally falling apart and it was not easy to regulate water temperature.
• James (7/5): Good - I can't really day for sure how B&B Na Stella is as when we arrived the host introduced use to a partner B&B Anema e Core which is were we stayed. It worked out as this B&B was a fantastic host and the room was spacious and had A/C which was great for days when temperatures were 90+F.
• Edina (9/5): Superb - The location, the tidiness and the equipment of the room was excellent. The host was very nice, he was always in touch with us and gave us some tips on local spots. The noise from the other travellers could be heard inside our room when they arrived late, but it is more likely the fault of them, not the accommodation.
