• Tomás (4/5): Matapasiones - Buena ubicación, a pasos de un paradero de buses y a 10 minutos caminando del metro lepanto El anuncio decía apartamento de un dormitorio pero es más bien un estudio, todo está conectado a excepción del baño que tiene puerta corredera. El apartamento necesita mantenimiento urgente. Los soportes de las cortinas están pegados con cinta, la ventana del living-comedor no cierra bien, el lavaplatos filtra agua por la cañería y la ducha también filtra agua, sin mencionar que toda esa zona tiene abundante moho. La lavadora tenía una toalla mojada dentro que generaba una pestilencia terrible. El sofá cama es adecuado en tamaño para dos personas pero sumamente incómodo.

• Maike (5/5): A simple appartment, which's big advantage is the wonderful location. - We did LOVE the location of the apartment. Close to Basilica di San Pietro and many other interesting places at walking distance. Nice area as well to relax or visit cafes, bars or gelaterias. Easy to reach by public transport as well. Calm street with beautiful trees. Really we LOVED the location, and we did love Tony's bar, where we could have our wonderful breakfast with vouchers waiting for us at the table of the apartment. Great wireless internet by the way. When we entered the apartment at first sight we loved it. Step by step we found out that the bed sheets, blankets & pillows did not look very clean and that the shower was full of mold. It was tiny and the shower head was really difficult to handle. The apartment was dark and cold, since the windows led to an inside court, which let no sunlight inside. But at night the light of the windows from the neighbor-house shone into our window. A proper curtain would have been useful. And a proper shower of course.

• Simona (5/5): Rasenta l'essenziale - La vicinanza alle metro di Lepanto e Ottaviano e la zona, adiacente al Vaticano e a bar e ristoranti L'appartamento rasenta il puro essenziale di ciò che un appartamento in affitto dovrebbe avere. Mancava la carta igienica (che abbiamo dovuto acquistare noi), non c'era nessun canovaccio da cucina per le stoviglie, nessun prodotto per la pulizia per la cucina o per il bagno. L'acqua non scorreva bene né nel lavabo in bagno né nel lavello nell'angolo cottura, i vetri e gli specchi erano sporchi. Nel piccolissimo angolo cottura non c'è neppure uno sgocciolato per le stoviglie, esiste solo un catino appoggiato alla buona sul piccolo piano di appoggio. La TV è praticamente posizionata a livello pavimento, appoggiata su un tavolino che non è più alto di una quindicina di centimetri. Non esiste un armadio per gli abiti nella zona notte, c'è solo una rella in legno con un paio di cassetti. Nel bagno cieco il lavabo è piccolo e non c'è il bidet ma solo un doccino. Con un piccolo investimento economico l'appartamento potrebbe essere sistemato e reso quantomeno fruibile. Unica nota positiva è la posizione

Mann könnte bessere Matratze verwenden. 1 Fenster könnte nicht geöffnet und mann sollte mall ausmahlen und neu einrichten ( Bett,Tisch,usw). Keine eigene Parkplatz ( Öffentlich Blau-gebühr/Weiss-frei )
• nikos3535 (4/5): - τοποθεσια χαλια στρωματα στα κρεβατια. μαξιαλαρια ,πετσετες και σεντονια μου μυριζαν μουχλα. κατω απο τα κρεβατια , στις γωνιες του δωματιου κτλ σκονη και βρωμια. σπασμενο καλαθακι στο μπανιο. ουτε ενα μπουκαλακι νερο στο ψυγριο. αφρολουτρο τελειωμενο απλα ενα μπουκαλι σχεδον αδειο στο μπανιο. κριμα γιατι με μια μικρη επενδυση σε καινουργια στρωματα, σεντονια και πετσετες και ενα πραγματικα καλο καθαρισμα θα ηταν ενα πολυ καλο και αξιοπρεπες διαμερισμα παρολο που ειναι παλιας κατασκευης

• Katia (8/5): Weekend a zonzo per Roma - Posizione strategica abbastanza vicino alla metro Ottaviano. Con una camminata di circa 20 minuti si arriva direttamente in S. Pietro. L'appartamento era caldo e confortevole fornito di accessori per la cucina e asciugamani per il bagno. La colazione è offerta nel bar vicino, ottime brioche e personale cordiale. Quartiere tranquillo e palazzo distinto con ottimi locali in zona per mangiare e servizi vari. Il proprietario super disponibile ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni Il divano letto non è comodissimo

There were plenty of outlets for charging electronic devices, and the WiFi worked reliably. While the main bed was fine, the sofa was uncomfortable and made squeaking noises when you turned. The pillows could use an upgrade. The shower was extremely small and had mold around it.

