• Ivana (10/5): - Our stay at Saint Peter Elegance Suite was excellent. The location is great – it takes about 10–15 minutes on foot to the Vatican and 25–30 minutes to Trastevere, and there are bus lines right near the property that can take you to any tourist attraction. There is also a train station nearby, which is where we arrived from the airport. The accommodation for three people consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Everything was very clean. A cleaner came every day, washed the floors, and brought fresh towels and additional toilet paper. The owner is a very polite, helpful, and friendly man. All in all, our stay in this apartment deserves the highest rating. We would definitely come again. 😊

• Uladzislau (9/5): Recommend👍 - It is a hotel-level suite. We have been on the trip across several different cities in Italy it this apartment was the best one. Everybody got a socket next to the bed, we got fridge in our room. It was very clean including bathroom. In the shared space there was a coffee machine with espresso pads, microwave. No problem finding the place and getting in. Cleaning lady came to us daily, she did a really good job. Owner personally came to us to warn about power outage (city did some work) There is a bar nearby and sometimes we heard noises from there even at night

Byliśmy z nastoletnimi dziećmi i spokojnie do głównych atrakcji turystycznych można dotrzeć spacerem (ewentualnie podjechać autobusem). Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, który służył pomocą w trakcie pobytu. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany. Serdecznie polecam!

Minden nap takarítottak és rendbe tették a szobát. Egy hétvégi kiruccanásra megfelelő. A franciaágy matrac kényelmetlen, lejtett az ágy közepe felé, cserére érett. Bár a minden napi takarítással nagyon meg voltunk elégedve, de a függönyre és az ágytakaróra ráférne egy mosás, láthatóan foltos volt.

Fridge was not clean We would like to have a chair as the closet to hang our clothes rail was 8feet high and 2 hangers . Curtin on the window was broken and we asked to have it fixed and it did not happen there was a table and chairs outside so people could smoke and see us inside .

Beheerder zie je niet, maar reageert snel via de app. Er lag een horecagelegenheid naast, die tot 1 uur of 2 uur in de nacht open was en het geluid van de muziek en gasten waren heel goed te horen in kamer 1.

• guido (8/5): Muy pequeño pero limpio - La limpieza, la disponibilidad de café y sobre todo la disposición de Christian para apoyarme con el tema del parking. Aunque no tuve oportunidad de verlo, le agradezco su apoyo. La ubicación aceptable, muy buena para ir al Vaticano, lejana para los lugares del centro histórico. La habitación es sumamente pequeña para tres personas, incluso para dos. Tan pequeña que no cuenta con un escritorio y una silla, así como con un mueble para poner la maleta. Las repisas laterales de la cama, empotradas muy pequeñas. Por eso la calificación y la baja relación precio calidad y por lo tanto debo decir que no cumplió mis expectativas. Por el precio creo que debería esperar algo más holgado de espacio.

La camera e gli spazi erano piuttosto ristretti. Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio in zona.

• Nóra (7/5): - Nagyon közel található a Szent Péter térhez. KB. 5 perc sétára. Ez nagy előnye. Szép, tiszta volt a szoba, fürdőszoba. Naponta takarítottak. Jó volt a kommunikáció a szállásadóval. Pontos utasításokat küldött a bejutáshoz. Szombat este a ház melletti kertben nagy hangodkodás volt éjjel kettő óráig. Nem bírtunk aludni. Három főre három éjszakára 4 guriga wc-papírt kaptunk. Ugyanezt a spórolast tapasztaltuk a kikészített kávé kapszuláknál. Reggel egy darab kapszulát találtunk három főre az előtérben elhelyezett kosárkában. Az ágy matracvédője műanyag felül. Fordulásnál kellemetlen nyikorgó hangot ad.

• Egidio (10/5): Disponibilità e cortesia - Volevamo passare 4 gg nella capitale restando in centro e questa location è stata strategica. L'host è super accogliente e simpatico, la stanza pulita con all'interno anche il frigo. Nota molto positiva è stata la disponibilità della struttura a lasciare i bagagli all'interno sia all'arrivo a Roma in orario antecedente al check in, che in partenza, tanto da permetterci di vivere appieno tutto il periodo. Grazie Christian! se proprio vogliamo trovare un neo, è che da 3 non fornisce sufficienti piani di appoggio o semplicemente degli appendiabiti alle pareti.

