Room had dramatic ceiling and cool windows. Room was a little noisy when others were coming and going from their rooms. The toilet had a lot of trouble flushing. Loved the quilts, but pillows weren't great. Lights were a bit harsh. Had to cover them to use them.

En la cocina tenés un montón de elementos para cocinar, calentar agua para el mate, hacerte unas tostadas, etc. Me fui muy contenta del lugar. -

Molto comoda la disponibilità di una cucina, sia pure in condivisione con gli altri ospiti del B & B. Nulla di particolarmente negativo da segnalare. Sarebbe desiderabile un ascensore più spazioso, ma credo che non sia possibile realizzarlo.

Volvería sin pensarlo Solo los inquilinos del momento, uno llegó a media noche a pegarse al timbre y otros hicieron escándalo a las 4 de la mañana.

However, next to our room there was an external bathroom that belonged to guests from another room. This caused a lot of noise during the night and early in the morning.

• Jessica (8/5): Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer till Florens. - Det låg väldigt centralt. Det var rent och välstädat när vi kom dit, vi hade ett rum med egen dusch och toalett. Kontrakten med personalen sköttes via booking och whats up på ett mycket smidigt sätt. Vägbeskrivningen och hur man checkade in var väldigt tydligt. Det fanns ett kök med bland annat ett kylskåp. I appreciated having the photo of the door to help recognize that we were in the right spot upon arrival. While we appreciated having a private bathroom, it was detached & down the hall from our room & only accessible with a key (or to be left unlocked?)

• Bianka (8/5): Kis családias ékszerdoboz firenze szívében - Nagyon könnyen megközelíthetőek a fő atrakciók. Mindenhova gyalog mentünk. Az étterem ajánlatok is jók voltak, amit a szállásadó ajánlott. Mi egy másfél éves kislánnyal voltunk és ő is nagyon élvezte az itt létet. A szőnyegen el tudott játszani. Volt kávé kapszula ami nagyon jól jött a reggeleken. A közös konyha is jól felszerelt. Az árusok az est nagy részében a kocsijukat huztak vonták az utcában. Ez igen zavaró volt, ha esetleg valaki olyan gyerekkel jön aki nem birja a zajokat este annak problémát jelenthet. Kicsi volt a lift, egy ember fér be. A másodikon van a szállás, szóval nem nagy megerőltetés. Mi lépcsőztünk lefelé, felfelé lifteztünk. A szobánkhoz tartozó fürdőszoba a folyosó végén volt a többi szoba szomszédságában. Az esti fürdetés kicsit több logisztikát igényelt ezáltal. Rajtunk kívűl még egy szobában voltak, nem zavartuk egymást.

Leider quietscht eine Bettseite bei jedem Drehen und die Matratzen sind irre weich. Die Fenster sind auch nicht leicht zu öffnen, aufgrund des Alters vermutlich.

La struttura è curata e pulita e presenta belle decorazioni. Ho trovato deliziosa la parete decorata con dediche e disegni lasciati da tutti i visitatori del b&b. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili. La posizione è senza meno ottimale per la vicinanza al centro storico. Mi sono trovata benissimo :)

A private bathroom and the well ventilated room was very nice! The bed could have been a bit softer..and weren’t many staff around that often but apart from that!

The AC worked well and it was nice to have the ensuite bathroom. This B&B is not staffed. Everything is done through messages and automated pin pads/locks. When I stay at B&Bs, I think part of the experience is to meet the owners and gain local knowledge from them.

• Alvira (7/5): Cosy and pleasant stay. - The original place which we booked is on renovation, so the staff arranged us a stay in another nice hotel. It was really comfortable and we had a lounge outside where we can have tea or coffee. We wasn't aware we were given a total different hotel. We lost our way as the staff didn't inform us the building name. There were 2 types of block numbers which is very confusing. It was rainy, and we had to keep calling the staff to tell us the way. It took us an hour to find the place, which isn't convenient.

There is construction going on at the main floor so there is construction dust all over the stairs and wasn’t able to use the handrails which made difficult to bring luggage upstairs. Power outlets need changing, when conecting converters they were loose.

The walls and the Doors didnt isolate any noise and it was immpossible to sleep… Maybe changing the old keys for new ones should help, or at least some warning About loudness in the room…

We never meet the employees, but they were helpful on our requests via whatsapp. The toilet could be improved: the shower was a bit loose. The room had no air contidioner, but the fan helped a bit (it was really hot that week, so cannot blame the hotel).

• Nenad (4/5): Disappointing - Great location, some rooms are great, kitchen was fine, and communication smooth. The room we got at first was extremely humid and it was really hard to breathe. We wanted to open the window, but there was construction going on outside and the smell coming in was even worse than the humid air inside! In our opinion this room should not be rented, as long as the construction is going on. We were informed about the construction, but didn't know that room is in this state.
• Pinghsun (7/5): Good - The location is located nearby the city center. You can easily get on the public transport. Mostly, there is almost no noise when you stay in the room. The neighborhood was working on some construction when I arrived. The contruction outside of the window is a possible path for thief so it didn't feel safe to leave the window open during the night time. This further makes the room temperature increase a lot since the air can not flow in/out as the winodw is closed. Because of this, I woke up so many times and unable to sleep well. The fan does not help at all. Luckily, the construction was finished after two nights.

• Mary (4/5): Under construction, plain fumes, no elevator but prime location! - Property was in prime location, to markets, train station and restaurants! We were not informed that the building was under renovation. We had high paint fumes throughout the building/our room and could hear workers doing their job. At one point when we opened our window there was a worker outside… Understand that this happens sometimes but if we had known we would’ve booked elsewhere as we were traveling with a young family, not ideal. There is also no elevator and you have to walk 44 steps up. Not pleasant with heavy bags.
• Maayan (6/5): Central accommodation - SUPER central location - if you’re only there to sleep then it’s perfect. Comfortable bed Never had to wait more than 5-10mins for the bathroom and it gets cleaned daily Lovely hosts who respond quickly Good kitchen No natural light in room There was also construction going on right outside from 8am Shower leaked so floor would be wet after first shower until the next day when it was cleaned No full length mirror in room Cleaning could’ve been better in the room - there was some dust on the floor You can hear everything in the apartment - apart from the first night when people arrived back late, the other guests never made noise but to be aware for other lightsleepers
• Roger (10/5): Highly recommend. - Perfect location. Great value. Good communication. Able to store luggage before and after checkout. One shared bathroom for all guests.
• Gossage (9/5): Nadja was extremely helpful and welcoming - Location No windows
• Surya (8/5): Great value to be so close to downtown - Close to center - quiet for sleep I came at night and the stairway was very dark and a little scary, it was confusing to know which door after going up the 44 stairs
• Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location, the apartment was clean. They were making a reconstruction of the building and we could not open properly the windows. They haven't informed us until a few days before our arrival. Also the bed was a little bit uncomfortable. It was really noisy at night. We couldn't sleep because people from the near rooms were making a lot of noise. In addition every time someone was using the shared bathroom we woke up because of the bad soundproofing.
• Milind (6/5): Pleasant - Kitchen was good to sit and cook. Room was not clean except bed. All lights were not working which made room dark. Wardrobe was junk. Bathroom has flush issue.
