• Jowita (10/5): Miejsce z duszą! ♥️ - To miejsce z duszą. Rosa przywitała nas pysznym winem i sokiem, a sam obiekt jest bardzo klimatyczny. Zdecydowanie w naszym guście. Czuliśmy się jakbyśmy odwiedzali ukochaną rodzinę. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne, widok obłędny. Podczas tej podróży przez kilka krajów bałkańskich to był najlepszy nasz nocleg. Żałujemy, że nie zostaliśmy dłużej by nacieszyć się Jeziorem Ochrydzkim i gościnnością Rosy i jej rodziny. Wszystko było doskonałe!
• Sietske (10/5): Top verblijf, hele fijne sfeer - We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Rosa. Wat een sfeervolle plek. Er is een mooi en gezellig terras aan het water, waar het ontbijt geserveerd kan worden bij lekker weer. 's Avonds hebben we in het restaurant gedeelte gezeten en heerlijk gegeten. De vis (koran) is een absolute aanrader. Maar wat ons het meest bij zal blijven is de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van het personeel, van Rosa, de leuke gesprekken met haar dochter Sofia en hun vrolijke hond Lisa. @Rosa, we hope the bicycle tire of Sofia's bike is still good! • Alexandra (10/5): Traumhaft - Es war alles perfekt! Rosa hat sich super um uns gekümmert und sich ganz viel Mühe gegeben, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Sie bereitet auch leckeres Abendessen und fantastisches Frühstück zu einem wirklich fairen Preis zu. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar und entgegen vieler Behauptungen diese Seite des Ohridsees mindestens genauso schön wie die mazedonische. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Rosa est une hôtesse attentionnée et chaleureuse et surtout une excellente cuisinière ! N’hésitez pas à dîner sur place c’est très bon et fait avec des produits frais et locaux. Les descriptions de Booking peuvent prêter à confusion : petit déjeuner en supplément, accès terrasse….

• Eric (10/5): - Accueil très chaleureux, parking privé, nous avons été placé sur le parking de l’église qui est magnifique juste à côté avec portail qui ferme à clé Rosa la propriétaire nous a reçu en personne et amené elle même jusqu’à la chambre pour la visite Rosa est très joviale et douce, parlant plusieurs langues dont le français. Nous avons dîné sur une adorable terrasse pour un prix hyper modique, le plat le plus cher est a 13 euros et c’est du poisson La chambre que nous avons eu est grande , évidemment pour 40 euros, la déco et meubles sont sobres, avec un certain charme qui fait sourire. La literie est hyper confortable et de très grande qualité,, 2 oreillers par personne, ce qui est très très rare. Ça sentait le linge frais. Le coin toilette et bain est suffisant, bon le tuyau d’eau arrive par le balcon pour arriver dans la salle de bain. La pression est bonne et l’eau bien chaude. 2 petites terrasse de chaque côté dont 1 avec chaises et table. Nous recommandons cet endroit donnant direct sur la mer, tranquille et magnifique. Rosa est une personne adorable, c’est sur que nous y retournerons si nous en avons l’occasion Rien. Tout était parfait

• Jess (10/5): - Absolutely incredible stay! The most idyllic location with the most peaceful and relaxing outdoor area. Rosa is the kindest and most gracious host. This is a beautiful family run accommodation. We felt so welcome and the food was delicious. We didn't want to leave, and we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time. I cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms were comfortable and we felt so at peace spending our days relaxing by the water. It truly is gorgeous here. Thank you Rosa and your family you are the best!

La chambre se trouve au plus proche du lac, à côté de l'espace détente agréable qui fait aussi office d'espace repas et petit déjeuner qui sont en supplément. Il y règne une atmosphère agréable et la nuit est des plus calmes. Il manque un meuble pour poser les vêtements.

Rosa and her family/staff were all very kind and made us feel extremely welcome. If you want to get away from it all this is the place. We really enjoyed our walk around the village and up to the viewpoint. Amazing views at sunset. Also enjoyed refreshing swims in the lake.

