• Manzin (9/5): - Tutto super,la struttura ottima,pulita,con i servizi necessari quali la macchina del caffè e il bollitore x una piccola colazione al mattino,a disposizione anche un frigo x tenere qualche bibita fresca. Importantissimo il bagno privato in ogni stanza.Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile,ci ha dato un paio di consigli su cosa vedere ma soprattutto x dove andare a mangiare vicino alla casa,da segnalare il locale proprio fuori dal portone dove fanno ottime pizze ma anche altro,ma soprattutto la pizzeria Oliva sulla strada principale praticamente dietro la casa,dove le pizze sono super buone (consiglio la pizza montanara fritta e ripassata nel forno).Noi ci siamo mosse sempre a piedi e in 15 minuti arrivi a via del Duomo e poi via dei Tribunali dove trovi la Napoli sotterranea e la via dei presepi oltre a tantissimi locali e negozi. Per cui il b&b Regy ve lo consiglio. Niente da dire

The apartment has air conditioning, which was a big plus, and the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

La camera (2 letti singoli) è tenuta benissimo e comoda, buona per stare due notti in tranquillità. Servizi eccellenti: in area comune ci stanno la macchinetta per il caffè, l'acqua e varie indicazioni per girare in questa bellissima città. Il nostro host è stato molto premuroso e gentile: Luigi ci ha aiutato qualora avessimo avuto difficoltà. Consigliatissimo, da tornarci!

• Renske (8/5): Klein, maar zeer gastvriendelijk - De eigenaar Luigi was erg behulpzaam. Ondanks een taalbarrière deed hij uiterst zijn best om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Voor €25 wilde hij ons vanaf het vliegveld ophalen en voor €25 weer naar het vliegveld brengen. De B&B zelf is simpel, maar netjes. De douche was een tegenvaller. De temperatuur van het water was moeilijk in te stellen. De douchekop was niet in hoogte verstelbaar, gleed steeds naar beneden. De locatie is wat verder van het toeristisch centrum, je moest door een iets onveilig voelende straat lopen. Wel geeft het de omgeving weer zoals ook veel Napolitanen wonen.

Luigi, persona a dir poco disponibile ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio fin da subito dandoci puntualmente ogni giorno indicazioni e suggerimenti per visitare al meglio la città. Grazie al sig. • Callegari (8/5): - Posizione comoda, x chi non ha problemi a camminare, x raggiungere anche a piedi i principali punti di interesse di Napoli: ad un km ca si arriva a Via Roma che porta al Duomo ed a Spacca Napoli cuore pulsante x immergersi nella vita napoletana ed ammirare le bellezze di Napoli. A 1.200 MT Ca. Si arriva alla stazione metropolitana che porta nella parte più "ricca" di Napoli, Galleria Umberto, Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo e quartieri Spagnoli zona folkloristica Napoletana ove Maradona ne fa' da padrone Vicino anche il quartiere Sanità dove non si può non andare alla Pasticceria Poppella ad assaggiare un fantastico fiocco di neve!!! Punto forte della struttura anche la comodità nelle immediate vicinanze di ristoranti, pizzerie, bar dove poter degustare l'ottima cucina e pasticceria della tradizione napoletana Cosa positiva il silenzio e la tranquillità nell'alloggio cosa non così scontata nel grande caos di Napoli! Altro punto forte, la possibilità di usufruire del servizio navetta x destinazione Aeroporto, fatto su richiesta dal Sig. Luigi X una vacanza all'insegna del piacere di conoscere e vivere la quotidianità del posto in cui mi trovo, la semplicità della struttura va bene così, ho trovato cortesia, disponibilità e pulizia oltre che la possibilità di potermi godere alla mattina un buon caffè! Nulla da lamentare

La posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione e al centro storico. Luigi è stato un host eccellente, sempre disponibile e presente, ci ha anche fornito utili informazioni su ristoranti e luoghi di interesse. Sicuramente è un posto che consiglierei a chi cerca tranquillità e calore.

