• SooYoun (4/5): 처음간 로마 숙소 - 위치는 시내에서 멀지 않아 좋았어요.아침식사로 크로와상 등 간단히 먹을 수 있게 줌비해 주셨고 커피머신도 구비되어 있어서 좋았어요. 또한 세탁기사용은 가능했어요. 주방에는 전자레인지가 없었고 인덕션사용도 불가했어요.욕실과 객실이 바로 앞 다른 문을 사용해 열쇠로 열고 잠그고 하는 식이었어요.매번 열쇠를 들고 왔다갔다하니 옆방에 피해가 되는 것(열쇠딸깍소리)같아서 마음이 불편했어요.또한 옆방소음에 불쾌했네요.

• Fatima Zahra (3/5): Deludente - Il check-in in anticipato alle 12:00 Pulizia ok In stanza si moriva di freddo, e abbiamo passato tutta la notte a gelare….i termosifoni in cucina e corridoi erano spenti e il condizionatore in camera erogava aria fredda anche con 27 gradi impostati! Nonostante avessi scritto e chiamato l’host non ho avuto nessun tipo di risposta o supporto.

• Gayane (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, close to bus station and metro station, you can access any place to Rome easily ( 25 minutes distance from Colosseum on metro). Rooms are very clear, great view from balcony and in kitchen there are good facilities like coffee machine and fridge. Only kitchenette is missing for cooking

• Vanouhi (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean place with private bathroom. The rooms were big with a nice balcony. Breakfast options provided. Definitely would recommend to a friend in terms of great value for money. A short bus ride to city centre with bus stops very close by (within 3 mins). It could’ve been closer to the City Centre, but it was close enough for a big city.

• Diana (10/5): I would totally recommend this booking. - Very good accommodation, we had everything we needed there, including towels and fridge in the room. The owner very nice, he provided us everyday with water, fresh fruits, pastries, juice, french toast, jam etc for the breakfast. We could also have coffee or tea every morning in our kitchen. Room very spacious, very clean, new appliances. The location was good, about 8-10 minutes walk to the metro station and then 4-6 stops to almost every atraction. Just next to the accommodation there is a supermarket where you can find anything you need. Also you have Mc Donalds like 800 metres away and Basicila San Paolo at about 1 km away which you should visit because it’s worth it (free entrance also). Only one thing I didn’t like much: the fact that we had our bathroom outside the room (which we knew) but it didn’t bother me very much because it was right in front of the room and we had the key for the bathroom. Despite that, the bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Thank you Note: no shampoo/soap provided. I always bring travel size ones for us but another guest didn’t have any. We were happy to give them our extra set😀 None

• Tudor (8/5): Overall was a great experience despite the drawbacks regarding the noise or the bathroom. - The price was good, the room and the bathroom were clean. Close to 2 bus stations and at 10 min walk from Basilica S. Paolo metro station, the line directly to Colosseum. Breakfast is what you need to be energised for a long walk day. The owner was kind and always available via WhatsApp when we had something to ask. He gives us also some advises to enjoy more our stay. Bathroom not in the room. A little bit noisy if there are other guests in there or if you have the room near to the entrance. (you can hear also the elevator)

• Sami (4/5): No one should choose this stay unless he/she desire sleepless and comfortless nights - The host seemed quite welcoming at the beginning, flooding us with information and offering his help with the luggage. However only after entering the room I understood that all this kindness served to dissipate the disappointment the guest would have when entering the room. Everything we found in the room was different and worse than what we expected. There was no balcony and both the lightning and aeration of the room were very bad, almost suffocating. The beds were one sofa-bed and another bed that the host fixed the very last moment quite precariously leaving parts of the sofa bed in the middle of the room with no space to fell comfortable nor to leave the phone charger or other personal objects. However, If we wanted to camp my mother and I, we would have choses a camping site and not an expensive apartment. The absence of air conditioning made our stay very difficult and we had trouble to sleep all night long. In addition, there was not sufficient equipment nor tools to make proper use of the kitchen which made the place also less comfortable. Last but not least, only at the arrival we discover that the space was to be shared with other hosts even tough we rented it expecting to have our privacy and the entire place for us. All of the above is extremely disappointing especially considering the price but also the fact that I am pregnant, my mother is over 70 years old and we had already informed the host of my status and need for extra comfort sue to my precarious conditions.

• Anastasija (10/5): Nice accommodation that fulfilled our expectations and would recommend it to people staying in Rome. - The breakfast corner had everything we needed and the coffee was a great breakfast addition. The room was big enough and the balcony offers a nice sunrise view. We were glad to have a private bathroom that we could lock with a key. There is a supermarket called Conad right around the corner. The metro stop is about 10 minutes away and the line also stops right at the Colosseum. Mrs. Cinzia made the stay amazing with her kindness and positivity. The doors were a bit squeaky and sometimes we could hear noise from the people in the other rooms. However these are minor drawbacks.
