• Nakic (10/5): BUENO-CALIDAD-PRECIO - La ubicación para nosotros estuvo perfecta . Solo caminar un poco desde la casa hasta la estación del metro. Definitivamente muy Felices, la zona es súper cálido. Si vas a utilizar bicicleta también súper fácil de llegar . DEMASIADO CERCA DE COLISEO, tanto en metro como en bici 😍. La casa nos gustó desde que entramos, la Sra Maria muy atenta en todo, responde muy rápido, con traductor todo lo podemos solucionar . La habitación muy limpiar ( cada día nos ordenaba la cama) no sabía que eso incluía , no era para nosotros incómodo ( era facilidad ) salíamos muy temprano , y lo de organizar nos gustó . La cama deliciosa y las almohadas☺️😍 es una casa bastante cómoda. Sobre el Desayuno no entendí las quejas de las personas en cada país los desayunos son distinto y si tratas de conocer un poco los italianos no desayunan mucho 😅 ella pone cositas para hacer quizás la vida del viajero un poco más fácil ( pero no esperan bufet) quizás si quieren algo específico y no lo encuentran acá pues busquen otras opciones 😌 RECOMENDAMOS ESTE LUGAR . ESTUVIMOS MUY FELICES ESTOS DÍAS

• Handzic (10/5): - Our stay at Da Merion was lovely. Marina is an exceptional host, going out of her way to fulfill all our requests. We had all we needed. Both the rooms and the common area were very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. There is a tram and bus station very close to the accommodation and a metro station in walking distance. Everything was great and we have no complaints. Thank you Marina 🌷
• Renata (9/5): Bardzo przyjemne, czyste miejsce w dobrej lokalizacji - Bardzo czysty pokoik i łazienka. Dużo udogodnień w obiekcie np. suszarka do włosów, żelazko. Dużym plusem jest ogólnodostępna kuchnia, gdzie można sobie cos podgrzeć na kuchence gazowej lub w mikrofali, przygotować kawę lub herbatę, zjeść śniadanie. Fajna lokalizacja, 5 minut spaceru do linii metra C Pigneto, skąd można wyruszyć na zwiedzanie Rzymu. Okolica spokojna, w pobliżu duże sklepy spożywcze i knajpki. Chętnie wróciłabym tu jeszcze raz. Słabe śniadania. Przez cały okres pobytu (5 nocy) gospodyni nie wymieniła ani razu otwartych butelek z sokiem i mlekiem w lodówce, które były tam już w chwili naszego przyjazdu. Mogły tam stać nawet miesiąc, bałam się próbować. Na początku pobytu w lodówce były jajka, ale kiedy zostały zjedzone, nie zostały uzupełnione. Przez cały okres w lodówce stały te same jogurty, nie były uzupełniane na świeże.

El desayuno no es bufé, he estado hospedado en otros lugares donde el desayuno era más amplio para elegir alimentos.

• Airali94 (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Host gentile e disponibile, camera pulita. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso ma fornito di diversi locali. Un po' decentraro, bisogna fare vari cambi per arrivare in centro, il tutto comunque risolvibile prendendo la metro e facendo dei cambi, sicuramente più comoda rispetto al bus.
• ㄩㄣˊ ㄒㄧㄣ (10/5): Wonderful Host and Great Stay - The owner was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Even though she doesn’t speak English, it was never a problem—she used a translator on her phone very well. The room was extremely clean and spacious. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and just two stops to reach the center of Rome. There’s a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, and the owner provides breakfast every day (fresh croissants, milk, pastries, jam, cheese, juice, etc.). A truly pleasant stay!

• Cinelli (7/5): Estadia satisfatória - A acomodação é simples, porém satisfatório. O B&B fica distante dos pontos turísticos, tem metrô e ônibus próximos, mas como Roma é muito visitada os transportes estão sempre muito cheios. O café da manhã é bem simples.

