• Marianne (10/5): Heerlijke b&b! We komen zéker nog terug. Aanrader! - Hele vriendelijke eigenaars. Fijne parkeerplaats. Superschoon, fijne koffiehoek, heerlijk bed, fantastisch ontbijt. Dichtbij het ov. Je bent zo in het centrum. Niks negatiefs te melden.

• Claudia (9/5): Charmant huisje, Heerlijk plekje en super ontbijt! - Charmant huisje, Heerlijk plekje en super ontbijt! Alleen de hoge toeristenbelasting die we nog extra moesten betalen ( 14 euro) vond ik hoog bovenop de al aanzienlijke kamerprijs. Maar daar kunnen de B&B eigenaren niets aan doen. Misschien wel handig dit te vermelden in de Booking tekst zodat je de verassing niet hebt. 😉
• Gert (9/5): Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt, rustige buurt. - Beter in het echt dan op de foto! Rustige buurt, het was heel stil 's nachts. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is lekker en uitgebreid. Goeie aansluiting met de autostrade, kwam ons goed uit als we vertrokken. Het donsdeken was net iets te klein voor met 2 onder te liggen, maar misschien ligt dat meer aan het feit dat we beide die 's nachts naar ons toe trekken.
• Anne Marie (9/5): fantastische plek in Amsterdam. Je waant je in een dorp, maar bent in de stad - Superleuke plek om te overnachten. Een eigen studio'tje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Grote kamer, smaakvol ingericht, eigen pantry-faciliteiten. En een ontzettend vriendelijke host. We konden gratis parkeren op de oprit. de accomodatie is best een eindje lopen vanaf de veerpont. Dus handig om daar van te voren rekening mee te houden.

• Lonneke (10/5): - Het bed, de douche, het ontbijt, de sfeer; alles was heerlijk! We konden koffie en thee zetten op de kamer, er lag vers fruit, het voelde heel gastvrij allemaal. Een mooi historisch dijkhuisje, met uitzicht op de groene voortuin. Het is ongeveer een half uurtje lopen naar de NDSM pont, waarmee je gratis naar centraal station vaart. Bedankt Hans en Katrijn, voor het fijne verblijf!

• Annemarie (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf met prive parkeerplek een leuk straatje. - De gastvrijheid was super, vroeg ontbijt (half 7) was geen enkel probleem. En een meer dan prima ontbijt. Er was een combimagnetron aanwezig, waardoor we niet meer op zoek hoefden naar een restaurant. Het winkelcentrum ligt op 5 minuten lopen afstand. Koffie en thee facilitateiten, koelkastje, fruit maakten het verblijf compleet. De badkamer was ruim, met voldoende plek om je spullen neer te leggen. De gehele kamer en douche waren spik en span schoon. Ik kan eerlijk gezegd niks verzinnen wat tegen viel.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité du stationnement et l'entrée indépendante de notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top ! Nous avons noté les petites attentions de nos hôtes, merci beaucoup !

• Marleen (10/5): Eine erholsame ruhige, gemütliche Nacht und ein toller Start in den Tag. - Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht vor Ort aber es ist ein wunderschönes gemütliches Zimmer mit Bad .. Im Vorgarten ist eine kleine Terrasse zum sitzen und das Auto darf man kostenlos auf dem Hof parken. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber man ist trotzdem innerhalb von einer halben Stunde (mit dem Auto) in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer ist super sauber , Handtücher und Bettwäsche sehr sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und es gibt einen TV mit allen Sendern oder man kann sich zb bei Apple TV (mit dem eigenen Account anmelden) Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, viel Auswahl an Tee und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und man kann schön spazieren gehen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich und kümmern sich um alles . Das Highlight war das inklusive Frühstück: - Brötchen , Brot , verschiedene Beläge, Joghurt , Obst , Müsli , frisches Ei und frisch gepresster Orangensaft.(siehe Foto) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Da die Fotos auf Booking komplett der Realität entsprechen, haben wir keine weiteren gemacht Nichts zu bemängeln, alles perfekt

• A.P. (10/5): Mooie uitval basis voor bezoek aan Amsterdam en omstreken - Leuke ontvangst van de gastheer die goed meedacht met onze wensen. Gastheer gaf dat we bij hem fietsen konden huren, ideaal om je daarmee naar Amsterdam te gaan. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd, wij konden door het mooie weer heerlijk in de tuin van het ontbijt genieten.

