• Claudia (6/5): Silenzioso ma trascurato - La stanza è dentro una palazzina silenziosa. Presente l’ascensore. Macchina da caffè espresso e piccola colazione. Tavolino per fare colazione e frigo. Non ho gradito per niente che il letto non avesse il coprimaterasso. Le lenzuola di sotto subito a contatto col materasso. L’acqua dello scarico della doccia non andava via bene. L’acqua dello scarico del water spesso non si fermava. A disposizione in un armadietto tazzine da caffè, tazze e posate. Ma non erano pulite bene. Non erano presenti né strofinacci ne detersivo piatti per pulirle. Nel bagno la luce dello specchio non presente e nessuno spazio presente per mettere il beauty case e spazzolino. Insomma grande trascuratezza

• Maria paz (4/5): Decepcionante. - Lo único que me gusto en realidad fue la ubicación, cercana al metro y que había un market saliendo del mismo metro. El alojamiento es una habitación en un edificio antiguo, el cual le hacen falta muchísimo para ser un lugar cómodo, el estanque del wc esta continuamente funcionado y suena una fuerte caída de agua las 24 horas, (el baño se mantiene humedo siempre) el desayuno realmente no es desayuno, son un par de bollería industriales con mermelada. No debería decir que es con "desayuno incluido" ya que es un factor al momento de elegir e igual debes hacer el gasto extra en desayuno fuera. Creo que el precio no justifica, es mi tercera vez en Roma y por lejos el peor alojamiento. Por ese precio puedes conseguir algo mucho mejor.

El aire acondicionado casi no pudimos encenderlo, la cisterna no funcionaba, el lavabo goteaba y el desayuno muy decepcionante (croisants en caja de supermercado, cuatro zumos mal puestos y cápsulas de café). Pero lo peor de todo fue cuando el hombre que se encargaba de la gestión de la habitación entró en el alojamiento a las 9 de la mañana cuando estábamos durmiendo, y no contento con ello, se quedó 10 minutos dentro cuando le dijimos que se fuera.

• Ln (6/5): Mixed experience - great location and poor conditions - The only upside was the location – conveniently close to metro and bus stations, making it easy to get around. The accommodation itself was quite disappointing. We booked three nights with breakfast, but only received a minimal offering on day one (an empty croissant and a piece of chocolate, and an apple), nothing on day two, and on day three we had to remind the staff, only to get the same croissant again. This is not a proper B&B experience. The room was outdated, noisy, and not clean. The bedsheets had visible stains, which was very off-putting. The bathroom had no hangers, so we had to leave our clothes and towels on the toilet seat. The shower floor was slippery, and overall, the facilities resembled a hostel more than a guesthouse. Additionally, the key didn’t work from the inside, so we had to slam the door to keep it closed, which did not feel secure at all. Would not recommend unless your only concern is being close to public transport.
• Guadalupe (1/5): -The flat was very dirty and far away from the city center. - The only nice thing is that the neighbourhood is really calm, but if it's your first time in Rome, it's definitely way too far from the city centre. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I was just very disappointed with this booking, so I couldn't avoid saying anything. Here's a list of things that made our stay a negative one: - The pictures are outdated, the bedroom definitely doesn't look like what you see. - The room is not clean. - There were hairs everywhere when we arrived (bed, bathroom, even inside the mini fridge) - Some of the cutlery was dirty - One of the neighbours rang our bedroom bell on Sunday and Monday at 9 AM to ask when we were leaving, which made us really uncomfortable. - The only view of the bedroom is of an abandoned building. - The towels were very thin and even hard to the touch, so not comfortable to use after taking a shower - The shower drain was full of hair so everything would flood when taking a shower.

• Elisio (8/5): very good place and location for a short stay. - The room and location were very good. We expected a better breakfast, since it was said it was included. However, there was an electric kettle, tea bags, and some toasts and jam. It is ok to be able to make a cup of tea but it can't be called breakfast.
• Sofie (1/5): terrible and disappointing - Nothing was good about this stay. We did not feel welcome and the place was not close to our expectations (from the pictures and ratings)... Everything was horrible. The location of the B&B was not very good - far away from the centre of Rome and the neighborhood was not very inviting (many locals and it didn't feel safe). The host was not very welcoming and couldn't talk English. It felt very uncomfortable to arrive to the place mainly because of the host, location and settings.
• Olesia (5/5): Compromise option - Looks like it’s a villa neighbourhood, with convenient transportation and a supermarket nearby. The building has a little private outside area where you could do sports and an elevator. All the amenities (air conditioning, coffee maker, hairdryer) worked. The only clean place was the bathroom. The rest was even unpleasant to touch - bedside tables with a thick layer of dust, fridge in stains and with someone’s hair inside it… we couldn’t walk barefoot without washing our feet all the time. And there are no mosquito nets, that’s a huge drawback.

• Bronte (10/5): Great! Quaint and convenient! - Great size for a couple staying in Rome for just a few days. Comfortable, clean, seems like a lot of thought was put into the property. Only place there’s room for improvement is the pillows on the bed could be a little more comfy. Overall, definitely recommend! Pillows on the bed could be better.

• Hannah (7/5): Good - The location was great, close to the metro. The check in was also very practical. The breakfast was coffee, some apples and a croissant in a plastic bag. We were expecting more of the breakfast.
• Bagrat (4/5): Near metro. Broken bed. Not very clean. - It was just near the Metro line B station Policlinico, so getting around was a lot easier. There was an AC, which is a lifesaver in Rome, and the owner left some snacks and coffee on the table, which constituted the breakfast. The bed broke the very moment we sat on. The owner said that’s normal and we can fix that. This happened way too many times, and when you are on vacation, this is the last thing that you would like to deal with. The bed sheets had holes, towels had hairs on them. Now I have seen worse, but not for the price.
• Elena (4/5): Two days in Rome - The location is very good, you can walk to the city center which is a big plus. This place needs a general cleaning, and even a small repair is better. There is a lot of dust on the surfaces, the bed linen had a hole, there is rust and mold in the bathroom. This greatly spoils the impression.

• Kayleigh (5/5): one night was enough - close to a metro station that was only a few stops from the coloseum and near a supermarket. large room and separate entrance way very loud building work started at 7am. room was very hot so had to have the window open- there may have been an air con/heater unit but it wasn’t plugged in. the lamps didn’t match and one had the remainants of a lampshade but had clearly been on fire. main light and bathroom were pretty dirty and the breakfast could have been a lot better - a plain croissant for example could have come with butter or jam
