Felt like a hotel, instead of a private place because once I was sleeping (taking a nap) at 12pm and nobody knocked on my door, they opened the door directly to do the cleaning but I got scared
• Claudia (8/5): - El chico súper agradable y resolutivo, pudimos dejar las mochilas el último día para poder visitar Roma sin ellas y la ubicación es al lado de la estación de autobuses que utilizamos para ir al aeropuerto. La calefacción no funcionaba (fui en febrero) y llegamos a pasar frío durmiendo. El agua de la ducha tampoco tenía un intermedio, o ardiendo o congelada.

• Juan Tomas (3/5): Decepcionante - La habitación no es la que yo contrate por el anuncio ni el lugar, me ubicaron en otro hotel, la wifi no tenía conexión a internet, la puerta tenía dificultar para habrir, el hotel no correspondía al la calidad del precio o anuncio contratado. Todo. El servicio, la calidad precio, la habitación servicios de la habitación, ducha, etc.
• Maria Eugenia (8/5): Excelente relación calidad precio. - La atención fue espectacular. La limpieza muy bien. No hay ruidos molestos, se puede descansar bien y está cerca de todo. Muchas gracias, volveremos. La tele no funcionaba, aunque al avisar al personal se ofrecieron a revisarla, pero ya era tarde y estábamos acostados. La cama de matrimonio eran dos camas juntas.

Ev sahibine iletmemize rağmen gram umrunda olmadı bize hakaret etti üstüne. Buz gibi incecik 1 battaniye klima asla çalışmıyor. Yerlerde 1 tane halı yok aşırı üşüdüm. Yoldan çok ses geliyor roma tatilim mahvoldu son dk ayarladığımız için mecburiyetten bulduk ama inanın onun yerine sokakta kalmayı tercih ederdim. Ev sahibini uyarı da bulunmasını istediğimizde çok çok ucuza kaldığımızı bunu çekmek zorunda olduğumuzu belirten bir mesaj attı siz düşünün bir de biz şikayet ettikten sonra orada dönüşümüzü bekleyip orada bize bağırdı ????

• Tomasina (10/5): Weekend a Roma - Stanza pulita,letto comodo, con bagno privato. Ottima posizione per spostarsi con i mezzi e visitare Roma.
• Tiraboschi (9/5): Bella esperienza per la posizione strategica della stanza rispetto i numerosi siti da visitare - la colazione non era compresa nella prenotazione ma ci è stata offerta gentilmente e gratuitamente dal titolare, la presenza di un piccolo frigorifero è stata molto utile, la posizione della stanza è stata strategica per visitare Roma e rispetto i mezzi di trasporto, ristoranti, negozi, ecc. potrebbe essere messo a disposizione un piccolo bollitore. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, ho suggerito al gestore che necessita dell'intervento di un idraulico.

L'emplacement est idéal, situé à quelques pas de Roma Termini, gare, restaurants et commerces ainsi que bien desservi pour les lignes principles du transport en commun. Je recommende Incantoromano.

• Odilo (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the location. It’s only 3 minutes walk from Termini train station. Alfredo was super helpful as my key got jammed in the door, and he was able to help me within the hour despite working at a restaurant.
• Anton (2/5): Very poor - Closer to station To start with,opening the apartment door requires special skills. Could not have sound sleep because of the door noise when the other guests open the main door. The main light doesn't work because there are no bulbs on them. There were no glasses to have water, so we had to request to provide the glasses. There is no iron in the apartment, even though it's mentioned on the site that the iron is provided. Couldn't find the remote for air conditioning. The owner says that the aircondition does not work. Therefore, he didn't keep it. The toilet does not flush properly. There is mould in the bathroom, and the zinc doesn't drain quickly enough. Over all, requires some maintenance. In my opinion, the owner seems to make money without any expenses

• Carrie (7/5): Overall a nice experience, bit overpriced but the owner was really kind so we enjoyed our stay. - Close to train station, clean room,warm water. A bit overpriced, sketchy area at night. We were also very close to the other room hence every time they opened/closed the door it felt like someone was opening ours. You could hear every noise/every conversation.

We could barely fit in the bathroom. There was only enough hot water for one short shower. No toilet paper. Couldn’t lock window and mosquitos got in. Air conditioner unit in room but no remote to turn it on.

• Maryam (8/5): Very good - The perfect location, like a 20-30 minute walk from landmarks and a 5-minute walk to the tram, bus station, and metro, plus the ideal AC made it one the most comfortable places to stay in the hottest days of Rome. lack of Sewer well caps in the toilet and bath.

• Max (2/5): It’s a roof, with a little bit on convenience. Other places are better - Good location, close to everything with 4km walk to Vatican. Where to start. Shower was cold with open wireing. Upon arrival when trying to check in (which is through the guys restaurant which is silly) the owner got pissed off with the idea of checking us in and silently walked us to our room. He was not having any small talk, and didn’t say anything other than about the keys. My partner and I went out that night and came back to the air conditioner remote missing. Turns out once the owner saw we had left he had gone into our room and confiscated our air conditioner remote (very kind of him). We had to go to his restaurant was midnight to pick it up. TLDR: confiscated air conditioner remote, open wires IN shower, rude owner. Zero facilities.

• Jelena (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect. Everywhere you can go by foot, 20min walking from Colloseum. Around the apartment are lot of restaurants and shops, next to the main train station. Host is very helpful, and it was very clean, they are clining every day and it was perfectly clean. It's also quite, it's not a loud like some people were writing. Street is quite, no traffic, and other guests in that period were also quite. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and should be replaced. It seams there is some problem with hot wather, one night we had to shower with ice cold wather, but next day when we reported this to the host it was imidiatly solwed. There is no shampoo, only shower gel.

The room is very loud, there is no soundproofing, because of this the sleep was bad. came up several times at night and asked the neighbors to turn off the music or be quieter, very uncomfortable. The room is small and cold, the owner did not provide a remote control for the air conditioner. The room is very small and has no kettle, dishes, hygiene products and even drinking water. on the 2nd day we were left without breakfast (which we paid for) because we left earlier, and the owner did not agree to take it with us, also refused to heat water or give drinking water from his restaurant.
