• Chia Hui (9/5): 環境舒服，生活便利 - 安靜舒服，離地鐵站不算太遠，屋主雖住在同一個房子，但幾乎不會打擾，在這裡的時間很少遇到其他人。 出去就是咖啡廳，7-11和市場也在附近，生活很便利。
• Sonja (10/5): HomeBase - Schöne Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, Badezimmer zwar nicht im Zimmer aber ich hatte mein privates Badezimmer direkt nebenan. Der Balkon ist schön und ruhig und auch hier habe ich die meiste Zeit allein in Ruhe verbracht. Die Besitzerinnen waren sehr lieb und ich hab mich in der Gegend wohl und sicher gefühlt. Nicht sehr social, aber das muss ja nicht unbedingt ein Nachteil sein.

Everything is perfect, starting by lovely Lee and her daughter Ping running the place and being so accommodating and helpful. By now I've stayed in all the different rooms and they all are equally comfortable, just differ in size. The wifi has been working super well when I was here last time in February. It's just a few minutes walk from the bts station with an abundance of awesome food options all over Ari. Thank you so much Lee & Ping! I will be back❣️

• Molly (10/5): Best location in Ari. - comfy homely stay. - Absolutely loved my 2 night stay here. The location is 10/10 right in the heart or Ari with so many cool cafes and restaurants around. The house is beautiful and feels so homely. The hosts are so warm and welcoming making the stay extra special. . I had to work whilst I was staying and the wifi connection was excellent. Ari is a great area to explore for foodies, will definitely stay here again! I was a little concerned about the shared bathroom but I never saw any other guests, it was fine.

• YUN XIN (9/5): Love it. - It was homey - because it IS a home. Super clean. Super comfortable. Quiet space. Responsive owner. The only thing that might be a little down side is no lift/escalator- because it's a down to earth home. So if you are bringing a big luggage might need to workout a lil bit before arriving to your room at level 3 or 4. But everything else is decent :)

J’avais choisi cet établissement notamment car il m’était pratique de venir de l’aéroport de don mueang et partir le lendemain à l’aéroport de suvarnabhumi. - Il s’agit d’une vrai guesthouse car les propriétaires (un couple et leur fille) vivent aussi dans la maison. Celle-ci est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et est très propre. - J’étais au dernier étage et le propriétaire a très gentiment porté ma valise, un grand merci à lui. - L’étage était composé de deux chambres, une douche et deux WC tout était très propre et la literie très confortable.
• Anna (10/5): Enjoyed my stay very much - Sweet and friendly welcome, house was easy to find thanks to instructions provided by host! The room is up stairs, so be ready if you have heavy luggage, but the room was clean and comfortable, good AC. Shared shower and bathroom (with 2 WC), but I saw no other people. Had plates, mugs and bowls and a little snack corner. Quiet neighbourhood (only some bird noises, but that’s normal). Very nice stay!

• 詠淳 (9/5): - 安靜的環境，早上陽光會從窗戶灑落，採光良好。 共用衛浴很乾淨，一層樓一間不需要等。 離捷運站不遠，CP值高。 房東人很好也不會過多打擾。 有機會會再回訪❤️ P.S 需要爬樓梯，如果腿腳不好的可能要評估一下。

• Nursel (8/5): Great location in Ari - It’s located in Ari, close to the BTS Ari, only 2 stops from Chatuchak Market, 5 stops from Siam Square. Loads of cafes and restaurants, food stalls etc. The neighbourhood tends to be a bit noisy like anywhere this central. Best to have some earplugs with you.

• Lauren (9/5): Well positioned guesthouse with lovely owners and a safe, comfortable room! - Great neighborhood and food options. Water pressure in the shower, WiFi, and AC were excellent. Rooftop was nice to enjoy breakfast and hang out. The pillow provided was quite large and firm - I didn’t ask if there was another one, but it was uncomfortable.

• Sophie (9/5): Superb - Cute comfy hotel in centre of Ari. The couple who own the house, and their daughter, are lovely, sweet, and friendly. The aircon was good and the mattress comfortable, and it was great value for money. The old house is gorgeous, with very nice wooden floors. It was great to have a fridge in my room too. Highly recommend! The house is next to a mosque, so there's a call to prayer every morning around 7am.

It’s very local and nice area. - Location was the best area of you area foodie and east walk to Ari metro station, great location. There is a fan coffee place at the back of the house, not to be missed best coffee I have ever had 😎 The stairs.

