• Anil (9/5): Nice stay with very kind host - Our host Marco is such a nice guy who helped us in smooth checkin and briefed us about the local travel attractions. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean. Marco prepared the breakfast little early on a couple of days on our request. He came early to the property around 6AM on the day of our checkout as we had an early morning train to catch. Overall it was a good experience. We had to pay 50% of the bookings 15 days prior to checkin, which we didn't anticipate. This place is little far from the city centre but we were aware of that fact prior to reserving the property.

• Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - The host is an amazing man. Italy is hot especially at the time between July and August, however the host made it so possible for us to have an air conditioner which was a super life saver and we were able to enjoy our stay. The breakfast is great and it's a typical Italian breakfast. We love everything about the apartment. However, Italy as a whole need to organise well with the transportion plans
• Igor (9/5): Superb - I liked the place. It was extremely clean, the owner was kind. Breakfast was ok, especially I liked croissants, just baked and so tasty. The special thanks deserved conditioner in the room. It just saved from the heat stayed our Rome visit days. The place located on the quiet Rome area, without noise and traffic. To get to the center it is simple bus route connected with metro station. Even from the first time it was clear how to get there. Road to the Colliseo takes around 35-45 minutes Conditioner has the safely switch installed in the kitchen. Other guests may switch it off unintentionally, so you need to know about this trick in advance and warn them.

• Caleah (9/5): Most gracious and accommodating hosts - The host was so lovely, accommodating, helpful and kind. He accommodated our check in request, he offered us really helpful suggestions regarding travelling to the city centre which was perfectly on point and helpful for us. He offered to wash our dishes for us and also threw out some personal excess trash we had. Such an accommodating and welcoming experience. He went out of his way to highlight things that were unusually optimal to help manage expectations (air conditioning temporarily being out of order) and proactively provided a fan for us. We opened the window and with the fan it was the perfect temperature so it didn't negatively affect our stay. The hosts went out of their way to find gluten free options for breakfast which was really kind especially since I only asked about it really late the night before. While not having the air conditioning and proactively provided a fan for us didn't affect our stay, it was a tad bit disappointing since we particularly filtered for stays with AC. We feel bad mentioning it since the stay was so lovely but just trying to be honest. We were a bit disappointed by the breakfast since we expected a bit more (something warm or meat or cheese to add) but it might be due to my understanding of what is customary for Italian breakfast. I don't blame the host, just was a surprise. We still very much enjoyed the breakfast and it was a perfect and light way to start the day before our roadtrip.
• Iuri (9/5): Superb - Clean well maintained room, friendly and hospitable owner. Thank you, we will definitely be back! Not very close to the center, but this is not a problem, transport runs often.
• Patrik (9/5): Satisfied - Nice owner Alessandro who helped us, was very friendly and outgoing - picked us up in the centre and next morning took us by car at the start of half marathon. One room in the apartment situated in block of flats was enough for us. Near a big shoping centre. Quite far from Metro, but using a bus Nr72 or 74 it is only 15-20min.
