• Zlatina (8/5): For me it was an excellent choice, loved the location, the comfort of the bed and the decent cleanliness. - It is well maintained but the biggest advantage is the location. Excellent location near ancient Rome and public transport. The building has an elevator. Charming building and room. The room and bathroom a little small. If your day is packed with activities it is OK the bad is comfortable but not good for staying in your room the whole day. Garbage bins too small and hard to open.

• Sylvia (9/5): Perfekt von mir ausgesucht. ;-) - Die Lage ist perfekt. Gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Freundliche Betreuung. Der Zugang war über drei verschiedene Zahlencodes etwas aufwendig. Aber diese haben immer funktioniert!
• Artur (10/5): Wspaniale miejsce we wspaniałym mieście - polecam! - Przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Za wyjątkiem Watykanu to wszędzie doszliśmy z buta :) pokój, ręczniki, pościel czyste i pachnące. W pokoju niczego nam nie brakowało Najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy po prostu były. Czuliśmy się tu komfortowo i bezpiecznie - chociaż zbyt wiele czasu w tym pokoju to nie spędziliśmy :) Pokój i kamienica mocno w stylu mieszkania starego miasta, więc jak ktoś liczy na luksusy to nie tu i pewnie nie w tej okolicy patrząc na inne budynki i mieszkania :) Ale dla nas to tylko potęgowało całą wspaniałą atmosferę Rzymu :) kontakt z Luigi wyłącznie na whatsapp co dla nas było również na plus - bo szybko sprawnie i bez zbędnej straty czasu. Może warto delikatnie zainwestować w remont prysznica i kabiny ;) mały koszt, a zmieni dużo :)

Nessuno si è presentato all'arrivo, né alla partenza. Tutte le informazioni ricevute riguardanti l'accesso al palazzo e alla stanza ci sono pervenute solo per whatsapp. Tassa di soggiorno pagata (€ 42,00), con il nostro accordo, in contanti ad un incaricato. • Piotr (1/5): Fatalnie. Oszustwo. Uważajcie - Jedynie lokalizacja była dobra To jest coś okropnego! Nie polecam! Uważajcie nie dajcie się oszukać na ładne zdjęcia na stronie !!! Oszustwo!!! Stan lokalu całkowicie do Remontu! Okropny grzyb na ścianie, wielkości 1m x 1m. Łazienka fatalnie zniszczona, wszystko okropnie brudne. Nie było ani jednej dobrej rzeczy w tym pokoju! Jeden wielki brud!!!

It is well-equipped with everything needed, including bedside sockets and even a hair straightener, which was a great touch. It’s great that there is a free luggage storage service available — very practical and appreciated. There is no Wi-Fi, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Vários restaurantes, bares, café e mercadinhos proximos ao lugar. Vizinhança bastante segura. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e é bastante limpo, porém o prédio em si nem tanto. Ficamos no segundo andar, acessivel via um minúsculo elevador ou por escada, sempre repleta de materiais do hotel e bugigangas ( sacos de roupas de cama, ferramentas, e toda a sorte de quinquilharias do hotel) ; o aspecto não é bom...

• Aled (2/5): Misleading !!!! - The location of this property and the room itself is the only positives. The noise within the apartment was awful — we were kept up most nights by the other people staying there, and it only quietened down after we had to tell them ourselves. We aren’t even sure if the owner had let them know we were staying there too. It’s also not made clear in the listing that this is just a room within someone else’s apartment, not a private apartment as advertised. On top of that, the access code for both the main door and our room were exactly the same. This meant anyone who knew the code could enter our room, which made us feel very unsafe throughout our stay. Overall, we were really uncomfortable and felt the listing was misleading. I hope these issues are addressed.

• Gabriela (10/5): Would come back 100% - The room and bathroom were VERY clean - 11/10. One thing that I didn’t like was that technically the room is within an apartment - and the door is an interior door, so there is not much noise insulation. There was another family that had the other part of the apartment and it was a bit noisy at times because they were with a kid… and well, kids slam things and cry and whatnot. Regardless - 10/10 stay. The location was perfect - the Colosseum is literally just around the corner. Most of the city’s Roman Empire remains are within walking distance, and for those that aren’t - there are plenty of bus/tram stops nearby, as sell as the metro via the Colosseum or Manzoni stops. There’s a gelato shop nearby which is great, with an amazing view of the Colosseum. The restaurants are a bit “meh”, so you definitely have to walk or take the public transport to roam around and find a nice place to dine. The door should be changed - noise comes through from the other room.

Thank you Luigi Having two large codes to enter the building , on a short stay they are not easy to remember , if your phone was not fully charged you may have been stuck . Maybe shorter codes rather than the two 6 digits would be easier.

There was a kettle in the room and some cups but no coffee or tea. I think a few tea bags would be helpful. We couldn’t sleep very well one night because of the noisy neighbors who are some students renting apartments in the building but we understand is not up to the host.

• Jennifer (2/5): Poor - Location We was left outside with no instructions on how to get in the building and some other guests let us in but then I had to message and call the person who was meant to ,he arrived 20 minutes after we got there to take the taxes from us ,the room was not the cleanest as there was black body hairs all over the bedding ,the chair in the room was broke as the shower head. The shower was not in good condition, and there was all damp mould in the top corner of the roof ,the fridge also was not working, the hairdryer was all melted and the toiletroll holder was hanging off the wall.The bed was like sleeping on a board, so it was not comfy at all. I know the price was good for where we were in regards to location, but there is no excuse for poor service and cleaning. I was very disappointed as this was a surprise for my best friend for our first time in Rome.

Very comfy room. Noise from other apartments was very audible. The cleaning could have been more thorough ahead of our stay which we noted with the host.

• Isabelle (2/5): Very poor - When I arrived at the White Ostilia Guesthouse on a Sunday night at 11pm, the room was very dirty (bed sheets, bathroom, toilets, floor) because it was not cleaned after the previous guest. There was obviously a problem with the cleaning and this was extremely annoying after a long trip and arriving late at night. The contact person was reactive, answered my call and found a solution which was to send me to another apartment in a different neighborhood for the night. However it was of course not convenient to change apartment super late at night. When I came back to my room on the next day it was clean and the location is very good.
• Ondřej (8/5): Overall great experience. Incredible location and really helpful staff. - Nice, clean apartment in great location. Incredibly close to Colosseum. In 4th floor there is no noise from the street. Comfortable bed. Really helpful staff. Shower is quite small, not for bigger people. You really can hear neighbors like they are in the same room. Corridor in building is straight from horror movie, but that might be just Italian standard.

Breakfast was included in the price, but it was only valid for a croissant and coffee/cappuccino. We then paid for breakfast because a croissant would be too little for us.
• Christopher (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. - The room was clean, air conditioning worked, bathroom was modern and clean. The location was around the corner from the Colosseum which was fantastic. The keyless door lock was tricky to use and was frustrating trying to open the door to the room. Breakfast was included served at a nice cafe up the street, but we weren’t told it was closed on Wednesday and we had to buy breakfast elsewhere.
