• Blandyna (9/5): A very pleasant place to stay. - Breakfast is at a mutually agreed upon time, and is cooked to order (not a buffet) consisting of sausage links, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, toast with butter and jam, and coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms are scrupulously clean and comfortable, but with their septic system you have to be a bit careful of tissue disposal. The view across the road to the lake is peaceful, whilst the breakfast room is bright and cheerful. Wi-fi access is good, and there is no street noise.

• James (10/5): A value-for-money B&B. Friendly hosts who prepared very nice breakfast. Free parking on site and the view from the r - The host is very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and the queen size bed is very comfortable. There is free parking on site . The view from the windows is beautiful and we even had a chance to walk to the riverside and took some nice photos. No amenities nearby but it’s ok for us.
• Helen (9/5): A convenient B&B for travel along the St. John River. - Continental breakfast with 2 freshly freshly baked croissants, ham, cheese and jam. Yogurt and coffee. Our host was very kind and also energy conscious, which is appreciated. The setting is very nice with a view of the St. John River. Access to the dock and chairs by the river is allowed for guests. Nice garden and lawn. A brewery is nearby within easy walking distance with good casual food. There was nothing negative about the property.

• Julie (10/5): Quiet and relaxing stop on our journey - Located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from highway. Beautiful view to the river. Brew pub next door was booked for a wedding, but our host recommended a restaurant nearby where we enjoyed lobster rolls. Overall, comfortable, peaceful and everything we needed to relax and enjoy.

• Tracy (5/5): Was happy with location, breakfast was good and fulfilled expectation. Pictures misleading. - The facility was clean, very. It was easy to find. The bedding was acceptable. The shower was very good. Towels were rough but serviceable. Breakfast was European style and done to order. Interestingly, I requested hot water to drink, not tea, not coffee. The proprietor brought out a GLASS of very hot water. Wanted the very hot water, but could not pick up the glass - too hot to hold! Mug. A mug would be good. Took my grandson's and poured the water into it myself. Quickly. Coffee was brought for him with another mug. When accepting the room, it stated a sitting room, living room, garden view. The garden is the back yard. Ok, but misleading. Perhaps just expectation. There was no sitting room. When asked about this, the proprietor stated "that room is not available." The living room was a downstairs communal room. I was traveling with my 16 year old grandson and wanted the additional space. My reservation stated "sitting room." Now, when choosing the room, the pictures did NOT advise which room you were getting. Also misleading. Again, however, even the confirmation stated a sitting room. The mugs in our room were not cleaned appropriately. There were coffee drips down the side. EW. Easily remedied with mugs from the hallway that had a cleaner appearance.

We blanked on the time change driving from Québec to New Brunswick ... and were an hour later arriving than we had meant to be. He stayed up late - and cheerful! - waiting for us. The room and bath were spotless. It was great! Nothing!

Purchased items from the Lady of the house who makes felt art and the most beautiful scarfs and shawls ect. Nothing.

• Kate (10/5): Exceptional - Located in a beautiful quiet riverside village, this accommodation is really cozy and clean. We received a warm welcome and friendly guidance from a wonderful host. I really liked everything in the accommodation. The elaborate breakfast that the host made was really delicious. The view space on the riverside in front of the accommodation is also very good. I was so sad to leave here that I couldn't walk away. If I come here again next time, I will stay longer and enjoy this beautiful accommodation and village.

We were served delicious croissants, jam, ham, cheese, and yogurt for breakfast. Handmade felted wool items are created by the wife and she sells her beautiful goods.

• Paul (10/5): Clean, cozy, cottage with river views. - It's a very well-appointed cottage. Clean, cozy, beautiful view of the river. In-suite laundry comes in handy on a long business trip. Bonus that the brewery is next door! I'll be back whenever I'm passing through. Be warned that you need to stop off somewhere for breakfast supplies before 8pm - the local grocery store closes quite early (as does the rest of the town).

• Christophd (10/5): A perfect B&B! - We loved everything about our stay at this B&B. The Captain is a great host, the room was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the area around the B&B is nice and very quiet. Another highlight is the small seating area on the river which is a great place to enjoy a cold beverage from the Big Axe Brewery next door and gaze at the stars. There's really nothing to complain about.

• Damian (9/5): Beautiful and quiet location - perfect for a relaxing stay looking out over the river - We stayed in the separate cottage which was great with wonderful views over the river, from the deck, and all of the necessary facilities. The cottage was very comfortable and we would have liked to stay for longer. The river access was also great as was swimming in the river. We had thought that breakfast was included but it wasn't. Other than that the cottage was great.
