• Ashley (10/5): Gracious hosts - Caroline was a wonderful host and whether it be a late check in or iron and ironing board she made sure we had everything we needed. Her mother, Alexandra, was our breakfast host, and just being around her warmed my heart. She always made sure we had breakfast, which too often meant croissants to go. I wish we had more time in Rome just to enjoy a cup of coffee with Alexandra. I wish breakfast began at 7:30 instead of 8:30, so we had more time and weren't in a hurry most of the time.

Zo stond er prosecco klaar omdat ze hoorden dat wij jarig waren. Alles was goed. Erg schone kamers, heerlijk vers ontbijt.

• Kim (8/5): Aangename B&B in Rome! - De locatie was top. Het verblijf lag op vijf minuutjes wandelen van het drukke centrum van Trastevere. Een ideale locatie om de wijk en de rest van Rome te voet te ontdekken. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar steeds vers en lekker. De gastvrouwen, Carolina en haar moeder, waren enorm warm, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze communiceerden vlot met alle gasten en hebben ons veel tips waardevolle gegeven voor ons bezoek aan Rome. De moeite waard! De badkamer was wat gedateerd. De douche was krap en afgeschermd met een douchegordijn. Ook de toilet spoelde niet makkelijk door. Desondanks hebben we ons daar niet aan gestoord en hebben we een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad!

• Karin (8/5): A lovely quaint stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Rome. - The location is perfect. I love the Trastevere neighborhood and the guesthouse is quiet despite its central location. Our hosts are friendly and charming, going out of their way to make sure you have an exceptional stay. It’s like staying with friends. The shower arrangement was a bit challenging but after the second day got the hang of it. It’s a small platform with a curtain and one easily gets water splashed everywhere. The water pressure is amazing. The towels were a bit flimsy but let’s remember we are not paying Ritz Hotel prices. It is very good value for money.

• Claudia (10/5): Wir kommen wieder! - Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft in Rom! Sie liegt im ruhigen Teil des lebhaften Stadtteils Trastevere – Nachtruhe ist also kein Problem, und dennoch sind Restaurants und Bars in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich zudem Tram- und Bushaltestellen, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hell, das Badezimmer groß. Die Gastgeberinnen Carolina und Alessandra waren einfach großartig – unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets mit wertvollen Tipps zur Stelle. Besonders schön war das gemeinsame Frühstück mit allen Gästen, das durch die offene und freundliche Atmosphäre schon ein kleines Event für sich war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen! Nichts – für uns war es rundum perfekt.

Es una mujer encantadora y amable, siempre de buen humor y con ganas de ayudar y hacer amena la primera hora de la mañana. La primera noche, parecía que en otro piso estaban haciendo una fiesta y había más ruido. Menos mal que las ventanas de la habitación son buenas y aislaron suficiente. Y sólo pasó una noche, las otras 3 noches no hubo ningún problema.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux, il est servi autour d une grande table que l on partage avec les autres clients, c'est un moment agréable, convivial. • Siegrist (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Rom! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen im Trastevere Quartier, fussläufig sind so viele Dinge gut zu erreichen und sonst hat es auch verschiedene ÖV-Verbindungen umliegend. Die Gastgeberinnen (Carolina und Alessandra) sind toll und hilfsbereit, haben viele gute Tipps an Lager für Ausflüge, Restaurants, etc. Das Frühstück ist sehr familiär, man kann sich mit anderen Touristen austauschen, für mich als Alleinreisende ein Mehrwert. Die Unterkunft ist mega hellhörig. Einfach Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, dann ist das Problem gelöst. :-)

Вы сделали все, чтобы наше пребывание было комфортным и приятным. Завтраки были чудесными. За большим, красиво сервированным столом собирались все гости и Алессандра уделяла внимание каждому. Мы уезжали в 7 утра, Алессандра принесла нам в дорогу еще теплые очень вкусные круассаны, хотя завтрак только в 8.30. Если мы приедем в Рим, то остановимся только в Trastevere Colors и конечно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям. -