Fridge in room and place to make drinks upstairs with a microwave too. Loads of restaurants to choose from. Thai massage just across the street on the main road was first rate and correctly priced. Do go! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The window glass doesn't fit the frame. Just something I noticed so maybe it's very hot in summer. There is air-conditioning which you can use.

• Milja (7/5): Nice area, not as comfortable as I expected - I really liked the area. It was bit of a walk (it was really hot in Bangkok about 36 celcius during my stay) from the Skytrain. Normally would have been Perfect but now the sunny road during the day was a little challenging to walk. But it was a short ride to the Center with the train. The House looked quite nice and I especially liked about the terrace at the top floor. When I arrived it was super Hot and there wasn’t AC or even a fan running at the check in. I said it is so Hot but the Lady just said ”always in Bangkok” which is not really True cause I have lived there and knew that heat wave had just Hit Thailand. Walking the stairs to the top floor without fan I felt like melting. I got the impression that the Owner was very frugal. When I reached my room I noticed a damp Smell and that it was slightly moldy. I noticed it was next to the bathrooms/showerroom and politely asked if there is another room for me to choose. She said it is fullybooked and said I could leave if didn’t like it. I thought it was a little tough thing to say. Kind of just take it or leave it… I decided to Open the Windows and run the AC for a while (cause the room was Hot as well when I arrived). I had some Essential oils with me so I could clean up the air and it wasn’t that bad After running the AC. I booked the room cause so Many people had mentioned that there is a comfortable bed. I assumed it could mean it would be soft but it wasn’t. I found it quite hard and it wasn’t comfortable to me. It wasn’t rock hard but it wasn’t soft or flexible either. Very firm. Just to Let you know if you are looking for a soft bed like me. I could not sleep well there. Also I wasn’t very Happy about the cleaning level. There were dead insects and dust under the window.
• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - I felt so comfortable at Lee's guesthouse that I came back twice during my time in Asia. For me it was a perfect home away from home to come back to. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, the place is quiet, neat & clean, bed very comfy and Ari my favorite district of Bangkok. Thank you Lee and hoping to be back one day :)

• Megan (9/5): Good value for money - The room was lovely and there was a communal balcony which was great for sunset! Everything was clean and the owner was very friendly. Beds are comfortable. It seems like an old house that has been converted. The owner lives in the building downstairs. It's in a great location in Ari, walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants as well as the train. Overall it's good value for money. It's a lot of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage beware! We had to use a communal bathroom but it was always clean and quiet.

Definitely try it! - love the homely feel of this place - run by females and a female only guest house. Felt very safe! - the aircon takes a while to cool down the room - there are no ceiling lights. The room uses warm lights from table lamps which makes the room lighting quite dim. - the extra "cardio" of having the climb up the stairs up to the 3rd floor where the room is. Good luck to those with heavy luggages ~

• Jenny (10/5): So perfect! - So amazing! Best stay in Bangkok, in a very cute and artistic neighborhood full of lovely cafe and great food. I love the family who runs the guest home so much, the mother is so kind and I will miss you so much! Room is so comfy, big, and cool with air conditioner, the bed is the best. The bathroom and room are super clean and my room and bathroom and towel were always cleaned! She even bought me my favorite snack as a gift. I came by myself and I felt very safe and happy to come back home at the end of the day. She always gave me food recommendations and recommendations for things to do. When I checked out at 1am in the morning she came outside with me in the pouring rain to make sure the taxi picked me up safe! I was really happy here and the value was worth more than the price I paid for. The location is very good, close to BTS station and many michelin rated restaurants. From now on I will always come to stay here. I hope to come stay again!
• Cecille (10/5): It was a delight! I made the right choice to stay here - The property was good and that it was in the quiet part of Ari. The room was clean, the sheets were new. In every room, there are two (2) beds even if I was a solo traveler. It was near street food shops, and a Michelin Guide restaurant. I felt safe during my stay as all the guests were female. The owner, Lee, was extremely kind and accommodating. I got to chat with her on my last day, and it was such a delight to converse with her for several hours. She is a woman of diverse interests! I love talking to her. I will definitely stay with her again on my next visit. I recommend to all female travelers! None!

Owner didn’t give the key for the main door, I don’t feel good that we have to wait for the owner to open it whenever I came back to the house