• Evturpin (10/5): Fantastic stay - Hans could not have made us feel more welcome. He was so attentive and kind, super responsive with messages too. It is in a nice, quiet, residential location with easy access to the city. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Nothing.
• Jankees (10/5): as good as a B&B can be!! - Very nice B&B on the outskirts of Amsterdam. If you want to be in Amsterdam and want to be away from the very busy centre for some quiet time and a good night sleep, this is the place to be. City half an hour by bus, or 15 minutes by car, nature reserve just around the corner. Super friendly hosts, nice breakfast. Could not be better nothing really

• Emmanuel (10/5): Perfect room for a romantic getaway - Hans is a very nice host, the room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The area is quiet and cute, not far from the city center. The breakfast was soo yummy and very generous.
• Fiona (10/5): The most warm & welcome stay. Perfect in every way - We loved absolutely everything about staying at B & B Tulp. We had such a warm welcome by Hans & Kateryn..our 7 night stay was like home from home. The facilities in our room included everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable,the wet room in the bathroom with a wonderful drench shower head and a hand held shower. We had our own kitchen area,with microwave,fridge, kettle, cutlery & crockery, chopping board and utensils.. perfect for a relaxed evening in. We never turned the TV on! There are lots of helpful guides in the drawer and Hans is so helpful and knowledgeable, giving us plenty of ideas for places to visit,he even printed out directions for us. Breakfast was varied with a good choice. Hans & Kateryn would ask daily what time we required breakfast and gave us several different choices after the first couple of days. We had yogurt, granola and jam,boiled eggs,plenty of ham choices,breads, cheese and fruit cake. Fried eggs and ham, waffles, crumpets and fresh fruit. Fresh orange juice, and a variety of tea & coffee came with the coffee machine and kettle. The location is residential and very quiet,which we preferred. Just around the corner was the bus station,the buses are very regular and the public transport system was very easy to work out and was so reliable, with digital time tables and an App to download on your mobile:.We travelled a lot on the buses and trains and walked to the free ferry,approximately 40 minutes from our lovely location. This takes you straight over to the main Terminal for Ferries,buses and trains in the centre of Amsterdam. It's definitely quicker on the bus. There is also a large Supermarket and Shopping Centre behind the bus station..you have all the amenities needed in the room to cook a meal with the microwave. The room was exceptionally clean, and comfortable. Hans & Kateryn have only this room they use as a B & B,so you are their only guest's..we were looked after so well. Everything was perfect

• Josephine (10/5): It was the perfect location, the host was awesome and the accommodations were exactly what we expect - Hans our host was exceptional, went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He gave us lots of information on places to visit that was invaluable. He even took us to the ferry when we left. I would absolutely recommend. The breakfasts were outstanding and so much more than we expected.
• Steven (10/5): Cosy room, quiet area, super friendly hosts: I definitely recommend! - A very cosy room in a calm area, within walking distance from the centre. If you're not much of a walker, it's also easily accessible by bike or bus. The owner was very welcoming and took his time to explain in detail what, where, how everything works... Also giving you some tips for how to get back and forth to the center more easily. The small shopping mall right around the corner (~500m) is quite handy if you need something you didn't bring with you or if you just crave an after hours pizza. In the room there's a little coffee machine with some coffee capsules, a small waterboiler with a few different types of tea(bags), a microwave and a little fridge, and some cutlery and crockery. Everything available so you wouldn't need them, but remaining at your disposition if you do. We really liked the place a lot. No noises from the outside, not even from the owners' parts of the house really. There's a fruit bowl readily available when arriving and in the morning, the lady of the house brought us a large breakfast platter with lots of choice and a big big smile at the time that is convenient for you (having gone through other reviews, they really try to accomodate to people's suggestions and feedback: several kinds of baked goods, an oatmix you can add to yoghurt, different sorts of breakfast spreads, some slices of cheese, meat, eggs...even giving you the possibility to bag up some snack/leftovers if you are in a hurry). What better way to wake up. Did I mention I really really liked it? I would love to stay there again sometime! Being told on the spot I had to pay an extra tourist tax, even though I called the day before for more info and possible instructions, felt a bit awkward to me. But overall my positive experience definitely made up for it.

The neighborhood, beautiful, quiet and delightful for a stroll at any time of the day. Not to left out the AMAZING breakfast, definitely one of the many highlights there. Would definitely come back for a longer stay A weird bathroom's sliding door that doesn't completely isolate the bedroom from sounds and odor.
• Max (10/5): Fantastic stay, we would have loved some more nights. - Our hosts were very friendly and made sure everything was to our liking. Check in was very easy due to a keybox. They exceeded our expectations by offering us a vegan breakfast (on very short notice by us) with a nice variety of spreads and even vegan cheese. It was possible to eat the breakfast outside in a cute little area - which was very delightful during our summer stay. The room is quite spacious and a little bathroom with a big shower is attached. The bed was very comfortable which made it hard to get out at our agreed breakfast time. The neighborhood is more of a suburban vibe - quiet and close to the countryside (with cows!!!). We explored Amsterdam by bike and advise you to do the same. It took us 20 minutes from Amsterdam centraal to the BnB Tulp, including a short but free ferry ride. If you need a bike, there is an information sheet in the room with rental bike prices. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend the BnB Tulp. The bathroom is a little bit thin-walled.