• Timm (9/5): Erholsamer Seeaufenthalt mit leckerem Essen - Leckeres Mittag- und Abendessen zu vernünftigen Preisen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr um Ihre Gäste bemüht und stets gut erreichbar. Tolle Lage direkt am See, wir haben die Unterkunft nicht einmal verlassen. Auch unser Familienzimmer hatte einen großzügigen eigenen schönen Aussenbereich mit Liegen. Das Angebot an Liegen und Sonnenschirmen auf der Terrasse am See ist aufgrund der Lage bzw. Begrenzten Fläche limitiert, hat aber funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist nicht inklusive und hat uns im Vergleich zu den restlichen Mahlzeiten nicht ganz überzeugt. Leider ist der Boden des Sees an manchen Stellen komplett mit dem Müll der letzten Jahrzehnte bedeckt, was man aber nur bemerkt, wenn man taucht.

• Susan (8/5): - Eine mit viel Liebe und Charme gestaltete Unterkunft mit direktem Zugang zum türkisblauem klaren See. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer im 1. Stock mit grosser mit Wein übewachsenerTerrasse zum See, welche wirklich toll war. Süßer kleiner Ort, lecker Essen und gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her ausreichend, aber mit ein paar Macken. So ist das Doppelstockbett doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war recht wackelig für unsere großen Jungs und die Matratzen aller Betten sind schon recht durchgelegen, sodass man die Federn spürt. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar recht viel Krach gemacht, aber abgekühlt hat sie das Zimmer leider nicht, dafür gab es beim Duschen nur kaltes Wasser. Vielleicht könnte die überaus liebe und herzliche Rosa und ihr Team hier und da mal etwas erneuern.

La décoration est originale et donne un charme particulier à l'endroit. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette étape. Le personnel est agréable et Rosa est très accueillante et nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous.

• Taina Antonieta (10/5): Es un espacio idílico, lleno de encanto, donde el tiempo parece ir más despacio - Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Rosa en Lin fue simplemente perfecta. El lugar está justo a la orilla del lago, con unas vistas espectaculares y una tranquilidad que invita a quedarse más de un día… o incluso a no irse nunca. Rosa nos recibió con una amabilidad que te hace sentir en casa desde el primer momento, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. La comida, preparada con cariño, estaba deliciosa y hecha con productos frescos. Es un espacio idílico, lleno de encanto, donde el tiempo parece ir más despacio y cada amanecer junto al lago es un regalo. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré y que recomiendo de corazón.

• Luciano (9/5): - Rosa è veramente molto ospitale e il suo b&b è posizionato in un punto strategico praticamente in riva al lago Ocrida. Abbiamo potuto anche cenare direttamente nel b&b senza muoverci con una buona scelta di piatti ben cucinati. Inoltre dispone anche di canoe e sup per fare passeggiate sul lago. Very nice

• Cecilie (9/5): We highly recommend Rosa and her b&b. Very nice and peaceful experience after having had a few hectic days in Tirana - Rosa (and her family) was very friendly and helpful. The b&b had a very peaceful and calm atmosphere. All guests kept a quiet and respectful environment. The view was spectacular, and the room was relatively basic, but included a balcony, our own batchroom and a shared fridge. Breakfast was offered but not included. You could also get dinner and drinks. We got a welcome drink for free. We liked almost everything about the place but the porch/terrace at the lakeside could have been maintained better (the wood was loose some places). Perhaps it could have included more beds considering the number of guests. The dinner was good but a little pricy from what we have experienced other places. Too many cats to my taste!

• Maria Angela (10/5): - Really delicious home-style meals served right on the lake. The ambiance is warm and welcoming thanks to Rosa and her family and staff. The beds and pillows are very good quality. I slept very well here. Strong water pressure with lots of hot water. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. The hostel is built with love and care by Rosa and her husband. Lin is a place where you can really unwind and relax. Explore the hillsides and Lakeshore, and get to chat with friendly locals. We stayed for 5 nights and were very satisfied.

We could stay there and have dinner, breakfast… The bathroom needs refreshing : the door couldn’t close properly and there was no light, even though we didn’t really need it !

