• tommaso (10/5): Stanza super - L'accoglienza, la stanza. Francesco un bravissimo ragazzo si vede che ci mette passione. La stanza è favolosa dotata di frigo macchinetta caffè è un televisore grande.Il bagno ha un'ampia doccia e due lavandini.Il B@b ha solo due stanze quindi molto tranquillo.

Located in Piazza Cavour area = transportation hub. 30min walk to Napoli Centrale. Many restaurants and bakeries in the area. Perfect contact with the owner. Recommended!

• Natalya (5/5): - Чисто, наявність посуду та кондиціонерів. Необхідно розуміти, що ви знімаєто кімнату у двокімнатній квартирі, що не було заявлено в описі цього варіанту житла. Коли у 1 час ночі хтось відчинив двері своїм ключем, ми зовсім не були до цього готові і, навіть, були налякані цим. Потім з'ясувалось, що це сусід, про існування якого ми зовсім не здогадувалися! У нашому випадку приватна ванна кімната знаходиламя за межами! нашої кімнати і щоб туди дістатися, треба було проходити через спільну кухню-столову, що абсолютно не зручно і не комфортно! Не дивуйтесь також, якщо двері квартири відчиняться без попередження за 40 мінут до того, як ви маєте покинути номер, і при вас почнуть наводити порядок, не звертаючи на вас ніякої уваги. Отже, якщо все це було би чесно описано на сайті Букінгу, ми би ніколи не обрали цей варіант і були дуже здивовані таким високим рейтингом, який, на наш погляд, не відповідає реальності!

• Gerald (6/5): Leider etwas "zu italienisch". - Die Lage war gut, gleich bei der Metro und beim archäologischen Museum. Es geht etwas bergauf und man muss in Neapel immer aufpassen, dass man nicht überfahren wird von Mopeds, das gehört aber scheinbar einfach dazu. Francesco war hilfsbereit und auf Nachfrage haben wir auch unsere Handtücher gewechselt bekommen nach 3 Tagen. Leider waren die Wände sehr hellhörig, weswegen wir alles vom anderen Paar, welches ebenfalls im Apartment übernachtet hat, gehört haben. Das war insofern am Morgen sehr lästig. Was uns auch nicht gefallen hat war, dass das Badezimmer außerhalb des Schlafzimmers gelegen ist und wir durch den gemeinsam benutzten Aufenthaltsraum/Esszimmer laufen mussten was sehr lästig und umständlich war. Die Dusch war auch für italienische Verhältnisse sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum umdrehen.

• Tommaso (10/5): Comodo appartamento nella Napoli autentica - Stanza in appartamento rinnovato, raggiungibile lungo una strada in salita, ubicato in uno dei quartieri più famosi di Napoli, la Sanità. L'appartamento è in un vecchio stabile con muri molto spessi, pertanto risulta essere molto silenzioso. La strada su cui si affaccia è poco trafficata e si sentono pochi rumori esterni. L'ingresso dell'appartamento si raggiunge salendo una scala in pietra. La stanza è ampia e accogliente con molti accessori, tra un cui un mini frigo e una macchinetta per il caffè. Erano comprese anche le cialde per il caffè e una bottiglietta d'acqua. Il letto è molto comodo, come i cuscini. Nell'armadio erano presenti altri cuscini con diversa altezza, secondo necessità. TV e wi-fi perfettamente funzionanti. Il climatizzatore permette di regolare la temperatura all'interno, anche se non ne ho avuto la necessità. Possibilità di utilizzo della cucina in comune, con pentole, posate, piatti, bicchieri e tazze, oltre al bollitore e il forno. Il bagno privato è ampio ed è raggiungibile salendo alcuni gradini. La doccia è grande e il lavandino ha due vasche. Tutto l'ambiente è pulitissimo e ben curato. La fotocellula delle scale d'ingresso a volte non si attiva, creando disagio. Le barriere architettoniche (presenza di scale) lo rendono poco fruibile per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione. Il flusso d'acqua non è potente, ma sufficiente per fare la doccia.

