• Sylwia (7/5): Pokud chcete se pouze vyspat a jste opravdu hubení super, pokud po celém dni zkoumání města a památek chcete si ještě ve - Poloha, rychlá komunikace hostitelky, čistota, každodenní úklid, klid a ticho. Pohodlná postel. Vybavení kuchyně. Výhled do dvora nic moc. Docela tmavý a ponurý pokoj. Strašně malý sprchový kout. Pokud nejste "tviggy" problém aby se do sprchy vejít a v ní pohybovat u mytí. Sprcha pouze ve zdí ne na hadicí což ještě víc stěžovalo hygienu v tom malém prostoru.

• Leguy (3/5): Sentiment d'insécurité et d'absence de vie privée ! - La localisation est le point fort de cet établissement. Le check-in et les demandes insistantes de l'établissement durant notre trajet, pour arriver plus tôt que convenu, auraient dû nous alerter... Des équipements non fonctionnels (machine à laver) avec solution de repli à nos frais. Une cuisine dans laquelle vous ne pourrez pas cuisiner.... (Pas de matériel de cuisson hormis le four/micro-ondes) Et le pire ! Des travaux dans le logement sans nous avoir informé et un libre accès à notre chambre (où étaient entreposés des matériaux). Le personnel ou responsable, nous n'avons jamais eu le fin mot ... Se permettent d'entrer dans la chambre verrouillée sans frapper ! Après de brèves excuses via WhatsApp ils recommencent le lendemain en notre absence ... Nous rentrons et trouvons la porte de notre chambre ouverte avec des ouvriers à l'œuvre dans la chambre voisine. Cette fois pas d'excuses ... Une vague explication d' une nécessité d'accès à un placard .... Attitude honteuse ! Sentiment d'insécurité ! Soit il y a nécessité d'accès régulier a cette pièce et on ne l'a loue pas. Soit on fait un geste commercial pour le désagrément ! Ne cherchez pas d'interlocuteur parlant français (comme annoncé) vous n'en n'aurez aucun ! Et bien sachez que tout semble normal pour l'établissement et pour booking qui cautionne ce genre d'attitude ! Expérience très décevante malgré les commentaires généraux ...
• Barbara (10/5): Było super, polecam! - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel, otrzymaliśmy polecajki co zjeść, gdzie pójść, ja się poruszać. Codziennie było sprzątane - wszystko super Mogłoby być większe ciśnienie pod prysznicem ale nie wiem czy to minus czy tak po prostu było 😅
• Claudia (8/5): Muy bien - Está muy céntrico pero al mismo tiempo se encuentra en una zona tranquila, lo cual es de agradecer en una ciudad con tanto turismo y tanta gente. Calidad precio vale mucho la pena, habitaciones amplias y limpias. No tienen recepción 24 horas pero atienden al whats up al minuto si tienes alguna duda o problema. Por dar algún detalle, no hubo cambio de toallas en el fin de semana que estuvimos.

Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout. Ad ogni modo, il punto forte della struttura è senza dubbio la posizione, a poco più di 5 minuti dal Colosseo, ben collegata e sicura! Torneremo sicuramente!

• Marisa (10/5): Alojamiento hermoso muy cerca del Coliseo. - El alojamiento es fantástico. Todo está impecable, los espacios son cómodos y amplios. Tiene detalles de decoración. El lugar es muy alegre y luminoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo. La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras hay un parque precioso que te lleva al Coliseo. Sin duda lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto. Estuvo todo perfecto.

• Marie (9/5): Lovely family stay in the Ancient Rome - The apartment was perfectly located, in the Ancient Rome area. The room was comfortable and our guest, Pari was very welcoming and shared good advice. Everything was there. Maybe the apartments would need a little bit of renovation but otherwise our stay was extremely pleasant.

Could book in earlier than we were expected. Facilities good. Pillow better than the other places we stayed. Quiet at night. My shower water was a bit cold but other than that it was perfect. Better than expected. Good value for money.

• Wittig (8/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación, muy cerca del coliseo, cercano a varias paradas de transporte. Las habitaciones son tal y como se muestran en las fotografías. En general fue una estancia amena y comoda, mi único inconveniente fue un mal entendido al momento de querer realizar el early check-in.
• Cinzia (8/5): Esperienza comunque molto positiva, se siete in due il posto è sicuramente consigliatissimo! - Ottima posizione per visitare la città volendo anche a piedi, le maggiori attrazioni non sono molto lontane. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del personale incaricato, l'unica pecca la camera di dimensioni non molto adeguate per ospitare 3 persone di 3 nuclei familiari diversi, e l'arredo decisamente minimal (ad es. in bagno non c'erano appendini per gli asciugamani e in camera neanche una sedia per appoggiare qualcosa).
• Suzie (7/5): Lovely stay in close proximity to the Colosseum - Large room & bathroom, in great proximity to key ancient sites including the Colosseum, Hill & Forum. Room was clean, air con worked, and lovely large windows opening up onto the Palazzo. Lovely staff, who were super welcoming & provided great recommendations across Rome & within the area. We particularly loved & would recommend 081 Cafe. Super minor, but there are multiple keys to access the building, apartment complex & room. They’re quite loud when entering/exiting the property - so you can hear other guests coming & going. The kitchen facilities could also do with a clean, particularly the kettle & water compartment of the coffee machine - however these aren’t critical to your stay!

