• SARAH (9/5): Un séjour magnifique - L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de tout. Le B&B est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, nous plongeant immédiatement dans une véritable ambiance vénitienne. La nuit, quel calme ! Nous avons parfaitement dormi et pu nous reposer après de belles balades dans cette magnifique ville. Et que dire du propriétaire ? Très agréable, souriant et charmant, il contribue largement à la qualité du séjour. Le tout accompagné d’un excellent petit-déjeuner, varié et appétissant. Rien à redire. Nous aurions peut-être apprécié une salle de bain un peu plus spacieuse, mais cela reste tout à fait compréhensible étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une vieille demeure. Cela ne nous a absolument pas gênés durant notre séjour.

La sala comune delle colazioni è bella e accogliente, con mobili in stile , luci calde ....e si affaccia su un canale di Venezia. Sotto c'è subito un punto di accesso alle tradizionali gondole. Alessandro il gestore disponibile pronto ad aiutarci e a fornire informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Sara, la signorina alla reception sorridente e gentilissima. Lo straconsiglio per chi cerca una bella "atmosfera". Mi è piaciuto tutto .

La posizione è fantastica e dalla camera si può godere di una vista suggestiva sui canali veneziani, che rende l’esperienza ancora più autentica. Le camere sono molto belle, spaziose e arredate con uno stile retrò elegante che dà un vero tocco di classe all’ambiente. La colazione è buona, curata e con prodotti freschi. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità del proprietario, che accoglie gli ospiti con grande calore e professionalità e si rende disponibile anche a preparare qualche piatto extra rispetto alla colazione tradizionale. Un posto che unisce charme, atmosfera veneziana e grande ospitalità. Se tornerò a Venezia, sarà sicuramente uno dei miei primi punti di riferimento.

The location was easily accessible to attractions and water transport was just around the corner. The living space was IMHO huge. Nothing, Venice was already a very beautiful place, the excellent hosting only made the experience better.

Close to everything. Bed was very comfortable so we slept well. Very tastefully decorated and felt true to Venice. Lots of choice at breakfast. Coffee and tea in the room. Alessandro couldn't do more for us. A very welcoming host who offered suggestions of where to go and what to do. 11am check out too which was really appreciated. Would 100% recommend. No complaints, everything was perfect from accommodation to location to host.

La ubicació és fantàstica, en una zona tranquil·la però molt ben connectada amb els principals punts d’interès de la ciutat, cosa que permet gaudir de Venècia caminant i tornant còmodament a descansar. A més, la relació qualitat/preu és molt bona per a una ciutat com Venècia. L’habitació era còmoda, neta i cuidada, i l’esmorzar molt complet. Sens dubte, un lloc que recomanaria i on tornaria sense dubtar-ho si tornem a Venècia.

The small B&B had charm and was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and informative, gave us many recommendations for best food and shopping in Venice. The breakfasts were great, cappuccinos aplenty. We loved it and would certainly be happy to return. One flight of stairs going up w luggage, a minor complaint. Some noise from the canal in the morning, but this is Venice!! And you are right on Canal! This is what you came to see & experience!

Breakfast each morning was a highlight: intimate, beautifully prepared, and generous, with every detail handled with care. We felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again. A perfect Venetian experience. Honestly, nothing. • Ines (10/5): - Lovely location and beautiful view from our room watching gondolas passing by all day. Alessandro is extremely nice and helpful and prepared a lovely breakfast every morning. All in all great experience.