• Edin (10/5): Great stay! Grazie mille a signora Maria per tutto! - It’s in a really nice area Pigneto, full of restaurants and bars. Be aware that in this area you will experience siesta. The property is old Italian house/building, with a nice terrace, and the owner signora Maria, is super nice and kinds. It’s clean and has all you need.

• Sam (10/5): Great accommodation with everything you need. Well worth the short tram ride into central Rome. - Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host was really helpful and accommodating. She doesn't speak English, so it was a good chance to practice our poor Italian :) We just used Google Translate to communicate with no issues. It was a bit far away from central Rome and attractions. But that wasn't an issue because there was a tram close by that ran up and down Via Casilina, which took us right up to Roma Termini. Public transport was easy. We just trapped our credit card on the machine to validate our trip. No transport passes were needed.

Not the hosts fault but the neighbourhood was a bit noisy with dogs barking at night and construction starting next door before 8:00 a.m.

• Mariam (9/5): Superb - The host was extremely nice and helpful. Check in was very smooth although it was late at night. Breakfast was typical Italian and was very sweet. Toilet is very clean with sufficient amenities. Shower cabin is a bit small and people with enclosed areas phobia might not be very confortable. Toilet fan sound was very high.

The bathroom cabin was very small and uncomfy, the actual price you need to pay for the room is more than what you see because of very expensive tax, not sure that you cant find something better for the sum of price per night and tax per night together…

• Qasim. (9/5): Value for money and helpful owner - The place was clean, and the owner was very polite and helpful. She accommodated our late check-in request and ensured we had extra crossaint for our breakfast. Great value for money we paid. The location was slightly far from central town even though it had direct connecting tram, which was time consuming as on our first day in the city there was a bus strike.

• Jon (5/5): Would not recommend - Nothing Location was poor, graffiti and poverty everywhere Breakfast was just stuff in the fridge and things in packets and croissant in a glass case. Shower was so small the shampoo ran out your hand before you could use it as you couldn't get out the way of the fixed shower head , which was blocked with lime scale and sprays all over the place. Very expensive for its location and feel .

• Karolína (9/5): We can reccomend it! - We like this cozy apartment. Host is really kind and caring. We comunicated with google translator (host doesn´t speak english), but it was ok. Breakfasts are modest but sufficient for us. Accomodation is 5 minute walk to tram and metro station (15 minutes to centre of city). There are shops and restaurants near the appartment, quiet location. We can reccomend it. Host doesn´t check Booking chat often.

• Petr (9/5): Superb - Pleasant accommodation in the wider center. There are 3 rooms in total. Marina is a nice lady and will give you all the information. The subway is a few minutes' walk away, or you can walk to the monuments. The Colosseum is approximately a 35-minute walk away. There is a supermarket around the corner which is handy. Overall we were satisfied and would return. There is a construction site next door
• Mayara (10/5): Perfect hotel to stay in Rome - Marina was very helpful with us!! The cleanest room that I ever saw (floor, sheet bedding, bathroom, kitchen and etc). Shower was perfect with different types of temperature and volume of water. As soon as we wake up, the breakfast was served (we woke up very soon, ~ 5 am). Furthermore, the hotel is very near of metro station, good restaurants and market. N/A

• Serhii (9/5): Small quiet hotel next to the metro station - We liked the location: many street art objects around and a metro station in a walking distance. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Super-friendly host met us few hours before a New Year and allowed us to stay longer after check-out. Very calm place overall. We had an access to a kitchenette. Brand new-looking bathroom. Some sweets and tea/coffee available for breakfast. It would be good to have some non-sweet options for foreign guests, e.g., ham and cheese.

Amazingly friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were ok even when I locked my friend out and fell asleep, she was ready to come and help! Great place, peaceful sleep, comfortable, sweet balcony for breakfast which was a lovely Italian style selection of goodies, bathroom in the room was super clean too. Location is perfect - 5 minutes to the subway and Pigneto is a super cool neighbourghood to explore for cafes, restaurants amd bars. Thanks Maria! Nothing to dislike about this place! Highly recommended!!
