• Joyce (6/5): Wouldn't stay there again. - Shower and worked, rain fixture not at all and waterfall fearure flooded the shower onto the floor as the drain was slow. Multiple doors and keys needed for entry/exit and only one set for two guests. This made our separate tours etc difficult to manage.

Had to ask twice to get it fixed. Towels were not changed during 4 day stay. Teas and coffee facility dis not include milk, nor were they replenished. Paper cups only. We did not meet the owner which was not an issue but quite impersonal.

• Isaline (7/5): Parfaitement situé - La localisation était parfaite. Très proche du centre et d'une bouche de métro. Il n'y avait pas de bruit la nuit. La chambre était bien équipée avec machine à café, bouilloir, frigo, coffre sèche cheveux,... Le check in était très simple et l'établissement était toujours disponible via Whatsapp pour répondre à nos questions. La chambre était "sale". Tâches sur les murs et une plinthe qui se décollait. Il y avait aussi un problème d'isolation on entendait les voisins dans le couloir.

• Luca (9/5): Great value at an ever greater location - Great location for a very competitive price. The room was so much more spacious than the average hotel room you’d get in Rome, especially on that price point. The location is simply perfect, a few steps away from two metro stops and just next to Villa Borghese. It’s the perfect base the explore Rome, allowing you to even reach most of the highlights just by walking (quite a bit, admittedly, but it’s a stunning walk. Lastly, worth mentioning that the check-in was super efficient and the communication’s smooth even when no staff is on the ground. No daily room cleaning which is kind of understandable in such an accommodation. Matter of taste, but I would have perhaps chosen a different colour scheme for the bedroom (11). Not the biggest fan of this light Green and the yellow, but that’s just my opinion.

Struttura consigliatissima per viaggi in famiglia - La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima per muoversi a piedi. Di fronte c’ è pure la fermata degli autobus.Il sig. Tiziano è stato disponibilissimo ad accogliere le nostre esigenze.
• andrew (1/5): HORRIBLE, this is not a hotel its the setting of a horror movie, NOT as described!! - Absolutely Nothing. Room not as described!! Checking in is an absolute cluster of an experience, as there is no receptionist or anyone, for that matter, to correspond with at any reasonable cadence. As the guest, you’re messaged a novel worth of directions via WhatsApp the morning of your stay. Better hope you’ve got that app, and roaming turned on or access will be denied .. Step one asks to text a random whats app number to get let into a door of a random unmarked building, you're then asked to turn right and enter a rather complicated 2 door elevator that must be the 1500’s, at the 4th floor exit you'll approach another security door … once you're identified on that group of additional cameras (don’t forget you’ve got to hope the ‘hotel’ (a person that wont take phone calls in God knows what county) is not sleeping and willing to buzz you in). And now you'll need access to your room, which you’ll find on a poorly lit hallway about 10m long. You’ll find a group of cameras in this staging area watching you attempt to enter your room, which you STILL don’t have access to. And again you're asked to text a random WhatsApp number to have them remotely allow access to what is your room. I was told in this 12-hour-long text exchange I would be left with a key card that would lock my door to my room; however, that did not happen. As a result, I was asked to overlook that as a clerical error… Security is a JOKE. In closing, before booking this hotel, I would ask yourself, are you willing to be watched on a ton of cameras as your treverse 3 security doors and an elevator, and only have access to your room when you text a random WhatsApp number to unlock and unlock your door remotely? That sounds a whole lot like prison. When I texted the hotel and told them I was uncomfortable with this process and lack of security (unable to lock/unlock my door!!!!!), the reply I received was: “Even old people don’t complain this much.
• Arturo (9/5): Muy buena experiencia, confort y limpieza - Un alojamiento muy cómodo, limpio, silencioso y completamente equipado. No faltaba detalle y todos los materiales de buena calidad. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, repetiría sin duda y ojalá pronto en esta bonita ciudad. Sería un 10 si estuviese mejor ubicado por el centro histórico, ya que el alojamiento está un poco fuera de esa zona. Por lo demás todo genial.

• Roberta (10/5): Struttura ideale per un soggiorno al centro di Roma - La posizione è strategica, infatti la struttura si trova molto vicino alla fermata della metro Barberini. La camera è dotata di ogni comodità ed è pulitissima (la nostra è stata la numero 7). Il proprietario è stato cortese e disponibile e il check in/recupero bagagli al check out da remoto sono stati facilissimi. Ci torneremo di sicuro Nulla, tutto perfetto

Tiziano è stato davvero gentilissimo, permettendoci di lasciare gli zaini dopo il check-out senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La stanza era pulita e ben attrezzata, con caffè, acqua e biscotti a disposizione, oltre a phon e piastra. Consigliato soprattutto a chi viaggia in treno!

