• Emilio (4/5): - Mi opinión sobre una de las habitaciones, no puedo hablar sobre el resto. Es una habitación que comparte cocina con la habitación gemela dentro de un solo apartamento en un octavo piso de un edificio, encima literalmente de las vías de la estación del tren. Durante una estancia de dos noches algunos problemas con el agua caliente: duchas mitad agua caliente y mitad agua fría en el mejor de los casos. Aviso al propietario sin respuesta. Si todo eso no te importa, la habitación está limpia, y a 5 minutos de una estación de metro.

• Giuseppe (7/5): - Posizione ottima, personale gentile e disponibile, condominio ben tenuto, camera luminosa e sufficientemente spaziosa. Bagno piccolo e aspetto della camera che richiederebbe un po' di cura in più.

In questa zona si trova tutto.Di fronte c'è un market che soddisfa ogni esigenza. Fermata metro vicinissima. Su booking va specificato che la cucina è in comune con un' altra stanza di fianco.Per chi ama la riservatezza e privacy non è il massimo. Il bagno troppo piccolo e senza bidet. Prezzo per una notte sopra la media con siderata l'assenza della colazione.

• concetta paola (3/5): Non soddisfatti - La posizione Non mi è piaciuto per niente il letto singolo, è bastato sedersi che si è quasi chiuso, non mi è piaciuto il bagno, porta non funzionante, non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la prima notte eravamo in 4 invece che 5 ma avete preso i soldi x 5 comunque......
• Marta (3/5): Esperienza deludente - Nulla La camera (all'ottavo piano) abbastanza pulita, nel resto del palazzo (struttura molto vecchia) e nella cucina condivisa con l'altra camera l'odore stantio era costante. Bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet (di questo eravamo consapevoli già al momento della prenotazione, è specificato) con finestra minuscola. Camera molto calda, dotata di condizionatore direzionato direttamente sul letto, per cui di notte abbiamo optato per la finestra aperta: impossibile dormire, camera ubicata sopra la ferrovia e tra i treni e sirene varie non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Per noi purtroppo esperienza pessima, fortunatamente ci siamo stati soltanto una notte, la mattina siamo scappati il prima possibile. Può andare bene se ci si accontenta e non si hanno esigenze particolari. Avessimo avuto altra scelta, sicuramente non avremmo soggiornato qui. Scomodo anche per il parcheggio.

• Muminul (5/5): It didn't satisfy our expectations. Location is great but the price was high compared to the room. - The location is great and the staff was really helpful. Train line creates loud sound, washroom is really small. High price and the apartment is not nice. The room size good for 2 people not suitable for 4 people.

• Marta (7/5): does its job, not too bad but not great - The balcony, comfy bed, friendly staff, good location. It wasn't high luxury but did it's job well for what I needed rooms outdated, bathroom could use some full, proper cleanup, there're bugs in the kitchen

• Salvatore (1/5): I want a full refund. we had to re-locate asap to the dangerous conditions and it cost me a fortune. - the property is as dangerous. the balcony had a Ladder on it and a dirty mop bucket. the rooms smelled of smoke and caused my son to have an allergy attack. see above
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to all kinds of public transport, there is a small supermarket just on the other side of the street. The staff happily kept our begs because we arrived waaay before check in even started. The view during the shower is awesome, the room is on a high floor so you see all the roofs below, has a shared kitchen with a refrigerator. Private TV, AC, a desk, private shower and toilets. The room was pink and we really wanted the blue one :( maybe next time. The bunk bed is kinda low, I hit my head few times
• Kiran (6/5): Pleasant - Really close to the train which made it easy to get into vatican and the colleseum. Property is dated. Rooms were OK but a little on the small side , bathrooms were functional but again very dated. Kitchenette is shared between 2 rooms and no ac in kitchen.

• Anton (7/5): Good - Great stuff. Good location. It was difficult to find the entrance, there were no label on a door who to call and administrator phone was unavailable. The bathroom door was stuck and wasn’t opened so the administrator helped opening it with a screwdriver. It would be nice to have more space for the breakfast, the caffe couldn’t have many guests at once.

• Kunwardeep (8/5): Very good - The location is close to train station , so best for catching a train to airport. The Metro station is also at a walkable distance. The Metro station is called Piramide and train station is Ostiense and are separate to avoid confusion for other travellers.There are nice shops and grocery stops just down the building and quite some eateries. The room was clean and kitchen has necessary utensils. The complete house will be shared with two families, but the kitchen is in between so not much of an issue. No impact on privacy. The lifts are very very small for either 2 or 4 people. So you need to make trips along with luggage.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was nothing special but it was reasonably clean, with heating and hot water in the shower. Towels were changed every day. There was a smart TV and free wi-fi. We could leave our baggage for a few hours after check-out. Breakfast in the cafes nearby was nice, with delicious coffee and pastries every day. There wasn't much soap on in the hand wash or shower gel containers - but nothing that couldn't be solved by popping out to the supermarket downstairs.
