• Anne (10/5): A really lovely place to stay and I would return without hesitation. - The location was central and felt safe. Very easy to access public transport. The breakfast was beautiful varied and tasty. It couldn't have been better.
• Fresia (10/5): Great stay , with very noce hosts near subway line A and good restaurants. - The breakfast was great, the hosts were amazing and interested, good tips! Nearby restaurants and Subway are a big plus. Very good bed. Balcony is nice and sunny. Ventilator is nice for the night (airco we didnt use as temperature was not that high). Fresh water every day is also thoughtful. Omly a minor thing, There is no shower curtain, so need to sit in the bath.
• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts Claudia and Marco are wonderful, very helpful and kind. They gave us a lot of recommendations and tips for our trip. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. They thought of every detail and made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is very close to the metro, which leads to all touristy locations. 10/10 stay at their wonderful apartment.
• Jannik (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Amazing hosts who are not only able to share all the information you need to make the most out of your stay but who also are exceptionally friendly and nice. Very convenient location. And of course not to forget the great breakfast. Can only recommend this place!

• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Claudia and Marco are the best hosts we have ever had ! :) If you plan to stay in Rome and have a real Italian experience you have to stay at their B&B. The breakfasts are amazing! Apart from a beautiful view from your balcony, great breakfasts you also get the information about Rome from Claudia and Marco, who are great guides and can tell you what to visit and what to avoid in Rome, which is a "hidden knowledge" only the Romans know 😉 I recomend B&B Splendidae Mundi from the bottom of my heart ❤️

• Marlene (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing - The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable from preparing lunches to organizing rides and sharing valuable info on where to go in Rome Would highly recommend.
• Ezaru (10/5): Cosy and good location - Lovely room and bathroom with a small terrace on the fifth floor. The owners live in the same apartment and the breakfast is served in the living room. It's in a nice building close to the Cornelia Metro station. It was our first trip to Rome and Claudia and Marco, our most accommodating hosts, gave us amazing tips and tricks to visit the most interesting places. Since is rained on 2 out of 6 days, we needed advice to make an entertaining inside tour. The room is very clean, the hosts clean it every day, and the bathtub was amazing for me (I am very short and usually my feet don't touch the end 😄) Great breakfast, Claudia accommodated our late sleeping habit by preparing sandwiches most mornings 😁
• Artur (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything they have a very clean house. They are very good people. Very attentive very caring. They cook delicious breakfast very well. I advise everyone, if you fly to Rome, be sure to visit and stay at their house. near the house there are metro buses all vehicles and more shops all In Rome, only I did not like the weather of 10 days, we lost 2 days due to rain. Although this time is normal.

• Zane (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed staying in this place. The owners were super nice and helpful, breakfast were amazing. Staying in this place helped us to experience Italy even more. We had to use metro to get to the center of the city, but the metro station is very close, so it was very convenient. I would deferentially recommend this place.
• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent breakfast with coffe/tea, sweets, with bread with pesto/tomatoes/olive oil, fruits. Much better than in the hotel. You can chooce time. Prepaded by host´s. The room and bathroom was cleaned everyday and were big and calm. You can also check the terrace. Place is really close to metro station nad shuttle bus from/to airport, many shops and great restaurants. You are in the city center during 15minutes?? and you have calm, withous other turists. We are really happy that we choose this accomodation and believe we will stay here again.:) Really nothing. Everything was excellent.