• Anna Grazia (10/5): Perfetto - Tutto perfetto, l’appartamento è molto carino, la stanza ha tutto il necessario: asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, phon, aria condizionata, addirittura struccante con dischetti di cotone! C’è anche la cucina in comune e il frigo che però data la permanenza breve non abbiamo utilizzato. Tutto pulito e il servizio è stato ottimo: mi hanno permesso di fare il check-in alle 21.00 e il ragazzo è stato davvero gentilissimo, ha speso tempo per spiegarmi con la mappa dove andare, cosa visitare e come spostarmi. Ci è stata anche inviata su whatsapp una lista di ristoranti/gelaterie/bar consigliati. Letteralmente a meno di 10 min dal Colosseo, la posizione è ottima e anche la zona mi è sembrata molto sicura dato che eravamo 3 ragazze. Parcheggio a pagamento di fronte, 8h 4€. Massima comodità! Assolutamente consiglio e ci ritornerei Niente

No deja cocinar pero hay cafetera, agua caliente, heladera, muy bueno todo. Y linda! No me gustó que a las 22 hs ya no se pueda usar el sector de cocina. Es temprano para los que estamos de vacaciones. .

• Ina (10/5): Perfect Rome vacation - Our stay at DomusAmor Colosseo was simply wonderful! The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy, maintained with great attention to detail. What truly stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful staff – always smiling and ready to assist with any information or support at any time. Another big plus is the option to leave your luggage at the reception, both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient as our flight was later in the day. Thanks to the care and hospitality of the team, we truly felt at home. A fantastic place with an even more fantastic staff – highly recommended!
• Ioana (6/5): Pleasant - The location is the only plus. It is very close to everything worth visiting. The lady gave information regarding the city and surroundings. The common area includes a kitchen that is equipped with coffee machines. The room was listed as a triple room. However, it was a double room, the 3rd bed being an expandable bed that occupied the whole free space, barely being able to cross it. No space to even put the luggage in the room, had to keep the 3 trolleys one on top of the other and not get out of bed on that side. I was told that after 10 pm the kitchen should not be used because of the quiet hours, which turned out to be non existent, the other occupants were going back and forth to the kitchen and listening to music until 3 am.

They let us leave our luggage in the office area while we visited the area. They then ordered us a taxi at a reduced rate to take us to the cruise ship port. Highly recommend. Nothing.

Very convenient for any type of restaurant AND easy walking distance to the Colosseum. The washing machine could only be operated by staff which made planning difficult.

• Daniel (10/5): Great, quiet place close to the Colosseum - Very centric and close to the Colosseum (14 minutes walk). Nice, clean room with comfortable bed. We were welcomed by the kind owners and were given recommendations and instructions. There is a kitchen to store food and get free coffee, which is great. What we loved the most is that it is a quiet place and the lights at the kitchen go off at 10pm so that people don't stay in the kitchen making noise. It is a great accommodation to rest after a busy day walking in Rome, which is exactly what we wanted. Everything was great.

Very good for sleep over the night, but that's was OK for us, as we didn't waste time in room. As stated before, the soundproof of the room is one of the lowest i experienced, likely the neighbors were only sleeping in their rooms, actually same about us. Shower is maximum minimum, for bigger fallows might not fit

Tea and coffee and access to a refrigerator and microwave, although couldn't cook (which was not a problem for us). Room was on the small side, but normal for Rome, and place was very clean. Bathroom and shower was very nice too. Host gave good directions on how to walk there from the train station (20mins)

• James (7/5): Good Value for location - Very pleasant interactions with host, lots of great tips for things to do nearby and around Rome. Great location close to Coliseum and Roma Termini- short walk to both of them. Price is fair for what you get, not a lot of fancy frills but comfortable enough for a night or two. We did not utilize the shared kitchen but there it looked like it was fully stocked with pots and pans and various coffee makers! Checking in was a bit difficult, we waited outside the building for maybe 40 minutes. Shower really pushes the limits of just how tiny a shower could be. I am rather tall and it was difficult to actually get in there. Pillows were pretty thin but ok. In the morning there was some really loud construction in the courtyard our window opened up to, like jack hammers at 8 am. Of course the host has no control over this, but I would think there would have been some warning.

However, coffee machine was on a power timer which was not convenient. Stayed 4 nights with no towel changes.

Good for a short stay too as the room is small and quite dark I think this property would really benefit from having a lockbox for the keys,Or somewhere the key can be left for people to check in at later hours for unforeseen delays. It made me very angry the way the staff member handled our travel delay he said if we didn’t make it by a certain time he would leave?? We are 2 young women navigating a foreign country and the delay was due to an accident on the freeway, so I suggest it your staff are unable to stay to certain times to implement a lock box or something similar :)

Staff is great, greetings to Gianfranco on reception, very friendly and helpful, gave us many informantion about city. Overall it was good value for the price. Room perfect for couple. Shared kitchen, but without pan or any pot so it's possible to cook with only microwave. Cleaning of room in weird hours, between 2-6pm which was usually time we wanted to come back and rest.