• Gabriela (9/5): - Buena ubicación. Ideal si viajas con muchas personas. El desayuno es ok. Lo único que remarcaría es que entra mucha luz por la ventana a la mañana y la cortina es clarita, así que recomiendo llevar antifaz si quieren dormir más tiempo en la mañana.

• konstantinos (6/5): Πέντε ημέρες με την οικογένεια στην Ρώμη - H περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο. Είχε καφε εστιατόρια και super market κοντά. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενικός και άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του και εξυπηρετικός. Κάναμε check in αργά χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σχετικά άνετο και είχε όλα τα βασικά για να μείνουμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία. Αυτό που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι η ποιότητα του καναπέ καθώς δεν ήταν ότι πιο αναπαυτικό για να κοιμηθείς, σε αντίθεση με το κρεβάτι που ήταν άνετο. Επίσης τα περισσότερα έπιπλα ήταν αρκετά παλιά και ετοιμόροπα.(ράφια και τραπέζι κουζίνας). Το πιο σημαντικό όμως αρνητικό σημείο ήταν η καθαριότητα που ήταν οριακά υποφερτή, Κυρίως στην τουαλέτα. Θα πρέπει να το προσέξουν λίγο. Παρόλα αυτά είναι ένας αξιοπρεπέστατος χώρος ο οποίος με μικρές διορθώσεις θα γίνει ιδανικός.

Wygodne łóżka, dużo poduszek, bliskość lokalnych sklepów, bliskość komunikacji publicznej. Cena noclegu. Prysznic w łazience był mały i wydaję się że wymaga odświeżenia.

• Martina (6/5): Poteva essere meglio - La posizione era ottima, vicino alla metro e alla fermata degli autobus, è un mini appartamento, quindi ci si può fare anche da mangiare ( personalmente non ho cucinato perché la pulizia non era delle migliori) La pulizia sicuramente da migliorare, ma quando siamo arrivati il pavimento era appiccicoso, muffa nella doccia. Sul pavimento ci sono dei buchi coperti con dei tappeti, la cucina emanava un cattivo odore, infatti io non mi sono preparata nulla. Nell’appartamento una finestra non si chiudeva e mancano gli scuri, quindi per chi fa fatica a dormire con la luce non è una cosa confortevole, perché non ci sono le tende oscuranti

Nada, para caminar todo el dia por Roma y llegar a descansar es suficiente.

To this people who wanna keep money, please think before: When you arrive at the apartment so tired and the bed is really bad, you spend the rest of the days really tired. The bedroom bed is great, but on the sofa bed you're really sleeping on wood; the metal frame under your head was literally on the floor, and the pillows are awful. The apartment was freezing because the bedroom window is broken and slightly open at the top. We had to cover it with toilet paper and a blanket so we could at least sleep without our winter hats on. Unfortunately, I think it's a rip-off for the quality of the apartment. The shower, of course, costs 10 euros for a new handle. Also, there wasn't a large pot for cooking pasta. The apartament is fine for two people, not three or four. I'm really disappointed in this regard; over 400 euros for 5 nights ath this i feel like scammed... Thank you anyway for your kindness and for helping us.

• Mary (3/5): Αξίζει μόνο αν θέλεις να είσαι όλη την ημέρα έξω! - Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά σε λεωφορεία και σταθμό μετρό στην περιοχή του Βατικανού. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλόξενος. Δεν υπήρχαν πολλά θετικά με εξαίρεση την τιμή και το πρωινό που παρείχε σε κοντινό κατάστημα της περιοχής που περιλάμβανε κρουασάν και καφέ. Το κατάλυμα είχε πολλά προβλήματα. Σπασμένο πάτωμα, βουλωμένο νιπτήρα και νεροχύτη, χαλασμένη λάμπα στο μπάνιο και τουαλέτα μαύρη από το πουρί. Επίσης το ένα κρεβάτι ήταν μονό και όχι διπλό. Παράλληλα, δεν υπήρχε μεγάλο μαγειρικό σκεύος και δεν μπορούσαμε να βράσουμε μακαρόνια και ο φούρνος μικροκυμάτων δεν έφτανε για να μπει στην πρίζα, οπότε ήταν άχρηστος. Ήταν μόνο για έναν ύπνο και για 4 άτομα ιδιαίτερα άβολο.
• Francesco (7/5): posizione molto comoda - ottima posizione, a due passi dalla metro Ottaviano.. il che rende tutto comodo per spostarsi. L'appartamento è ben tenuto. La stanza matrimoniale e il letto è comodo. Personale a disposizione per eventuali dubbi. Il divano letto non è il massimo, non tanto perché scomodo ma perché secondo me era un po che non lo pulivano ed io che sono leggermente allergico alla polvere e agli acari ne ho sofferto. La cosa strana è il bagno e la cucina condivisa con altro appartamento limitrove. Nessun problema in sé ma per 100 euro a notte (contanto tasse) mi aspetterei più riservatezza e comodità.

