• sareh (9/5): charmant - Een super mooie villa. Voor iemand als ik die enorm van de geschiedenis hou, was dit een gelegenheid om in de geschiedenis te stappen :-) Vriendelijke personeel. Proper met mooie interieur. niets een suggestie: het historische verhaal van het huis in de kamer voorzien.

• Véronique (9/5): Délicieux, dépaysant, relaxant et reposant - Accueil un peu 'stressé' par Luca qui était en communication avec une de ses clientes. Mais charmant et concentré. Accueil au petit déjeuner par Arnaud attentionné et très attentif aux souhaits. Délicieux et ambiance feutrée dans un décor ravissant. Portrait de Luca somptueux et d'une grande qualité dans la cage d'escalier à remarquer. Tout fourmille d'objets qui semblent à leur place. Literie excellente. Bravo et belle continuation pour préserver ce patrimoine.
• Daniela (8/5): Außergewöhnliches , liebevolles Hotel - Liebevoll außergewöhnlich eingerichtete Zimmer Ein unglaublich netter Gastgeber Alles sehr sauber Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt Liegt sehr zentral Einfaches aber nettes Frühstück Mir persönlich, ist das Sitzen mit anderen mir fremden Gästen, an einem Tisch , zum Frühstück nicht angenehm. Grundsätzlich war alles da was man zum frühstücken benötigt (Brot, Croissant, Käse, Marmelade, Schinken, Kaffee, Tee) . Trotzdem hätte ich mir ein kleines Büfett gewünscht, an dem ich selber wählen kann. Trotzdem war das Frühstück gut.

• Wim (8/5): Zeker de moeite om eens te verblijven in dit unieke huis. - Rustig gelegen., maar toch vlakbij het centrum van Spa. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Veel keuze aan eetgelegenheden in het centrum. Lekker ontbijt. Alles was in orde.

Le style de la quincaillerie de salle de bain Le mobilier très ancien et le decor ds le hall , les nombreux escaliers à arpenter pr arriver à la chambre.

• Matthias (8/5): Wohnen in einem historischen Kleinod mitten im historischen Zentrum von Spa - Le Vert Bois ist ein bau- und kulturgeschichtliches Unikat im Neo-Tudor-Stil um 1845 gebaut. Die jetzigen Inhaber haben die Villa vor dem Abriss gerettet und vor 10 Jahren mit der behutsamen Renovierung begonnen. Sie kümmern sich leibevoll um die Villa und ihre Gäste. Das Frühstück wird nach den individuellen Wünschen der Gäste zusammengestellt. In der kalten Jahreszeit schafft es die Heizung nicht, für warme Zimmer zu sorgen. Dafür stehen zusätzliche kleine Elektro - Heizöfchen zur Verfügung. Am letzten November-Wochenende fand leider rund um die Villa, die absolut zentral im historischen Zentrum von Spa liegt, ein nerviges Motorsportevent mit aufheulenden Motoren mitten im Stadtzentrum statt.

• Marie-kristin (9/5): Endroit très surprenant et super sympa ! - Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L’accueil a été vraiment très sympa ! Les travaux que les nouveaux propriétaires ont réalisés ont été titanesques pour redonner une âme à cette magnifique demeure. Le résultat est superbe ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux : rien ne manquait. Encore merci pour ce bel accueil 😊.

• Elizaveta (8/5): Stylish stay in Spa - The villa is an amazing old building with rich history (which you can learn from the book in the room or from the owner if you speak French). The room and the bathroom are really stylish and atmospheric, and there are some tea-making facilities in the room which is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked just in front of us at a beautiful kitchen. The room in November was a bit too cold to our taste, but it's expected in autumn and in old buildings. The location is within 5 minutes walking to the funicular towards the Thermes de Spa, so the apartment located perfectly if you are visiting Spa for the spa activities.

• Diane (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in Spa and this B&B get 2 thumbs up. - Arnoud was a wonderful, friendly, and helpful host. The house and room were quaint, clean and very comfortable. Even though the bathroom was not directly in the room, it was located next to the room and was for our usage alone. The location of this B&B is right in the heart of town. Very convenient to restaurants and the sites. The only issue I can think of is that you have to climb a few floors to get to the room. Would not be appropriate to individuals that have mobility issues.

• Ken (10/5): Absolut amazing. A hidden gem that I can only recommend. - This place is and absolute hidden Gem. The attention to detail in the interior design combined with the history of the House itself make it totally worth it to come here. The hosts and owners are lovely and by booking here you also contribute to maintaining this historic piece of art of a house. The Location is perfectly central which is also of a big advantage.
• Katy (8/5): Beautiful old villa stay - The house and guest rooms are lovely. Beautifully decorated and with great attention to detail. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was freshly prepared and good. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. The house is very old which means a lot of creaks and groans which unfortunately kept us awake during our stay. If you're not a light sleeper like me, unlikely to be a problem.

• Lucian (10/5): Amazing stay in Spa - This is a one of a kind villa. The owners put a lot of effort into preserving it, and re-decorating it. The breakfast was 5* and we really liked the dogs. Can very much recommend it to anyone looking for a different accommodation experience Nothing
• Christine (10/5): Old charming manor style blissful weekend - It was a charming building with loads of history. They have saved the house from demolition and we think that is beautiful. With lots of love they have renovated the inside. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the bathroom just an old English manor house style - simply gorgeous. There is absolutely nothing!!!!!!
• Marina (10/5): A fantastic place, a great location - A special place to stay. We spent a non ordinary weekend at the villa le Vert-Bois. The house has an unique atmosphere, with its gorgeous staircase, with every element of a decor. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the breakfast he made for us every morning was royal. I definitely recommend, especially for those,who searches for an extraordinary location to stay.

• Zheng (9/5): A wonderful stay - The B&B is renovated from a historic building by the host. although not all the rooms are finished furnishing, the guests rooms are very nice and unique. The building is just by the Central Park of Spa, which gives you a wonderful natural feeling. There are also free parking spots next to the building. Due to the structure of the building, toilets are not inside your room. If you really want privacy, this might be a minus.

The breakfast was perfect and there are many amazing restaurants within a few minutes walk. If you are looking for a good experience, stay here. I have a difficult time identifying something I didn’t like.
