• Cristiane (6/5): Ok dentro do possível mas não me senti a vontade e nenhum pouco confortável - Que levaram um ventilador na tentativa de sanar a questão do ar condicionado Elevador pequeno e bem apertado , cozinha compartilhada , banheiro do lado externo do quarto. Ter outros hóspedes no mesmo apto sendo alugado quartos - banheiro com forte cheiro de mofo - ar condicionado travado no 29

• Angela (7/5): Bien situado pero deja bastante que desear - Bien ubicado, cerca de termini y también cercanía andando a 40 min de los sitios de interés. Bien aislado del ruido. No funciona el aire acondicionado, llovió y queríamos secar la ropa y no funcionaba el aire ni tenía pilas. La luz del espejo del baño muy útil para maquillaje estaba rota sin funcionar. Olor a humedad sobretodo en el baño. La cama blanda se metía al centro.

Міні холодильник в кімнаті Спілкування з власником жахливе. Надіслав інструкції по заселенню за дві години до часу заселення. Хоча я намагалася зʼясувати деякі деталі, які не вказані в бронювання ще за 14 днів до заїзду. Він весь цей час не відповідав. Букінг також не міг вирішити дане питання. Не відповідав ні в чаті на букінгу ні в вотсапі. Дав незрозуміле посилання для оплати туристичного збору куди потрібно вводити всі дані картки. Чайник треба викинути. За такі гроші можна було б і губку для посуду змінити. На ліжку можна спати лише з однієї сторони. Інша продавлена !!! Добре що в кімнаті було ще одне мале ліжко. В іншому випадку спати двом людям в цій кімнаті було б не можливо.

• Elena (2/5): - La posizione Ho pernottato per 5 giorni , in questi 5 giorni nessuni è venuto a pulire la stanza , quando in altri b&b ogni 2 giorni veniva qualcuno anche solo a pulire il bagno . Per quanto riguarda il bagno ogni qualvolta mi facevo la doccia si allagava tutto poiché il doccino era rovinato e schizzava acqua da tutte le parti. Per quanto riguarda lo staff assente , o con risposte tardive . Ho chiesto di avere un phone , in quanto quello presente in stanza non era funzionante, ma la mia richiesta non è andata a buon fine , quindi rimanendo con i capelli bagnati per tutta la notte . Cucina non utilizzabile Mi dispiace fare la recensione negativa poiché la posizione sia ottima .
• Elisabetta (7/5): Più che accettabile per un breve soggiorno - La posizione e la pulizia che sono le due cose più importanti. Nel bagno uno scalino non evidenziato ed abbastanza pericoloso, la ventola non particolarmente efficiente, la mancanza degli asciugamani da lavandino e da bidet -c’erano solo i due asciugamani da doccia- In camera il piccolo frigo un po’ rumoroso e la mancanza di uno specchio visto che il bagno privato non è direttamente comunicante con la camera.

Bankada sorun olabileceğini düşünüp ikinci linkten tekrar ödedik. Sonra kontrol ettiğimizde iki kez ödediğimizi gördük. Kasıtlı bir olay mı bilmiyorum, ancak bu aksaklığa karşı dikkatli olmanızı öneririm. Kısaca beğenmedim. Karşısınızda bir telefon numarası dışında muhattap yok. Sorunları çözmek çok uzun sürüyor.

(9/5): Habitación cómoda cerca de la estación Termini. - Habitación cómoda,espaciosa,luminosa,con una pequeña nevera,cama grande con sábanas limpias, está muy bien ubicado,la cocina está completa aunque nosotros solo utilizamos el microondas. El baño privado está fuera de la habitación, pero tiene su propia llave,y está muy bien, sólo que hay que tener mucho cuidado al salir del plato de ducha porque se puede uno resbalar,ya que además hay un pequeño escalón.

Ho segnalato un problema grave al lavandino del bagno, completamente inutilizzabile, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta da parte del proprietario. Di fatto non era possibile utilizzarlo, situazione assolutamente inaccettabile per una struttura ricettiva. Inoltre, non c’erano nemmeno asciugamani a sufficienza. Servizio inesistente e totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Tra l'altro di notte si sentivano costantemente rumori di passi e tubature. Sconsigliato.

• Riccardo (5/5): Lo consiglio solo per la posizione . - La posizione Non mi è piaciuto che non era specificato che il bagno non fosse in camera perché non c’era scritto che fosse situato all’esterno. Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia Non mi è piaciuta l’assistenza della proprietaria. La cucina è da migliorare , è stata trovata abbastanza sporca . C’era solo un asciugamano e non erano presenti coperte aggiuntive. Il condizionatore da rivedere.

• Justyna (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE! Denied access and no communication. - I strongly warn everyone against booking this property. Despite having a paid reservation, the host never provided the entry codes or check-in instructions. I tried to contact him multiple times throughout the day and evening via phone calls and messages – he consistently rejected my calls and ignored all inquiries. I was left without a place to stay at night because the host refused to provide access to the room. Booking.com had to intervene, and I received a full refund due to the host's failure to fulfill the reservation. Unprofessional and rude behavior. Stay away!

• Alicia (1/5): Disgusting - Absolutely disgraceful charging money for this place, black mold absolutely everywhere, the A/C kept spilling water everywhere we had to put towels down, when we messaged about the A/C we were ignored, we both got sick after staying here and my partner got a bad nose bleed from the mold spores and it got on the bed, we then got a message saying I must have got my p*riod and I was sent a payment link to pay for new bedding, I don’t know if it was because he was talking to a woman, he had no problem messaging me for money but couldn’t reply when I said there was water from the AC everywhere and black mold and about how much we had to pay for anti biotics, disgraceful and shouldn’t be allowed advertise on booking.com

Non si sono resi reperibili per il check-in online ( sempre la segreteria inserita o telefono spento) rendendo difficoltoso il nostro arrivo.

La comodidad de los colchones (eran muy finos) y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba los suficiente para el verano siendo 3 personas durmiendo.

• Emmanouela (7/5): Good - The location, in my opinion, was one of the best things about the property. It was really close, within walking distance, to the metro station, buses, and Termini. The room and bathroom were clean, and we had no complaints about the roommates. It was easy for us to get in, but honestly, the whole system with the passcodes, doors, and keys can be a bit confusing at first. First of all, the price. As it says in the description, it’s shared rooms in the same apartment but with a private bathroom for each. I don’t think it’s value for money for what it offers. The room we stayed in had a broken AC, the pillows weren’t in good condition — they really need to be replaced. Also, the walls weren’t very clean; you could clearly see the dirt. The rooms need a few small improvements to be decent — like some curtains, a new AC because the one there is literally from medieval times, and for the closet, new hangers for the clothes. We didn’t use the kitchen, so I can’t comment on that part.

• Pasi (7/5): Pleasant stay at great location. Good value for the price - The property was based in a very good location and like 10 mins walking distance to Termini station. Bus stop was very close like 3 minutes away. Its a very safe area and there are supermarkets and great restaurants near by. We stayed in room Azul but the bathroom was right infront of us and was private. The little kitchen had everythig we need to prepare food when needed. The bed was not that comfortable and badly in need of new pillows. The room and floor is quite cold as the air-condition heater option didnt quite work well. The tv doesnt work but we didnt need it so was not a problem for us.

• Tushar (7/5): Good - Location The two single beds were pushed together to form a double bed, but they kept sliding apart whenever I moved or turned during the night. Toilet tank took way too long to refill before one could flush again. Messaged the owner but they didn’t respond.