L'armari té la barra amb penjadors per a persones de 2 metres d'altura o més!! No hi ha cap tamboret o cadira que pugui ajudar a arribar-hi. Hem trobat a faltar alguna manta o cobrellit més gruixut.

C'era un bollitore in camera dove si poteva riscaldare e preparsi la propria colazione. Fuori dalla stanza disponibile microonde e macchina del caffè. Noi ci siamo portati le nostre capsule e Nesquik. Sinceramente faceva freddo la notte e nel letto c'era solo un lenzuolo e copriletto leggero. C'era una copertina in aggiunta ma non bastava. Pavimento era anche molto freddo e il riscaldamento a muro era spento. Doccia poco funzionale e sifone ostruito.

• Marcelina (8/5): We took our grandson and his girlfriend as a graduation gift for completing their college studies. Both are Catholics an - Location. The locked and secure room. Surrounding area felt safe. Very close to St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. One day we had an issue of no hot water and the toilet was running. We were able to contact owner/manager of the property and he immediately fixed the problem.

The portable electric kettle was extremely dirty. There was some residue on the bottom that wouldn’t come off, even after several washes. The water turned whitish every time, so we weren’t able to use it.

• Megan (8/5): Cosy long weekend in Rome - This was a great place for me and my friend to stay at short notice during a long weekend to Rome. The communication with Christian was fantastic before we even arrived in Italy, with very clear arrival and departure instructions. Responses were very quick and he also kindly gave some restaurant recommendations! WiFi worked perfectly too. Location wise - 5 minute walk from a station, 2 minute walk from a bus stop, approx. 1 hour walk into the ‘centre’ which worked for us as it was a good way to see more of the city and we like to get our steps in! There was a nice big supermarket supermarket nearby which was handy. Our room was quite small but perfect for two people for a few days, all of which were spent out and about. There is a bar next door which was noisy late at night, however we did stay for a weekend so it may be quieter in the week. We had a ground floor room with very sheer curtains, and the window overlooked a smoking area which people walked past so this did feel a bit exposed at times. Nothing that a thicker pair of curtains couldn’t fix!

Also the property is on the group floor If anyone has big luggage like me 😊 The shower was cloggedged but I have reported to the management and within a few hours was sorted out 😊 shower head needs replacement 🫠

• Yolanda (10/5): - La ubicación era excelente, a solo unos minutos del Vaticano. La habitación era muy acogedora y tanto la limpieza como la forma de acceder a la habitación me parecieron excepcionales ya que es bastante segura a través de códigos. Recalcar la amabilidad del dueño que nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas en el hall del lugar ya que nuestro vuelo salía de noche y no teníamos donde dejar la maletas. Justo al lado hay una especie de bar restaurante que tiene buen ambiente y la calle da bastante seguridad. Sin duda volvería.

• Yevhen (4/5): - Отдыхали с семьёй в Риме в этом отеле в августе.  Были здесь 2 ночи. При выборе отеля у нас было предпочтение поселиться как можно ближе к Ватикану. В номере был чайник и пакетики чая. А в коридоре была кофемашина. Что уже является не удобным. К сожалению к чаю или к кофе в номере не было никаких сладостей, круасанов или хотя бы печенья как в других. Зато в номере на окнах была пыль и по углам паутина. Явно давно здесь не убирали! Душевая кабина это просто ужас! Много плесени в душевой кабине на полу! Вода не выходила в сток канализации. Купаться противно и очень страшно было купать маленького ребёнка.  Душевая кабина имеет маленькие размеры для обычного человека с худым телосложением. Антисанитария! Мы попросили горничного почистить душевую кабину. Он одел перчатку и убрал мусор из канализации, пообещав что прийдёт и уберёт комнату. Мы его ждали пару часов, но он так и не пришёл, но в коридоре постоянно ходил и смеялся с проживающими туристами. За 2 дня к нам так никто и не пришёл убрать в комнате.  Москитных сеток в комнате и ванной не было, поэтому было много комаров. Никакого вида на красивый сад, как обещали в объявлении, не было. А были видны через окно лишь сплошные заросли.