Parken kostenlos in der Nähe. Frühstück 5 EUR /DZ/Nacht. Kayak mietbar 5 EUR /Std. Preis-Leistung passt. Eine transparente Speisen - und Getränkekarte sowie Übersicht mit Preisen für Zusatzleistungen wäre toll. Balkonbestuhlung war teilweise defekt.

I have travelled all around Albania and if you need a place to relax, I would highly recommend the village of Lin and Rosa's place. The village is beautiful, you can see how the people live and there is no music to disturb you as it is usual in other parts of Albania. We travelled with a 1.5 years old baby and found the location very child-friendly. Last but not least, Rosa is a great cook. We tried almost everything from her menu and they were delicious. She cooks with so much care, we felt like at home. The prices are very affordable. For us everything was perfect.
• Wolfgang (9/5): - Rosa is a true host - warmhearted, welcoming with open arms and giving hands. The place is so charming and the location absolutely top. Best: Top floor room with wine-shaded terrace.
• Boto (9/5): - Enclave maravilloso, un lugar increíble para desconectar y descansar con una anfitriona, Rosa, muy dispuesta y amable.
• Christine (10/5): - Ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen direkt am See. Kleine Spaziergänge, Entdeckungen oder Ausflüge sind möglich. SUP und Kajak Verleih.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Traumlage bei Traumgastgeberin - Rosa ist einfach der Hit! Super freundlich und hilfsbereit und kochen kann sie auch noch! Die Lage direkt am See ist einfach genial und ein Abendessen auf der Terrasse bei Sonnenuntergang ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber dafür auch preiswert und somit stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu 100 % und die Atmosphäre ist einfach unvergleichbar. Nichts, außer, dass man ständig Aschenbecher suchen musste.
• Jenna (8/5): Belle expérience dans un bel établissement - Bel établissement avec une superbe chambre vue sur le lac et petit balcon privé. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Rosa et de toute sa famille. Cuisine du restaurant locale et savoureuse. Attention le petit déjeuner et les canoës ne sont pas compris dans la réservation. C’est en plus.
• Leylana (10/5): Un séjour parfait au paradis - Absolument parfait! C’est mon plus beau souvenir du voyage en Albanie. Tout est parfait, l’accueil, le lieu, la chambre, le lac, la nourriture et évidemment Rosa ! Absolument rien
• Emma (10/5): A perfect piece of Albanian paradise - Wonderfully charming and humble this place was just what we needed. The food, the view, the room and the hosts were just perfect. The mosaics were closed and we should have called beforehand apparently as they are only opened on demand. We asked Rosa as we did wonder but she said it would be open but it wasn't. It's not a big deal - just future guests could benefit from a call before if they want to visit the mosaics perhaps to ensure they see them?
• Gerald05 (10/5): - We only stayed for one night, but it was truly memorable. The view was absolutely breathtaking — the kind that instantly makes you relax. Roza and Landi were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. Dinner was delicious, made with love and local flavors. We wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful stay with amazing hosts.

• Tülay (10/5): - Wunderschön gelegen, direkt am See mit Steg und Badestelle. Kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen zu sehr fairen Preisen. Rosa und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Lin ist auch sehr schön, ein uriges, kleines Fischerdorf. Hier scheint die Zeit stehen geblieben zu sein.
• Alice (10/5): Chaleur humaine, paisible, confort, familial. - Rosa est extrêmement accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle prend soin de ses clients comme sa propre famille. L'emplacement est génial avec une terrasse directement sur le lac et en plus, les chambres sont super propres et confortables. Oh... et elle cuisine très bien!!! C'est un petit coin de paradis. Rien!
• Petra (10/5): Top plek aan het meer van Ohrid in Lin - Wat een ontzettend mooie plek aan het meer van Ohrid. Rosa is een lieve enthousiaste vrouw. Ze doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Heerlijk ontbeten in de tuin aan het water. Een plek waar je een keer geweest moet zijn. Het hele plaatsje Lin is nog heel authentiek. -