• Alessandra (10/5): - Superior Quadruple Room... This was my second stay in the Superior Quadruple Room at B&B Punto Stella and it was excellent again. The room is so spacious and comfortable that it feels more like a studio than just a bedroom, and the bathroom is huge and very convenient. Everything is very clean, well organized, and perfectly managed by Francesco, who is kind, professional, and always available to help.The location is fantastic, in a central and safe area, with the museum, metro, pharmacies, great restaurants, and everything you need within an easy five-minute walk. I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to return with my mother on my next trip to Naples. .

The rooms are decent sized and aircon is good. It was slightly confusing on how to get into the property and there was a language barrier with the host. However, this wouldn’t matter if you can speak fluent Italian.

• Silvia (10/5): Semplicemente meraviglioso! - Non possiamo che dare il massimo punteggio per questa struttura. Ciò che colpisce maggiormente è la cura dei dettagli nell'arredamento (siamo andati nel periodo natalizio e sia la camera che la cucina in comune con gli altri ospiti erano completamente decorate a tema natalizio), la pulizia e l'ottima accoglienza che Francesco ci ha riservato. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro ma al tempo stesso in una zona tranquilla.

The communication is smooth, the check in is easy and the quadruple room is spacious and clean. The shared kitchen is a plus. The area is good with some great pizzerias nearby and two metro lines. The double bed was a bit squeaky.

Good location, perfect spot for nearby busy areas and tranquility. It was last minute reserve after another deceptive accommodation, but it's place to reserve in advance.

Cama de Casal, sofá, frigorífico, máquina de café. A cozinha está bem equipada. O alojamento fica situado num bairro central e dá para fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Можно было пользоваться общей кухней. Апартаменты четырехместные, но я был один, и места для меня одного было предостаточно. Удобно, что ванная комната находится отдельно. Но не стоит думать, что она выходит за пределы апартаментов. У вас абсолютно личное пространство. В целом, я провел потрясающе свою ночь. Я выспался и не слышал соседей. Я их даже не видел. Кухню мы не использовали, но знали, что на всякий случай она есть. Недопонимание из-за языкого барьера. Мужчина пришел в десять часов в ожидании моего отъезда. Хотя мне казалось, что официально отъезд в 11, а днем ранее мы договорились об отъезде в 12. Но нет. Я не говорю по-итальянски, а взрослый мужчина не говорит ни по-испански, ни по-английски, ни по-русски естественно.

• Khadija (7/5): - L'emplacement près de l'arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport. Le lit est confortable et la chambre est grande. La chambre triple ne dispose pas de la douche et des WC dans la chambre. Ils sont à l'extérieur, ce qui est gênant lorsqu'on veut aller aux toilettes dans la nuit (il faut prendre les clés, c'est bruyant). La cabine de douche est assez étroite. Ce n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce.

• Rosamonde (10/5): - Lovely large room with private bathroom, there is a shared kitchen with one other room only, but each separate room can be securely locked and only the kitchen area is shared. There were tea and breakfast cereal and biscuits and cakes laid out and they were topped up every day. Very secure room, in the historic part of Naples. Francesco the host was very helpful and kind, I was travelling solo and was dropped off by the taxi nearby, but not outside, so I messaged Francesco and he kindly came outside to look out for me, he also arranged for a taxi to pick me up outside of the b and b to go back to the airport, he is a very good host. The room is very lovely, much larger than I expected, with a beautiful chandelier and painting of cherubs on the ceiling, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I Would definitely recommend, it is very good value and secure and very clean too. There is a coffee machine with coffee pods supplied in the room, a very large tv, wifi and air conditioning. The bathroom was large also, with shower gel and shampoo there. The other residents of the building, who I passed at the entrance of the building were pleasant and friendly. There is a handy little supermarket two minutes walk away across the road and little cafe's just five minutes walk away. Ten out of Ten recommendation for this b and b, it is a lovely place and they go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is a good one.

Изключително лесно общуване и приятелско отношение от Франческо и баща му. Тъй като пристигнахме по-рано и искахме да си оставим багажа, баща му ни чакаше и дори ни настани. На заминаваме Франческо ни уреди такси в 5 сутринта до летището, което беше голямо удобство за нас. 3. Стаята е голяма, чиста с всичко необходимо, а банята е по-голяма от повечето които съм виждала в Италия. Няма такова
