• Julia (8/5): Eine solide Basis, um Rom zu erkunden - Die Lage im schönen Stadtteil Prati und das Haus mit altem Aufzug waren wunderbar. Viele Busse fuhren in der Nähe, auch die U-Bahn war nicht weit entfernt. Zum Vatikan konnte man laufen. Der Self-Check-in nach Videos, die auf Whatsapp übersendet wurden, war einfach, der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir waren 4 Nächte da und haben uns im eher großzügig bemessenen Zimmer wohl gefühlt. Die Fenster gingen zum ruhigen, sehr großen Hof raus. Frühstück hatten wir keins. Nach zwei Tagen wurde gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Den Bildern nach zu urteilen, hätte ich mir etwas mehr Glanz erhofft. Das Zimmer war dann doch eher einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad schwer zu lüften, das Bett OK.

• abilio (7/5): J’ai eu beaucoup mieux - Le lit était trop petit, pas confortable du tout salle de bain, très petite quatre sachets de produits pour se laver On a passé trois nuits, j’aurais pu nous changer au moins une fois les serviettes et j’ai trouvé dommage qu’on doit partir avant 10 heures

• Damian (7/5): - The location is very good—close to the Ottaviano metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. The check-in process was straightforward thanks to the self check-in. This also allowed us to check in later than the stated times, which we appreciated. The room itself felt a bit uninviting and could have been cleaner in the bathroom. The lighting was very harsh, the mattress was worn out, and there was a cigarette burn stain on the tablecloth.

• Maciej (6/5): Są wady... - Głównym atutem tego miejsca jest jego świetna lokalizacja. Obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko najważniejszych atrakcji oraz punktów komunikacyjnych, co znacznie ułatwiło nam zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po mieście. W łazience zauważyliśmy problem z grzybem. Próbowaliśmy wyjaśnić tę kwestię z gospodarzem i prosiliśmy o interwencję, jednak niestety nasze prośby pozostały bez odpowiedzi i nie podjęto żadnych działań, aby zaradzić tej sytuacji. Liczyliśmy na większą dbałość o higienę i lepszy kontakt ze strony obsługi.

• Thea (8/5): Fint bed and breakfast tæt på bus og metro og i et hyggeligt område. - Danielle tog rigtig godt imod os! Det var meget fleksibelt at tjekke ind. Der var det vi skulle bruge på dette bed and breakfast. Der var lidt lydt ift dem der boede i lejligheden ved siden af.

Ho trovato un appartamento piuttosto malandato, pulizia discutibile con un pessimo odore, lenzuola e asciugamani scadenti e di cattivo odore, arredo molto scadente. Non ho incontrato nessuno del personale ma sono stati molto gentili ed esaustivi via messaggio

• Poppy (5/5): Good location - Daniele was very helpful he assisted us with early check in and allowed us to leave our bags after we checked out which was ideal. The guest house is in a good location, close to the Vatican and is not in a touristy area. It’s reasonably priced for what you get compared to other prices for a room in Rome. We were expecting more of a hotel but it this an apartment converted into three hotel rooms which maybe could’ve been made clearer, but it still worked. We were out exploring Rome during the days so we only used the room to sleep. The rooms were photographed well. You get what you pay for. The bathroom was not great. It could do with a bit of love. It smelt very strongly of the shower drain and the smell also came into the room so we kept the bathroom door closed at all times. There was some mould in the shower.

• laganà (6/5): - la posizione del B&B, la dimensione della camera. la pulizia va assolutamente migliorata. Il bagno ha il lavandino piccolo, è risultato abbastanza sporco e manca di mensola per appoggiarci i propri effetti personali. i cerchi reggi asciugamano e cartiagienica sono arrugginiti!

• Roberta (9/5): - Molto comoda la posizione in quanto si trova a 300 metri dalla metropolitana e la zona é sicura e residenziale . Stanza pulita e ordinata . Sono stata felice del mio soggiorno. Piccolo appunto a titolo puramente amichevole, consiglierei di cambiare il verde sulle pareti e mettere un colore molto più soft e inoltre cambiare quelle fortissime luci bianche mettendole calde in modo da risaltare un bellissimo soffitto e rendere l‘atmosfera più rilassante !! Renderebbe la struttura più accogliente e lussuosa ! Per il resto non ci sono appunti da fare , andava tutto bene

• Anna Margarita (10/5): - I like the location. It took me 15 minutes to walk to where the tour of Papal Audience last Wednesday. It is 6 minutes walk from Ottaviano Metro Line A It is clean. He sends a detailed video description on how to operate the lift and which keys to use for the gate, apartment. It is also better to send written instructions as well. Dan is accommodating. He allowed me to leave my luggage after check out. Definitely recommend this B&B if you are visiting Rome and Vatican for the Jubilee.

• Gail (8/5): The rate was good as the jubilee was on. - The bed was very comfortable and the host let us leave our luggage at the apartment as we had a late night flight. Lots of restaurants nearby. No coffee machine, the bathroom was tiny. It would be nice to have a microwave.

• Bede (10/5): - The apartment is located right next to the Vatican, in a very central area. It’s perfect for exploring the city. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was great! The host was also very kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this place

Daniela was very friendly and gave us great recommendation for a restaurant :) Highly recommended! The walls to the other rooms were very thin and you could hear everything. But this is to be expected in older buildings.

• Aleksa (10/5): Every recomendation, excellent value for money - Everything, location is nice, its better to be distanced from the city center, because crowds of tourists are huge, and this part of the city is maybe the best one (beautiful as well). There is a cool restaurant nearby, just across the street, and everything you need is in the neigborhood (shop, bars, restaurants, coffeshops, etc.) It’s quite and peacefull. The host Marco is very professional and cool guy, he didn’t bother us for 5 days, yet everything was set up, and the agreement was completely fullfilled. Very nice man, very nice stay, and wonderful neighborhood. The bad creaked, maybe that’s the only thing worth to mention, but it is the minor problem, to be completely objective.

Will stay in great memory, I hope i will come again. - High walls, nice envoironment, nice details in a room, those bricks are really nice looking. Whole property is nice, clean and calm, bed is pretty wide and comfortable. Radiators were sometimes working sometimes not.. it doesnt depend on your will.. however, you can use air conditioning for warming the space

• Lauren (8/5): Lovely spot, convenient, and in charming neighborhood. - It's in an apartment in a charming Roman villa. The neighbors are the nicest, friendliest people, and it's on a street with lovely small shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the Vatican. The room was great, overlooking the street. Quiet at night and very safe. There were some glitches with the elevator not working which made for some difficulties on the day I left. But overall the hosts were very forthcoming about it.