• Samuel (1/5): we never stayed in the property - nothing I like I’m deeply disappointed by the host’s behavior, which was dishonest and threatening. He has camera inside the house and he falsely claimed there were additional 4 guests (big fat lie). Despite repeatedly inviting him to verify the situation in person and resolving the issue calmly, he called me a Lier and continued to threaten us by saying someone would come to collect our passport and extra payment. Given the hostility, we felt unsafe and decided to leave the property after reporting the incident to local police. I have a complete record of our WhatsApp conversation, which clearly shows the threatening tone and unreasonable behavior of the host. I had already shared this evidence with Booking.com for further investigation. I also put one as an example down under photo section. This experience was extremely disrespectful and far below the standards expected from a host. I strongly urge Booking.com to remove this property from its listings.

• Lowri (1/5): - It was clean The host- he watches you on the camera. He is also VERY rude. He kept accusing me of wanting "more for my money " by wanting the place to myself (?) But i was scared and HOPED my son and I wouldn't be alone. He also claimed it was my fault (!) the AC didn't work. Horrible man. Why would you install a camera to watch your guests. Surely, this crosses a line! Is it legal? The room was boiling because the AC control didn't work so it was super uncomfortable. Regy wasn't there the entire time, therefore wasn't able to fix it🙃 Instead he sent incessant texts. Horrid man. But Naples is beautiful

• de garcia (10/5): Great place and very nice and helpful host - I really liked that you get a great place to stay at for a great price too. Inside the place it is really nice, it is very clean and you get everything you need. A bed, an AC, a toiletroom, a shower, and much more. Theres really nothing to complain about in Regy. The host was very nice too, he has great energy, helps you with stuff like how to use transport in Naples, where to eat good food for cheap prices and more. There is really nothing to complain about in Regy. The area may be scary to navigate through in the nights depending on where you come from, but at the end of the day, normal People live here who probably dont wish anything bad upon you. After walking through the area multiple times in the dark, nothing happened :). Its pretty safe here.

We loved everything, including the great location with a delicious pizzeria just downstairs. A small note for future guests: - Make sure you have mobile internet to contact the host upon arrival. - The apartment was a bit tricky to find at first, but the host helped us quickly and guided us in. Highly recommend – a wonderful experience overall!

The room was very small with little to no extra space. There was no option to lift up the window blinds for fresh air and natural light. We also had trouble with the host looking at what we was doing through the camera in the kitchen and making comments on what ordinary things we shouldn't touch like a coffee mashine.

Please be aware that the neighborhood is quite sketchy and to reach the main streets, you need to pass through narrow streets which didn’t feel safe for me. Also the building complex in which the room was in didn’t feel safe either. Nothing bad happened but the experience didn’t feel safe to me at all

Apartmant was nice and safe. Location is great. Close to the trainstation so you can easily go to Pompei or Amalfi coast ( Sorrento) for only 4€. Close to the bus stations. 10minutes away from famous pizzeria L'antica for only 5.50€. Apartmant was clean and airconditioning was perfect. Neighbourdhood was pretty buzzy.

Quick to respond to our messages. Kitchen had a fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. We had a window onto a closed porch, where people smoked... so we never got any fresh air.

• Patanuta (10/5): Perfect base camp for the real Napoli experience - Very clean and spatious room. The bed was one of the most confortable I have ever experienced in a b&b. The main plus is represented by the host who is always gratious and available to provide info on transport options, restaurants and such. The area around is quite safe, with an open air market which allows you to truly experience the real Naples. Feels like something in between an ancient roman suburra, Elena Ferrante's books and the Church of Maradona :)

Excellent communication throughout, making it very easy to get to. And a lovely big room for the night!

The Host was a nice guy, too bad he didn't really speak English (we used gtranslate mostly) and I don't speak Italian, I'm sure we could have had some exciting conversations. Anything we needed he provided as soon as it was possible. There is an awesome and really cheap pizzeria just next to the place, I can really recommend that too. The old-town part was fairly close. Both the Airport and the Train station is fairly close. (though with rolling suitcases, the streets of Naples are a nightmare to navigate). Well, as someone who's not used to Southern Italy the area around the building was quite daunting. We got used to it, but it was still... interesting. There is a market that was really interesting but also didn't feel 100% safe. Maybe I'm just not used to this. The center of the city was 3-4 km away and we couldn't get a single bus back to the place so we either walked or took a taxi back. For some reason buses never showed up, even though gmaps said that 2 or 3 should have passed by us by that time
• Jule (5/5): Passable - clean and functional, the bed was incredible comfortable and we slept really well, the bathroom is big and clean intense smell of sweet cleaning products or something, the check-in involved an overwhelming amount of messages and pictures and instructions, room also stored some additional furniture
