Guest Reviews
- Julian (10/5): We would highly recommend this apartment to any traveler visiting Rome - The best apartment we stayed in during our fortnight visit of Italy. You could lose count of the number of superlatives to describe what an excellent apartment this is! Our host was amazing and so friendly and helpful and did everything she could to make our stay extra special. Nothing. We liked everything!
Elisa attenta e gentilissima. Colazione varia e preparata con molta cura. Gatti simpatici.
- Tina (10/5): - elissa, the host went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Bed was really comfortable, and we slept really well whilst there. Breakfast was plentiful and kept us going all day.
- Stefano (10/5): -
- Sajjad (9/5): Superb - Elisa is so kind and she let us check in early. She woke up at 7 am and opened the door for us as she had known we'd been traveling through Milan and Venice to Rome, back to back. She helped us find fast ways to see the attractions.
B&B Appia Felis was clean, and a very good breakfast was served.
- Inese (10/5): Rome and Via Appia Fellis - Staying in this place was like visiting Italian friends. Excellent location-no turists at all, quite, comfortable to reach center. Elsa was not much like host, but like friend. Everything was perfect
- Marketa (9/5): Superb - The owner was really nice and everything went well. Public transportation was not punctual but it was fine there was always some bus coming and behind the corner there was a really good restaurant with no tourists, just locals and that was super nice. The only thing that was not convenient for us was the location but that’s all. Everything else was really good
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing fresh breakfast and wonderful hosting.
- Bartul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Krisztina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Elisa was a perfect host: she made sure we had an amazing breakfast and clear room every day, gave us recommendations about restaurants, sights, public transport methods and helped us out with basically everything. -
- Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Borys (10/5): We had a great stay, would definitely book again in the future! - The room and the bathroom were kept exceptionally clean. The host was extremely helpful and kind! Everything was great
- Marybeth (10/5): Elisa was an AMAZING host, and her B&B was great to stay at during our time in Rome. - The breakfast was fantastic everyday and Elisa was great about our schedule changing from each day. She also gave us a lot of good information about local transport as well as activities and restaurants to visit while in Rome. Her two cats, Balou and Nolte were so sweet too! The property was also extremely clean and nice, and the garden was very nice to have right outside. We loved our time staying with Elisa :) Nothing!
- Ulderico (10/5): Excellent stay - Clean
Friendly host
Good breakfast Everything was good and as described.
- Pedro (10/5): A place you must stay while visiting Rome - The hostess Elisa is very friendly, even her cats are friendly. This B&B is near of many supermarkets (Conad, Carrefour), in a quiet area, far from the noise and confusion, but close to the center. We would catch everyday the bus 118 to the center of Rome. Nothing to say
- Magdalena (10/5): Amazing stay with a truly friendly host! - I am a frequent traveller and I have stayed in many different hotels and hostels throughout the years but I have to say this was one of the nicest hosts I have ever met. Great home-like atmosphere, comfortable room with private bathroom, great breakfast. The host was very attentive and helpful. She gave us great advice as to what to do and see. If I ever go back to Rome, I will definitely choose this place again. 🥳 There were no disadvantages really. The hostel is a bit far from the centre but there are many buses close to the hotel which you can take to get to the city.
- Nairanovski (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was in superior level, like at home.Very kind and smart Elisa,Thank You.See You once again.
- Panni (9/5): Superb - Hospitality was perfect along with the 2 cats. 😊
