The breakfast had a variety of choices and they were all delicious. Especially liked the fried eggs! The house is located in a quite street, a few steps from the main street and 5 minutes walk to the bus station.

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. La maison est bien décorée et superbement bien placée à proximité de tout. Le prix est conforme à la prestation. Bon séjour. Rien à noter.

• Olga (10/5): TOll! Und vielen Dank dafür - Das Früstück war super, gab alles was man so möchte und in einer total süßen Stube wurde das ganze liebevoll serviert! Außerdem, kam die Gastgeberin uns entgegen und servierte Frühstück sogar eine halbe Stunde früher (wegen der Skirennen). Wir wurden auch rechtzeitig kontaktiert und uns wurde ganz detailliert erklärt, wo wir den Schlüssel finden und wo das Auto geparkt sein soll. Wir waren begeistert von der Freundlichkeit! Das gibt es GAR nicht! Wir kommen wieder sehr gerne!

Nice friendly, calm dog who was available for petting but stayed in the background until invited. Really nothing. A/C always a plus for me and as usual the house was not air conditioned.

• Anastasia (9/5): Cozy stay in Oetz - Nice and cozy guesthouse with very welcoming host! The room was clean and had everything that is needed. In the morning there is good breakfast. The location is good, very nice calm area, different ski resorts and hikes are easily reachable.

Cabin to Hochoetz ski area is just in 5 min drive. To Soelden is about 30 minus. Several good restaurants around Lights in the room are a dim.

• Rob (10/5): Exceptional - We expected a room, but we got a appartment style rooms. There was one living room, with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a real bedroom, nice balacony and then a shower/toilet/hallway in between the living room and bedroom. Overall, plenty of spaces for 3 people and very clean. Pillows are too soft/shallow, seems to be an Austrian thing because we've encountered this everywhere on our trip. We used the spare pillows from the sofa bed to prop-up. But an extra set of real pillows in the closet would be nice!

We had a complimentary buttle of water (a big one) waiting in the room with 2 Ritter chocolate treats. The room was clean and cozy and the location is right in the center, but on a quiet street , which was great. Breakfast was reach and tasty, Tina made each one eggs the way they like it. The shower was a bit small and no A/C in the rooms, but we slept with the window open and it was cool enough.
