• Aleksandra (6/5): Wszystko okej ale przez brak śniadania w cenie pobytu poczułyśmy się oszukane, ponieważ głównie dlatego zarezerwowaliśmy - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty i zadbany, specyficzny wystrój który zdecydowanie dodaje autentyczności i uroku:). Balkon dostępny na którym można posiedzieć i spędzić wieczór. Dobre boczne oświetlenie oraz miła właścicielka. Niestety na stronie booking.com w opisie znajduje się, że w cenie jest śniadanie oraz na stronie widniały zdjęcia pełnej lodówki. Jak się okazało na miejscu śniadanie było płatne 10 euro od osoby a „słodkości” były płatne 5 euro od osoby jednak właścicielka z racji naszego zaskoczenia zgodziła się dać nam słodkości za darmo. Kuchnia wbrew oczekiwaniom była wyłączona z użytku więc robienie śniadań na ciepło na własną rękę nie wchodziło w grę. Na stronie istnieje również opis „ładny widok” lecz widok jest na parking i tory co oczywiście nie przeszkadza ale warto zaznaczyć. Właścicielka pól wyjazdu prosiła o wystawienie opinii 10 co osobiście uważam za nieprofesjonalne. Usuwała również na WhatsApp pisane przez siebie wiadomości z tymi prośbami co było niepokojące. Jeśli chodzi o dodatkowe opłaty polecam przyjrzeć się im podczas rezerwacji ponieważ są dość wysokie (16€ za noc od osoby) w co wchodzi opłata za klimatyzację, którą trzeba uiścić pomimo braku jej użytkowania :((
• Grombířová (10/5): - Majitelka byla velmi vstřícná a ochotná. Díky tomu byl náš pobyt pohodlný. Její milá nálada a energie, naši návštěvu Říma zpříjemnila. Je nápomocná, empatická a o své hosty má zájem. Byly jsme spokojené.

• Juan Pablo (10/5): Excelente y muy cómodo. - Todo ha ido excelente. Angela nos recibió personalmente desde el día 1 y ha sido maravilloso. Agradezco mucho la amabilidad y cortesía de las personas, y ella es una persona magnífica. Muy educada y respetuosa con mi madre y conmigo. Recomiendo 100% el sitio. Está muy cerca de todos los sitios, cogiendo tranvía No. 3 y metro. Muy accesible. Nada malo. Todo fue muy bien.

• M.A. van Koert (8/5): Prima. - Ruime kamer. Fijn bed. Goede locatie om met openbaar vervoer het centrum van Rome te bereiken. Volop eetgelegenheden en ook supermarkt met ruim assortiment op loopafstand. Geluid van de straat tijdens spits. Verplicht +€10 per dag voor airco, ook al wordt deze niet gebruikt.
• Piotr (1/5): - Niestety mój pobyt w Lady D Bed & Breakfast pozostawił wiele do życzenia. Największym rozczarowaniem była kwestia opłaty za klimatyzację. W ogłoszeniu była ona wyraźnie zaznaczona jako opłata nieobowiązkowa, jednak na miejscu zostałem poinformowany, że muszę ją uiścić jako koszt obowiązkowy. Zwróciłem właścicielce uwagę na rozbieżność z opisem, ale mimo to upierała się przy dodatkowej opłacie. Co gorsza, klimatyzacji i tak nie dało się używać – pilot nie działał, przez co nie było możliwości regulacji ani korzystania z funkcji ogrzewania. W efekcie zapłaciłem za usługę, z której nie mogłem skorzystać. Szkoda, bo takie sytuacje znacząco obniżają komfort pobytu i zaufanie do obiektu. Liczyłem na bardziej rzetelną obsługę i zgodność oferty z rzeczywistością.

She tried to make our stay in Rome as pleasant as possible. She gave recommendations for restaurants and attractions. She was always in touch. She is also a writer) Nice price and convenient location. Student area with many bars, young people and nightlife, close to the center (you can easily walk to the Colosseum) and a tram stop nearby, the metro is 1.5 km away. The hotel is clean, cozy and has a home-like atmosphere. There are breakfasts, a coffee machine. We stayed for 6 nights. the view from the window overlooks the road and a small road bridge. But there was no noise) And this is not so important if the goal is to walk a lot and see the city)

• Tomczyk (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was nice and clean. The flat was warm. The bed was very comfortable. Bus and tram stops are close to the flat. Angela was very helpful and friendly. She asked if we needed anything and contact with her was quick and easy. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice.

