• AlejandraFS (7/5): Estancia agradable para una noche de paso - La familia que regenta la casa es encantadora. El desayuno está rico. Por la noche había mucho ruido, sobre todo al principio de la noche. Las almohadas, para mi gusto, son demasiado finas

• Béatrice (7/5): Ambiance familiale simple et sympathique. C’était très bien pour notre courte étape. - Martha est très gentille. On était au coeur d’une famille mexicaine (enfants, petits-enfants), et ça c’était vraiment sympa. L’hébergement était bien situé, proche de la station de bus. Comme nous étions en transit, c’était pour nous très pratique. La chambre mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement et on aurait apprécié un petit-déjeuner un peu plus varié. Mais c’était très sympa quand même. Marta s’est jointe à nous, avec un café et nous avons fait la causette.

Value for money. - The location is ideal if you have travel plans to other cities like Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Merida as the central bus terminal is just few minutes walk. It's really value for money kind of place as it already includes breakfast freshly prepared by the host family.

• Mitzisol (9/5): Muy recomendable - La Señora Martha fue muy amable con nosotros y nos explicó como movernos y muy cálida. Lo recomiendo bastante. Así también esta muy cerca del ADO como referencia donde esta el canalep enfrente esta la calle de la casa. Me gustó mucho por la ubicación y las personas 😀
• Marina (9/5): - The hosting family was very nice, welcoming, helpful and attentive. Very good English speaking. Air conditioning in the room was great. The street was very quiet but close to the main road, central ADO bus station and stores. Pretty close to the airport The shower had very low pressure and hard to wash long hair.

• Alan (10/5): I highly recommend this to anyone wanting an affordable stay in Cancun - My hosts Martha, David and Michelle were like family to me. Very friendly and accommodating. My room and bath were clean and comfortable. The weather is great this time of year in Mexico. The neighbors had dogs that were barking late at night.

• Tina (7/5): Good basic room - Great location. ADO bus terminal is in 15 min. walkable distance. Super quiet area. No music, no traffic. Felt safe also at night. The accommodation is clean but very basic. AC is modern. The beds are too soft because of an extra sheet of foam. This is a bit uncomfortable but acceptable. Breakfast is simple but good. The hosts are super nice and they speak fluent English. It was a pleasure to exchange some experiences. You actually live with the family in their house. You have a room for yourself and an own bathroom but not directly next to the room but across the hallway.

Good if you want a bed and nothing else. We were out a lot as the room was very small, tired and there was nowhere to sit or not even a window to look out from. More a home stay than a b&b.
• Allison (10/5): Wonderful time. - This was the perfect respite to begin to heal after my Grammie passed away. Martha and Dave made us feel so welcome, served us an incredible breakfast every morning, and made my son feel safe. They had wonderful recommendations for us to check out.

• Sofya (7/5): Nice with a "but" - The Location is 5 Minutes from the ADO. Supermarket, restaurants and bars are all nearby. At the same time the location is quiet and your sleep is not disturbed. Aircondition works nicely. The hosts are amazing: one gets asked what one wants for breakfast, one gets recommedations about the city, etc. The room is really old, one of the windows was literally absent. Water pressure very low As to the hosts: we were between the parents, children and grandchildren and had a feeling to be disturbing family life. There is no separate door into the house and the room is one the first floor, which is why you are always seen and cannot be descreet.
• Bartosz (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Close to the bus station, shops and Parque de las Palapas. Accommodation was rather basic but it had all that is required. The hosts are wonderful, always happy to help and adapt to your needs. For example, we had to live early one morning and we were offered a breakfast to go. Water pressure is pretty low and the 'drainage' in the toilet is not the most efficient what might make your visit in the bathroom a little bit too stressful sometimes. We acknowledge that those issues are outside of the hosts control though.

Take a R1 to go to beach(30 mins) or R6 to Isle mujares(10 mins to ferry) or a shuttle to Playa del carmen(1 hr).. Nicely located Shower could be better.

• Rozemarijn (10/5): A warm welcome and lovely breakfast - The very warm welcome by the whole family made us feel at home. The next day we enjoyed a homemade breakfast of enchilladas and we talked about mexican food. They gave us the best tips for mole! Nothing.