Pulizia eccellente, non un granello di polvere visibile neanche sui comodini di cristallo. Rapporto prezzo qualità onesto.ci tornerò volentieri. Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Se posso consentirmi un piccolo suggerimento, metterei in bagno una scatoletta di salviette e basta, perché non manca nulla.

Per di più lo staff è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni tipo di necessità. Sinceramente ci tornerei, e la consiglierei!

• John (10/5): Modern apartment in a traditional Italian building - perfect location! - Perfect location close to the Borghese Gardens. The building is lovely, traditional Italian, with a lift. The room was spacious, and the bathroom facilities were great. We loved the location, very close to metro stations and the Spanish Steps. Harry's Bar on the corner was perfect for an afternoon Spritz. We loved this very upmarket area of Rome which we had never visited before but will definitely stay here again when we're next in Rome. Nothing - everything was perfect!

• Arianna (8/5): - Camera di giuste dimensioni, silenziosa buon isolamento acustico e pulita, bagno pulito, asciugamani di buona qualità ma scarsi, solamente 2 a persona mancava il piccolo e un asciugamano tappetino per i piedi quando si esce dalla doccia, visto che il box doccia è esterno al bagno, cosa inusuale....nel complesso buono tutto anche la posizione.

• Matthew (8/5): Perfect place for couples away for a few days. - Electronic check-in via messenger worked well. Nice and quiet and peaceful room. Decent size for 2 people with all facilities needed. Great air conditioning and WiFi. Excellent value for money! Not much. Toilet seat and window frame were damaged slightly when we arrived and bath instead of shower would have been better but other than that was great.

• Ebz (9/5): - Excellent location and very lovely modern room. Close by to all the main tourist sights. The staff always available to help out and answer any queries. The only minor issue is the two single beds put together - as there are only tiles on the floor, the bedframes/mattresses kept sliding apart at night, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep as a couple. Easy fix with putting something with more grip under the bed. Other than that, the actual mattress was very comfortable.

• Andrew (6/5): Nice apartments. Not flash. Terrible service. - We loved the location, could walk almost everywhere we wanted, the fountain, colosseum, pantheon, and my favourite was its right next to Harrys Bar Rome where we ate, had nightcaps listening to live music till the early hours of the morning. We had issues with the access cards not working. As well as i lost a card and they tried to charge me 25 euros for another. Had to stand outside in the heat trying to negotiate for another card for access for over half an hour. Was told someone would have to bring a card, Then found out there were extra cards available in the reception. Not good service at all. They just wanted the 25 euros. Were left with no towels after a room service one day, another day no coffee pods.
• Madyson (8/5): Very good - It was very clean and if i needed help with anything the host was quick to respond and very helpful! great place to stay!
• Basil (7/5): Good - The design of the room is quite Spartan but in a good way. All finishes, bed, shower, coffee machine are all top quality. There is one window quite high above a not very busy street so you can feel part of the city but the window cuts out any noise. The air-con combatted the enormous heat outside very well. Everything was as expected except that the room wasn't ready and hadn't been cleaned by our arrival at 17h00. The location was good with easy access to the underground trains and buses. Once cleaned everything was fine.

• Moran (9/5): Good value for money. A comfortable place to put your head not more. - The people were very nice. We didn't meet them, all was done remote, but they were always helpful and welcoming. The shower has mold. Especially up.

• Michelle (1/5): Awful. Do not recommend - I had to leave in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency. I was not given an alternative emergency action plan upon check in and was stranded. There was no one to help and I am now being harassed because I took the keys to be able to get out of the property. The communication is terrible. There is no one to help support. I had someone from a different hotel help me with check in. And no information for an emergency. The entire process was very traumatic.
• Ilene (9/5): Circle in the Square is a safe, comfortable place to stay. - The room Was comfortable and a pretty good value. The shower was great. Not a lot of dining options nearby.
• Lisa (9/5): Nice accommodations - We liked everything except the check in procedure was confusing. It was walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The shower was awesome! Bathroom equipped with bidet.
• Lee (9/5): Very good! Location excellent, room clean etc. Would highly recommend - Location great, room very clean etc and even though staff werent present very responsive via whatsapp. Coffee machine didnt work properly and pillows very soft, could of done with an extra pillow.

• Margaret (8/5): Good value in a great location. - Right off Via Veneto, good location. Had a queen sized bed. I would rate it an 8.5. Bed was very firm for our tastes.
