Guest Reviews
- Thando (5/5): Poor standards of maintenance. - The bathroom door doesn't have a handle, I accidentally closed completely had to pull the door on the top edge with my fingers as hard to open. Secondly the main door 🚪 makes noise as you also have to lift it up so it doesn't make noise its old to say. Last would the foots step of the room up stairs are loud as you could feel its the wooden floor amd the person up the was busy walking up and down as if they are staff working on something.

- Mothofo (5/5): Was good but try and fix the floors - The Location of the Juskei is safe and secure.
Being given a key to be flexible The rooms upstairs. I assume they have wooden floors. So the bottom rooms can hear every single footstep and voice. And as known we can't control humans.
- Thoriso (9/5): Comfort - The comfortable room with comfy bed and free streaming services. The water in the shower wasn't hot all the times we needed to use it.. it would be hot for a few minutes then turn too cold.
- Theo (1/5): Miserable - Location very quiet The hosts are the most unspeakable people the wife is a monster. Crocodile smile until the racist nature comes out. Illegal Wooden structure with every movement being a nuisance for everyone. No privacy to even make a call
- Theo (8/5): -
- Nedzingahe (6/5): - The location The radio noise coming from the family in the top room, the footsteps noise on the top of the roof which is their floor. When they walk, it's like the construction people on duty. The noise was very disturbing.
- Karabo (3/5): - There was no water, the door was very difficult to open, the car slept outside
- Sboniso (8/5): Very good - The room was comfortable and clean Nothing
- Maake (4/5): I couldn’t rest due to the noise. And i got really bored due to the TV not working. - It’s very clean There was too much noise going on. I woke up very early in the morning due to noise. It was horrendous. And there’s no kitchen sink, no kettle and mugs to make some tea. The TV was also not working so it was very lonely.

- Leigh (1/5): Don’t use The Jukskei Stay - I liked that it was close to home and was very convienient as we were moving out of our Northriding home 3 days before our move our accommodation was cancelled. Granted it was an electrical problem and these things do happen. Firstly owners said they had contacted me days before via booking.com. I never received this. Secondly I thought they may have suggested an alternative. They didn’t. They were rude and abrupt. Thirdly up to the day of our stay booking.com had the status of our stay as confirmed. No refund of fees has been given. I have requested this 3 x already?
- Mark (10/5): Happy Camper - Everything Nothing
- Ashlyn (7/5): Good -
- Yeganthri (5/5): Passable - John was very friendly and helpful Rooms on the top floor was very noisy, wooden floors so every step could be heard
- Thupudi (7/5): Good -
- Neo (5/5): Stay was decent but left much to be desired. - The location is great easily navigable. The staff were friendly. The place was decently secure and generally quiet.
It was good value for money if you're on a budget and/or a tight schedule. The yard and fore-areas were a mess with debris and dirt all around. The staff were hard to get a hold of when needed. The walls and ceiling were thin which allowed for simple noise like footsteps, creaking beds/couches and television sounds keeping you up and distracted.
- K2 (1/5): Bad - Is not to the standards 😠Bedding is not good at all ðŸ˜
- Alan (1/5): Bad - Disgusting
- Charlie (5/5): Passable -
- Lindsay (5/5): Passable -
- Nazaan (4/5): Disappointing -
- Alwyn (5/5): Okayish - It is conveniently situated for me It's winter people. The hospitality industry is going to require that you think like a customer. Freezing is nobody's choice
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Thriscilla (4/5): Disappointing - There was a fridge. Easy access No Microwave, hot water to shower lasted 1minute, then freezing. TV had issues
- Alwyn (8/5): Very good -
- Naidoo (1/5): Very poor accommodation for the area it is in - Nothing Everything, I got there 20 minutes into loadsheding and the bath water was ice cold. Lounge couch was in a terrible condition when you stand in the shower you are standing in a pool of water, the floor tiles are broken and no matt to stand on when you come out of the shower, there are no way to place your soap in the shower, the boys working on the property is making noise to the early hours of the morning (after 2 am) I was given a standby light that didn't even last 30 minutes and loadsheding was 4 hours, the curtains wasn't even hung up properly,, over all very poor condition and you get a quarter roll toilet paper complementary
- Kyle (5/5): Passable -

- Chris (2/5): uncomfortable, incomplete and noise due to lack of insulation! - The position ! The property is a building site and stank of cement as the bathroom had just been plastered. The neighbours above and adjacent to this unit were noisy and the sound insulation is non existent ! I do t think the bedding had been changed ! Don’t expect any complimentary tea/ coffee - there was none! Security is non existent other than the gated community! It was a big disappointment !
- Sbibs (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and quiet place, very private.
The lady who helped us was very efficient and helped us with a smile That there wasn't an Aircon in the room, but the lady came through and brought us a mobile fan which we really APPRECIATED
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josia (1/5): Bad - There is nothing to like. The whole stay was very uncomfortable.
- Sibusiso (5/5): Passable -
- Mapula (5/5): Passable - I liked the safety of the location. The room does not have a sink where you can wash the dishes so we had to stay with untidy dishes. We struggled getting in because we were not sent the quote we should use at the gate. Their communication can improve.
- Jaco (6/5): Pleasant - Private No milk, or powder milk. Gates never closed
- Solly (8/5): Very good - Everything They had no ruggs
- Beauty (8/5): It was homely peaceful and relaxing. - Am not a coffee fun and don't like coffee creamer either but, my daughter was happy. I liked the fact that there was free wifi and Netflix was a bonus for my daughter. The room was actually warm even without air-conditioning or heater. We could warm up our food in the microwave and boil water for tea. There was a tobacco smell when we arrived. There was no soap caddy in the shower so I to put everything on the floor while showering
- Matlhohonolo (5/5): Passable -