• Andrew (10/5): Perfect host and perfect apartment - Angela is the perfect host and Lady D B&B is a lovely place to stay. It's close to the main train station and the metro. It's an apartment that has 2 guest rooms and it looks exactly as it does in the photos. It's freshly decorated, very clean and well maintained. My bed was absolutely lovely. Breakfast is self service, and if what you want isn't there, just ask Angela and she'll provide it. You can cook your own meals and the kitchen is well stocked. Angela has great communication skills, and she'll either be at the apartment or keep in touch through WhatsApp. I would throughly recommend Lady D B&B

• Yijing (10/5): Exceptional - It is a lovely flat close to the Roma Termini (20min walk). And it is close to the bus stop and city train stop (2min walk). So it’s pretty convenient to go to the attractions in Roma. The owner Angie is extremely nice and helpful, telling me how to get from the train station to this flat, and asking me if I need anything else besides what she already prepared for breakfast. When I arrived, she is already there waiting for me, with AC of both living room and my room on. Cuz I don’t speak Italian and it is my first time traveling in EU, I asked her everything and she’s always so patient and helpful explaining. The flat is very clean and smells so good. I can find everything I need, including hair dryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo.. they even have hair curler. But my fav part is the kitchen. The kitchen is lovely and full of food and drinks. They also have a pretty and spacious balcony. But these days are too hot, I didn’t spend time there, but will be comfy in fall. Definitely recommend it. This flat is close to the traffic center, which on one hand is convenient, but some people may find it a bit noisy. But personally, I don't have any problem falling asleep.

• Ali (10/5): **Wonderful stay at Lady D!** - Angela's place was perfect for my 3-night stay in Rome. The flat was charming and impeccably clean, with a well-equipped kitchen for breakfast. The location was fantastic - close to the bus station and within walking distance of the city center. I highly recommend Lady D Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting Rome! Nothing.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, smelled really nice, everything was tidy. We had plenty of choices for breakfasts (ham, cheese, eggs, bratwursts, bread, cornflakes, biscuits, jams, juice, jam, coffee, tea..) you can even take some little snacks for the day. Overall, this was an amazing stay. The only thing that was a bit uncomofrtable was the water heat and water pressure in the shower. We had to take cold showers, as there was a problem with warm/hot water. Angela was ready to call a plumber though, and that we really appreciated. The cars can be quite loud during the night, so we recommend earplugs. :)

Nice stylish bathroom. Big enough terrace. The entrance to the house and the yard are also clean. Angela also gave us very useful information about where to eat and how to get to the centre. Highly recommend .

She also gave us some suggestions for restaurants, public transport and places to visit. Breakfast was good. We had many options, including snacks, water, coffe and juice. In addition to all of this, Angela asked if we needed anything else specifically and offered to buy it for us. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

The room was spacious, Angela was incredibly kind, providing helpful information and a warm welcome. Excellent nearby restaurants with great reviews and convenient public transportation (if you prefer not to stroll through the streets of Rome – we opted for both). Impeccable cleanliness, a more than sufficient breakfast, and a great sense of privacy. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. Highly recommended! N/A
• Luigi (10/5): everything was beautiful - everything was perfect! Colorful, bright and shaming apartment. The host in super nice and friendly and she welcomes you to the house with a big smile and she helps you with anything you need . good breakfast with different variety of food,available at any time you wake up. My room had a private toilet and it had all the facilities for a comfortable staying (confy bed, smart tv, airconditionair, shower bath, different soups,etc) The balcony also is a a nice thing to have in Rome to relax and chil with a coffee or or tea. location is quite good as it's close to Termini station (main station in Rome) and also many buses and tram available to easily reach the downtown .I really enjoyed my staying and I would definately come back.

• Dennis (9/5): Superb - Angela and her mom were very nice and welcoming. Angela does a lot to keep her guests happy and organises the accommodation very well. The apartment is very comfortable and modern and feels like a home. The breakfast and bathroom were nice as well and there was a nice balcony. The elephant in the room here is the amount of noise from the highways and tram outside. If you are a light sleeper like myself, this accommodation is not for you. I highly recommend earplugs. I had significant sleeping problems, but I recognize that this is a great accommodation for those who don't have a problem with that. Lastly, it took a while before the shower water was warm.

• Annajw (7/5): Good - Clean bedroom and kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good location, 40 minutes walk to Colosseum. 10 minutes to the bus. Nice balcony were you could sit. They could have clean the bathroom during our visit. Especially when it is a shared bathroom. Italien breakfast it´s not for me. Loud trafficnoise that made it difficult to sleep. But on the other hand, we are from a small town and not use to a lot of traffic in the night,.

Angela helped us out with any request that we asked her, even the silly ones! 😂 Thanks again for making our lives a little less stressful.
• Mark (10/5): Good value clean accomodation in lively student area. - The apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. Angela is a great host and welcomed us with a drink and useful information. She was always available to help. Breakfast was fine but fresh bread or pastries would have been even better. The area and security felt safe. The hot water takes a long while to come through so turn the tap on in advance. It is in a lively area of town with bars and clubs so maybe some ear plugs would be useful!
• Elisa (10/5): My stay at B&B Lady D. was wonderful and I highly recommend it. - The breakfast is plentiful and very good for all tastes, from salty to sweet. The b&b is close to the main attractions of the city.
• Katie (10/5): Great affordable place to stay with included breakfast - House was amazing and very modern, comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and felt like it was well taken care of. Breakfast was especially good, with meat and cheese as well as various pastries and juices. On days where we had an early tour, it was great to just pick up a muffin and run!
• Raman (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly landlord. A lot of cheap cafes nearby. Tram station to get to Galleria Borghese in 1 min. Metro in 15 mins Bus station 10 mins I wouldn't mind having a better breakfast (add some veggies and eggs). Some will think the place is a bit loud because it is close to the tram and highway, but after a full day of exploring Rome we slept dead well. Sometimes it took a long time waiting for the hot water.