First of all, the location is perfect right in the heart of Trastevere, in a quiet neighborhood with lovely shops, while the center of Rome is easily accessible both on foot and by public transport. Before our arrival, our communication with Carolina was excellent very clear, helpful, and informative. We only stayed for one night, but the next morning, in the shared kitchen of the apartment, we were welcomed with the most wonderful breakfast prepared by the lovely Alessandra. From the very first moment we met, we felt completely at home. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much time to stay longer, but it was truly a wonderful experience. We felt like we were at home and will definitely choose this place again on our next trip. Thank you so much for everything!
• Richard (10/5): Italian stars - The absolutely best thing about Trastevere Colours are Carolina and Alexandra - they're the mother and daughter team that make your stay. The breakfast welcomes your day and looks beautiful, full of fresh, wholesome goodies, from fruit, oats, yoghurt, pastries, juices and piping coffee. Our first morning was shared with an Italian and a French couple, and Alexandra moved effortlessly between languages for all, translating as she went (Carolina does the same) and giving top tips on off the beaten tourist places to visit. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there and Carolina went out of her way to make it special for her, and I cannot thank her enough for that. The rooms were functional, cosy, and clean, and having your own keys means you can come and go as you please. Trastevere is our favourite place in Rome and is the perfect hub to walk, taste and see what it has to offer - 30mins walk to the Vatican one way, 30mins to the centre or Colosseum the other. Thank you to Carolina and Alexandra, you are stars!

Carolina and Alexandra are the most wonderful hosts and really made our stay in Rome. They couldn’t do enough to help us feel welcome, comfortable and to provide tips about what and where to go. A lovely breakfast too. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day. We were sad to leave!

This area is off the beaten track, away from the crowds. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us. We loved it, thank you so much! The shower was a bit warm in the evenings but boiling in the morning so it was fine.

• Okamoto (10/5): Lovely 3 nights in Trastevere! - Both Carolina and her mom were super exceptional with recommendations, extra information about the area, and willingness to help us with anything. The breakfasts were exceptionally good (love the sticky croissants!) and the room was spacious. Slightly hard to find the door on the outside of the building but we sorted it out after wandering around the building a couple of times. We may have just been overtired from the flight.

Lo único que diría es que si no se abren las ventanas de la habitación puede acumularse mucha humedad del baño ya que el mismo no tiene ventana. Pero no es grave

Αξίζει 10 σε όλους τους τομείς, καθαριότητα, άνεση, πρωινό, τοποθεσία, αλλά αξίζει 100!!! για την φιλοξενία που σου προσφέρουν οι οικοδεσπότες. Βρίσκεσαι σε ένα οικογενειακό, ζεστό περιβάλλον, κάτι που δεν το συναντάς συχνά. Πραγματικά, συγχαρητήρια!!

Et l’accueil 🤩 Carolina est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes et sa maman présente pour le petit déjeuner est une femme au grand cœur d’une extrême gentillesse et qui met tout en œuvre pour que nous ne manquions de rien, merci infiniment à toutes les deux 🥰 nous avons passé un super séjour L’insonorisation pourrait être revue, si comme moi vous avez le sommeil léger, prévoyez des boules quies. Éventuellement un peu de salé serait appréciable au petit déjeuner, mais le choix est déjà très varié!

• Katherine (9/5): Overall a really great stay, very welcoming, feels like home from home. Great location and wonderful hosts. Really clean - The location was great- easy to walk to all of the sights. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The best of all was the welcome- the hosts were so lovely and friendly, very accommodating and keen to help with recommendations for restaurants, helping with travel and providing maps and books. It was noisy. Lots of road noise, plumbing noises and thin walls. If you are a light sleeper you may not get a very good nights sleep.

Eine super süße ältere Dame hat jeden Morgen tolle Geschichten erzählt und viele Tipps für rom gegeben. Carolina war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und war bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Zimmer sehr sauber und jeden Tag Reinigung. . tolle Lage, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar
