• Andrew (9/5): Overall, this day was very nice. Breakfast bar was like and it was a good way to start your day before catching a train - The host did a very good job with my late night check-in. The place was nice and quiet in the early mornings. It was only about less than a five minute walk to the train station. I had a room on the ground floor. Room above me was a little bit noisy when it was time to sleep. It appears that someone kept dropping a ball on the floor and it just echoed through the entire room. Every time they move a chair, I heard it.

Nur ein paar Meter bis zur Bahn ins Zentrum (die Bahn ist allerdings eine Herausforderung der Ticket Automat war defekt und bei der Rückfahrt bitte genau achten in welchem Zug man steigt) die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein klein wenig unsauber
• Spas (10/5): Great. - Excellent accommodation. Great garden that you have access to. Parking place in a secure area. A bit expensive overall, including the additional taxes that the host apply.
• Ollie (9/5): Great value for money, very good location - Affordable and very close to the station which made exploring Rome very easy and cost effective. Sweet couple that runs the B&B, very friendly and have a family like welcoming vibe

• Joanie (9/5): A peaceful Italian villa, a short commute to the amazing attractions of Rome. - A home away from home in an outer area of Rome. The room was comfortable and cosy with everything I could need. Very close to the rail station which is about 7 stations to the centre of Rome and cost 1 Euro each way. I enjoyed exploring Rome each day and coming back to this quieter place. The breakfast was delightful, with everything I could want. I brought takeaway home sometimes and enjoyed it in the lovely dining area. My room was a family style room with lots of beds but no window looking out.

• Federico (10/5): Sono stato davvero bene, accoglienza ottima - Tutto , poi la piscina top pulizia ottima, collegata molto bene con il centro e San Pietro , colazione a buffet ottima e cucina a disposizione se si vuole risparmiare per non mangiare fuori. Naturalmente la spesa è a carico del cliente( come giusto che sia). Ci tornerò Nulla
• Domenico (2/5): Non lo consiglio a nessuno. - Il parcheggio interno alla struttura tra l'altro non comodo per via delle auto parcheggiate in violazione del codice della strada avanti l'ingresso. Pulizia scadente all'arrivo e non eseguita per tutta la durata dei due giorni di soggiorno; Camera non rifatta; Fornitura di un solo rotolo di carta igienica per tutto il periodo del soggiorno; Colazione con presenza di yogurt scaduti da diversi giorni e solo al nostro evidenziare tolti dal frigo, torte già iniziate dall'arrivo del soggiorno e rimaste li per tutto il periodo senza che fossero riposte almeno in frigo....

• Hawinkels (7/5): - We hadden een ruimte apart van het huis. Hier zat een klein keukentje en een wasmachine in. De B&B ligt dichtbij een station, waarmee je naar Rome kunt gaan. De B&B lag aan een weg met veel verkeer. Wij hadden de ruimte aan de achterkant van het huis.

• Harel (9/5): Fantastic stay, thank you! - Great location to the nearest train station. Takes less than 5 minutes to get there, and there’s lots of trains and subways which were very easy to navigate. Breakfast is at 8, but can get some food and snacks before since the breakfast area is open. We woke around 6AM and left at 7 to Rome. For tourists, please remember there is a tourist tax that you need to pay in CASH at some point during your stay I’m 6’3 tall and the room we were in with the two beds was very short. I hit my heard a few times in the ceiling and even in the shower i need to bend a bit. Also, the shower has interesting temperature control and the heat kept turning on and off. Otherwise all other amenities were great!

• Mina (8/5): There could be some improvements! - The room is nice and relatively clean, there is a bed, table, and a smart tv, there is a bide in the bathroom. The little room where you get breakfast looks like the cutest thing ever and the selection is pretty nice! Wifi is really good. The swimming pool is adorable and perfect if you have small kids! The bathroom could be cleaner and there was a really nasty smell coming out. There was nobody to show us around, we were alone, we had to show other guests how to use things in the kitchen.
