• Austin (4/5): Underwhelming room hosted by an unstable man - The house is adequate. near the noord stop and in a quiet neighborhood outside the center. They had tea and a kettle. I was woken up two separate days at 6 in the morning to the host screaming at the top of his lungs at the wife. Lasted about 15 minutes each time. Figured it wasn't my business so drowned it out with headphones - I made sure not to spend too much time in the house. After my stay, I texted him asking if he had seen a gift for my brother which I potentially forgot in the apartment, he avoided the question and instead took the opportunity to accuse me of being a "drug addict" that left a "pink pill" under a chair I allegedly "destroyed" in the room. No clue what he was saying on any front. An odd man unfit for hosting his home.
• Lisa (10/5): - Wir verbrachten drei sehr angenehme Tage in Amsterdam in der Pension bon, bed and breakfast und möchten unseren Aufenthalt ausdrücklich loben. Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir äußerst freundlich kontaktiert und erhielten detaillierte Hinweise zur Anreise vom Flughafen bzw. Bahnhof. Diese Informationen waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns die Orientierung vor Ort erheblich erleichtert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht groß, jedoch sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die ruhige Lage und die liebevolle Führung des Hauses haben maßgeblich zu unserem Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Als wir erwähnten, dass wir das Amsterdam Light Festival besuchen möchten, erhielten wir sofort wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben. Man merkt, dass den Gastgebern das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. • Paride (9/5): Buona base per esplorare la città - La posizione è in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla distante dal centro della città. Il capolinea Noord della metro è a 5-10 minuti a piedi (Non seguite Google-map, le indicazioni che ricevete dalla struttura sono più precise e vi evitano giri inutili) e da li in 10 minuti di metro si arriva alla Central Station e in altri 5 alla zona dei musei. Ho viaggiato solo e senza colazione, letto comodo, stanza piccola ma pulita con macchina del caffè e bollitore. Si è completamente indipendenti ad entrare ed uscire, gli host sono carinissimi e disponibili. Non troppo lontano a piedi potete trovare anche un mulino. Nulla

Desayunar y dormir, B&B perfecto - La disposición de quien nos recibió y atendió durante nuestra estadía y el desayuno, excelente!!! Alejado del centro de la ciudad, tiene un muy buen acceso con el metro. La estación, Noord, está a 6 minutos caminando y hasta Ámsterdam Centraal 8 minutos más.

• HELOISE (8/5): Good place for few days - Colm was a great host who care about his guest with an hearty breakfast (bread, jam, yogourt with fruit, crepes). the room is fully furnished with coffee caps and tea bags. The house is in a quiet place few minutes by walk from the metro stop called "Noord". There is a cinema and some restaurant and shops around. The room is a little bit small but enough for two peoples.
• Jörg (10/5): - Ein besonders aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der ein extrem liebevolles Frühstück zubereitet. Das Zimmer war klein, aber absolut komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Metro nach Amsterdam konnten wir in ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichen und mussten nur 2 Stationen fahren. Das Frühstück wurde in einem Wintergarten serviert, der mit vielen persönlichen Gegenständen der Gastgeber vollgestellt war. Das hat uns ein bisschen irritiert, aber nicht weiter gestört, weil das Zimmer total ordentlich war.

Free parking space included which is a money saver as parking is payable 24/7 in Amsterdam and at least €1,80/h up to €9/h. Not a minus for us but a thing to keep into account: cats present and one is very affectionate. We loved it but if you're not a cat lover this might be an issue.

The room has everything you need, including a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee machine and coffee. You can also ask for an iron and scales to weigh your luggage before departure. • Saša (8/5): They have cats! - The location is great, close to the station in a nice calm neighborhood. The breakfasts were very good and had a good variety of foods. They had 2 cats which we loved to watch and pet. The host was very helpful and offered advice on sights and such. The bed is too tall and when laying on the edge it feels like you are about to fall off. There is also only one cover so if you are not used to that it might feel uncomfortable. Definitley better for couples.

• Petra (10/5): Clean and comfy and pleasant room with amazing breakfast - The room is clean and very pleasant in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood. The city center can be reached within 20 minutes, by metro. The room is well equipped, you can have a coffee or a tea during the day, the bed is super comfy and the owners are very kind, which makes you feel like home. The most amazing thing was the breakfast, which definitely worth the price. This place is highly recommended for those who would like to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, and for those who came to relax a bit, as well. 5/5 stars!! :)
