Heel rustige ligging.Ook nog een "echte" boerderij en geen ferme omdat het dat ooit is geweest is.Echt landelijk gelegen , met mooie landelijk uitzichten . Propere kamer. Prima bedden . Ruime badkamer.Zeer eenvoudige WIFI verbinding. Lekker,vers en uitgebreid ontbijt , met mogelijkheid om de "overschot" mee te nemen als lunch ! Heel mooie tuin.Ruime parkeermogelijkheid . Er liepen konijntjes op het erf, fantastische pauwen, toffe zitplaatsen in de tuin , BQ , kleine buitensauna. De eigenaar,zet in zijn beschrijving dat hij alleen Franstalig is ,maar doet zijn uiterste best om een beetje Nederlands te praten .Chapeau ! Onze pleegzoon had bij de Special Olympics goud gehaald, en de volgende morgen bij het ontbijt kreeg hij van de B&B een leuke "proficiat" kaart én een geschenk . Dan zijn ***** te weinig, dan mag het ****** zijn . Eigenlijk niets ...

• Ivo (9/5): Zeer rustige B&B waar je omringd door de dieren kan genieten van de streek - In een zeer rustig gelegen B&B in een oude hoeve, ben je omringd door schapen, pauwen, konijntjes, … De kamer is net en functioneel ingericht. De ontvangst door de gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en ‘s morgens krijg je een lekker ontbijt. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor de verkenning van Spa en omgeving, of het bijwonen van een evenement op het Circuit van Francorchamps.

• Bianca (8/5): Prima plek! - De boerderij ligt op een mooie plek, omgeven door het platteland. Er zijn volop dieren aanwezig. De kamer (3 persoons) is niet groot, maar helemaal prima voor 1 nacht op doorreis. De badkamer is heel ruim. De douchehoek is vrij klein en voor lange mensen wat aan de lage kant. Beneden en buiten op het terras zijn mogelijkheden om even lekker te zitten. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was geweldig en alle restanten konden we meenemen. Er waren in de slaapkamer geen horren en buiten wel muggen, dus het raam open laten ‘‘s nachts was niet echt een optie. Er was een airco, maar die vonden wij persoonlijk niet stil genoeg om ‘‘s nachts aan te laten staan. Het was dus erg warm.

• Bram (10/5): - Heel rustig gelegen, maar toch dichtbij het centrum van Spa (5 min met de auto). Prima bereikbaar. Mooie plek, gezellige B&B en heel vriendelijke gastheer (Pierre). Lekker ontbijt op het gewenste tijdstip. Ook leuke dieren op de boerderij die de gastheer en gastvrouw maar al te graag laten zien en erover vertellen. Hij gaf ons ook een goeie tip voor een restaurant in Spa (Rest'O des Amis). Ondanks dat wij pas om 21u bij het restaurant aankwamen, werden we hartelijk ontvangen en hebben we er héél lekker gegeten! Niks!!

Il y avait une odeur désagréable, qui m'a incommodé même la nuit. Le chauffage de la salle de bain pas assez puissant. En été cela doit être agréable.

Séjour à refaire! - La propreté des locaux, tout est neuf et la salle de bain est impeccable (pas de calcaire ni saleté). • Léon (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf, op loopafstand van Spa - Hele prettige gastheer. Uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt ook meer dan voldoende voor de lunch). Leuke en rustige ligging - maar op loopafstand van Spa. De douchecabine was wat klein - terwijl de badkamer zelf enorm ruim was. Verder geen tegenvallers!

Красивая природа, красивая ферма, кролики, павлины и прочие домашние животные - для детей можно экскурсию водить) есть уютные зоны отдыха и небольшой бассейн. Завтрак очень сытный, есть все. Мы остались очень довольны и благодарим хозяев за гостеприимство и такое чудесное место.

The room was comfortable. I appreciated the Coffee machine and amenities. Outside terrasses can be used by guests.

The room was super quiet, very comfortable with lovely touches like 2 beers and 2 cold waters waiting for us in the frig (free of charge!). Was also fun to “visit” with the farm animals including 3 resident peacocks. The location out of town would be a bit difficult if you don’t have a car but for us was no problem at all.

• Nicolas (10/5): Very pleasant - We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The room was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was simply amazing. We were very happy to have a fridge in the room but it was sometimes a bit noisy during the night (we are very sensitive to noise during the night). Overall, we still had a very good night.

During breakfast, Pierre shared a lot of nice stories about the farm and with his sweet French accent. What touched us was the story about the blind dog that they still look after. He was so kind to offer us also a pack of sorted fresh farm eggs as a GIFT :-) The lower bookshelf on the wall in Marguerite Room needs to be relocated to avoid causing injury.

• Raffaelf (10/5): One of my very best stays ever. Truly magic place and lovely hosts. - Omg, I don't know where to start. This is an amazing place. The room is big, extremely clean and comfortable. Cosy bed with big and stylish bathroom. Coffee, Tea and even two local beers in the fridge for welcome drinks. The Fram is like paradise, sadly we spent only one night there. But it was so great, instead of going into the thermal bath, we spend all afternoon on the property watching all the animals, donkeys, sheep and chicken. Rabbits are hopping around freely and da pair of very friendly peacocks come around and look for your company. They spend all say on our side, even while we got invited in the heated pool, they sat right next to it and waited for us to come out. The hosts were very very welcoming. The breakfast war indeed overwhelming, everything you can imagine in absolute top quality. And the dear hosts even offer you to wrap up the leftovers from the plenty breakfast. They are really generous welcoming and friendly hosts. One of my very best stays ever!!! Thank you..
• Traveller_pm72 (9/5): Superb - The location. In the middle of nature and farmland, and still only 5min drive from Restaurants and shops in Spa. The breakfast was excellent, and we didn't even ask to take some bread and cheese for our lunch.

Excellent breakfast with farm eggs, meats, cheese etc. SUGGESTION: if you use non-EU phone adapters then plug in to make sure that you have not tripped the bathroom electrical circuit. If you do trip the circuit then contact the staff to get circuit restored. The bathroom lights —- and one of the toilets! —- require a working bath circuit

The animals roaming around were the icing on the cake. Quiet at night, and after a good nights sleep start the day with an incredibly extensive breakfast. You were able to pack a lunch if you wanted. Very friendly host. Even though we don’t speak French she did her best to make sure we understood each other. All in all a wonderful experience. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to visit Spa and it’s beautiful surroundings. Nothing to say here. No negative aspects. It exceeded our expectations.

• Liliia (10/5): One night stay at the farm - Very nice place, quiet and perfectly located with regard to Thermes de Spa. Exceptionally nice and friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast and some refreshments were included:) Regine was very kind and provided us with a small box of fresh eggs from her farm as a present 💝 If we go to Spa again we will stay there again. Everything was perfect but my partner found the bed a bit too soft. I would prefer to have 2 separate blankets instead of a big one. But, it is our personal experience and I'm sure you can get an extra blanket upon the request::)