El desayuno en el bar Tony bastante bien El anfitrión no nos dejó los ticket del desayuno que nos correspondía. Hay que decir que luego los trajo. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente. Lo soluciono rápido. El apartamento tiene toallas mi antiguas, pero las instalaciones está bastante bien.

Duschgel, Handwaschgel und Handtücher vorhanden. Fenstergriff defekt und öffnen und schließen schwierig.Francesco immer erreichbar für Fragen und Anliegen.
• Weronika (9/5): Idealne miejsce do eksplorowania miasta i wczucia się we włoski klimat. - Duże przestronne pokoje, duże łóżko w sypialni, piękna okolica. Śniadanie we włoskim stylu również na plus. Bardzo miły właściciel. Idealne miejsce do zwiedzania Watykanu (ok. 10-15 min na pieszo), jak i Rzymu (bardzo blisko stacja metra). Mimo sporadycznego hałasu, okolica z pewnością jest dużo spokojniejsza niż w centrum Rzymu. Hałas za oknem i trzaskanie drzwiami wejściowymi, które słychać w apartamencie. Byliśmy na weekend, więc myślę , że w ciągu tygodnia może być spokojniej.

• Marco (9/5): Appartamento favoloso a ridosso di San Pietro - Appartamento molto spazioso e accogliente a ridosso di piazza San Pietro (200 metri scarsi dalla piazza, 100 metri dalla fermata Ottaviano della metro A), dotato di cucina abitabile, bagno, ampio soggiorno con divano-letto (letto a 1 piazza e mezza) e ampia camera da letto. Letti comodi, cucina molto ben attrezzata, bagno -e in particolare doccia- spaziosi. Colazione inclusa presso bar a pochi metri di distanza dall'appartamento. Ci è spiaciuto solo non avere potuto incontrare di persona lo staff (forse a causa del periodo di vacanza immediatamente successivo al 15 agosto), ma la comunicazione avvenuta via What's App è stata comunque efficace. Eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi desideri recarsi a San Pietro.

• Gerardo (7/5): Buena ubicación. - Ubicación buena, con parada de bus a escasos metros y parada de metro a unos minutos andando. Zona segura, bien comunicada. Necesita más mantenimiento. Falta aire acondicionado en la habitación y la mampara está mal. El personal es bastante apañado. El desayuno es escaso aunque muy bueno (café o capuchino con bollo de crema o croisant). Falta microondas. Es ideal para ver El Vaticano. Deben arreglar la mampara, poner un aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, falta iluminación, se echa en falta un microondas y opcionalmente una lavadora. necesita más mantenimiento y más limpieza. Falta una fregona.

• Mariana (6/5): With my travel criteria, I do not recommend these apartments if cleanliness and amenities are important to you. - The apartment has a great location and a very cozy concept. Even though the things are not very new, they are in good condition. A good and responsive owner of the apartments. Special thanks for that. We were left with half a roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay. The soap was diluted. The bedding, in our opinion, was missing. Because what we were given was of different colors and felt like it hadn't been washed after the previous residents. Also, during our stay in the apartment, the owner decided to repair the air conditioner. Therefore, we could not get into the apartment for 1.5 hours because of this. On the plus side, the air conditioner finally started working properly after that. Thank to the owner for the nice bonus regarding this.
• Ben (5/5): Passable - Host was really accommodating (apart from the aircon) and got us toilet paper and a frying pan when the room didn’t have any. The room was spacious and conveniently located. Also the breakfast is a big plus The rooms cleanliness was passable, the booking says washing machine, but it is apparently the other room. The aircon did not work and in 36 degree heat we wernt able to sleep very well, this also caused us to not open the shutters to stop the sun getting in and without the shutters being open its a very dimly lit room (when I asked the host about it, he asked if I had tried turning it on, then the second time he said it was working, and the third he just ignored it) The room is also on the 1st floor of a main road so its a bit noisy and you cant open the windows because of it.
