• Liubov (6/5): Дуже скромний готель, далеко від центру за 46€ ніч - Великий чистий номер. Взяли додатково по 6€за ніч з кожного, хоча booking писав, що ніяких додаткових оплат не буде. Номер проплачен за 5 днів до заселення. Ніде немає пароля від WiFi, власник сам його ввів, але на інший телефон не змогли встановити. На двох людей - один ключ. Якщо розійтися важко попасти в будинок, бо ключ один. Від центоа далеко, транспорт ходить переповнений. Розташован внизу, в гору на транспорт з валізами підніматися важко. Сніданок дуже скромний. Гарячого нічого немає. Овочец немає. Тільки яблоки, зате багато бісквітів, що не добре. Не рекомендую.

• Rebeka (9/5): Jó élmény! - Tisztaság volt, finom volt a reggeli. A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek voltak. A lokáció is szuper volt, minden elérhető volt 30 percen belül. Napközben hideg volt a szálláson, a reggelihez nem volt zöldség. A matrac kicsit lefelé lejtett az egyik oldalon.

• Anna (9/5): - It's very cosy and well equipped. Good value for the money. The host Mauro made us feel welcome and was super friendly :D The breakfast had a variety of options to choose. Products were fresh everyday. Also it's in good location, close to bus stops and main roads.

W wyborze kierowałam się przede wszystkim dobrymi opiniami na temat czystości obiektu, bo wiele miejsc noclegowych ma z tym problem. Nie zawiedliśmy się, pokoje oraz części wspólne były czyste, zadbane, świeże. Łazienka, mimo że współdzielona z dwoma innymi pokojami, zawsze czysta, schludna, bez pleśni itp. Śniadanko takie jak trzeba, najadaliśmy się, dostępny był aneks kuchenny, a w nim co rano świeże pieczywo, trzy rodzaje dżemów, szynka, ser, owoce, trzy rodzaje kawy, herbata plus coś słodkiego na deser. Pokoje i pościel czyste, zadbane. Właściciel to przemiła osoba, bardzo pomocna, jesteśmy wdzięczni za udzielone nam wskazówki co do dostania się na miejsce. Miejsce super skomunikowane, 4min od domu tramwaj prosto do centrum, w pobliżu knajpki gdzie można zjeść pyszne regionalne potrawy. Polecam, cena nie była wygórowana, a obiekt spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, dziękujemy !

The accommodation was in a great location, all the main attractions were within half an hour. We had a wonderful time! Thank you very much. We recommend it to everyone.

Las zonas comunes siempre estaban limpias. Ducha muy pequeña y que el baño sea compartido porque hay gente que se apodera de los baños (pero el baño compartido está claro desde el principio y es uno el que acepta eso o es culpa nuestra si no vimos ese detalle, así que ojo si no quieres compartir baño)

• Dalma (10/5): - Nagyon tágas volt a szoba, volt erkély. Tisztaság volt. Finom, bőséges reggeli. Csak egy wc volt, de ezen kívül is mindenkinek nagyon ajánlom!

He even kept our luggage safe until we explored the city on the third day. I was Muslim, and he bought chicken for me for breakfast instead of ham. Little things like these made this my favourite place to stay. Will definitely come back soon!!! 10/10 recommended Everything was perfect, nothing I didnt like!

Cleaning servise and quite flatmates were also nice. We really enjoy ourselves. Thanks 🩷 Sometimes cold at evenings and little moldy bathroom but nothing terrible :) I'm recomending afterall.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Monteverde with a gracious host like Mauro!
• Lili (8/5): Very good - The room is spacious, clean and tidy, facing the street, a little noisy. The owner is very friendly and will explain all the tourist information you need. The breakfast is packaged and the room number is written on it, don't take the wrong one. The bathroom is shared, three rooms and six people, it‘s a bit awkward in the morning, you need to wait to take a shower, brush your teeth, and go to the toilet (in fact, the dry and wet separation can resolve most of the embarrassment). The floor is a bit high, you have to climb 60 steps. Finally, the city tax is ridiculously high, 6 euros per person per night, we two stayed for four nights, this amount of money was beyond my expectation, it is the highest city tax among the hotels we stayed in during our one-month trip around Italy. The transportation of this location is not very convenient. We took a taxi from the airport to here for 55 euros. There is no direct bus back to the airport. You have to take a bus first and then transfer to the airport express. There is a No. 8 bus to the city center that can go directly.

• Ovchynnikova (10/5): worth the money. good ambience - the place is quite close to Trastevere station which can take you from the airport and back. not far from the apartment there are busses 8 & H which can take you to the center with Navona piazza, Panteon etc. and much closer are buses 31 or 33 directly to Vatican. there are small shops and cafés. in the description I read about terrace, but it appeared that not all the rooms have access to it. this is probably the only thing that was upsetting.

He made me and my friends laugh anytime we speak with him 😅 I asked for an iron, which was not part of the services, but he went and bought a new iron and iron table for me 😄and I believe the upcoming guests can use too. I recommend this property to everyone! If I visit Rome anytime, I am contacting super Mauro ❤️ Nothing, Everything was extremely gooodd!
