• Andreane (8/5): - C est un bon pied à terre à Rome. Super emplacement : juste à côté du métro, mais la marche jusqu au Colisée, la fontaine de Trevis vaut la peine. C est une petite chambre, mais parfait pour Rome: dormir et repartir toute la journée. C est propre et les proprios répondent à toutes les questions. Par contre, la douche n’est pas pour les gros ou grand. Mais bon, c est Rome, il manque de place. Pour le prix c est vraiment super :)
• Nóra (7/5): - Mit dem Check-in hat alles super geklappt. Unser Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Außerdem war die Lage sehr nah an der Metro-Station. Es war nur etwas laut, da das Zimmer zur Straße hergerichtet war.

• Pola (7/5): - Gospodarze bardzo mili. Śniadanie to słodkie bułki w plastikowych opakowaniach, do tego jajka na twardo, chleb tostowy. Dostęp do kawy i mleka nieograniczony. Pokoje sprzątane były codziennie, czystość była w porządku. W pokoju numer 2 bardzo śmierdzi odchodami kotów, które załatwiają się i są w klatkach zaraz za ogrodzeniem tarasu, nie da się otworzyć okna bo smród jest w całym pokoju. Urządzenie do podgrzewania wody wydaje bardzo głośne dźwięki, słychać to też bardzo z pokojów obok. Generalnie jest głośno, ściany bardzo cienkie i jak ktoś ma problemy ze snem to polecam stopery. Słuchawka od prysznica była za ciężka i spadała na głowę, co utrudniało mycie sie w tak małej kabinie. Nie było interwencji pomimo zgłoszenia tego do właściciela.

Café da manhã com produtos tipicamente locais. Tudo muito bom! Voltaríamos para lá com toda certeza! O acesso ao primeiro andar ser somente por escadas. Com as malas isso se torna um pouco cansativo, mas nada que desabone, pois os outros pontos superam essa limitação

Insonorizzazione insufficiente, purtroppo è situato al primo piano di una strada molto trafficata e si sentivano perfino parlare le persone sotto sul marciapiede.

Prvu noc sme boli v apartmane b - Vyborna poloha, par metrov od zastavky metra, potravin, detskeho ihriska. Pesia vzdialenost ku Coloseu je cca 2km. Apartmany su dobre vybavene, najdete tam vsetko co potrebujete. Jedine co chyba vo vybaveni kuchyne je sporak, takze miesane vajicka na ranajky vybavite v ranajkovom bistre nedaleko 😉 Izba bola denne upratovana, vsetko ciste, vonave. Ako minus hodnotim maly sprchovy kut, my sme sa vosli, ale niekomu by to mohlo robit problem.

• Ghislaine (8/5): - Chambre spacieuse, propre, cuisine/salle de petit déjeuner accessible tranquillement en libre accès toute la journée, personnel très accueillant et agréable, deux stations de métro à proximité, une pour rejoindre la gare presque sous les fenêtres, et l'autre à 5/10 min de marche pr aller au Colisée. De nombreuses lignes de bus aussi. Bcp de restaurants et cafés juste à côté. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Rome Le seul bémol de taille pour les personnes sensibles, c'est le bruit (vraiment fort) de la rue.. les chambres 1 et 4 donnent sur la grande rue passante donc ambulances, voitures, motos... Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger,ça peut être compliqué .

• Ekaterina (10/5): - We really enjoyed the hotel.😊 The breakfast included milk, cereals, toasters, croissants, juice, different kind of bakery. It was really nice. Really quite, clean, comfortable room, climatisation that works perfectly (it was really important because it makes about +35 outside🥵) . I would say that the main advantage of the hotel is his location - 1 minute to metro station that leads you to Vatican, Trevi fontain, Spanish steps and almost all the main things you wanted to see in Rome. Also you can walk to Collosseo in just 20 minutes. There are also a lot of osterias, restaurants close to the hotel, a Carrefour also in like ~5 minutes. I can only strongly recommend, it was really nice! 👍 The only thing that made us a bit sad was the bed. It was 2 beds put together not a one normal double bed. That's why during the night you risk to fall into the gap between two beds. So if you travel in couple with someone, be careful ! 😄

Kendilerine teşekkür ederim ama tekrar orada konaklamayı düşünmem İlk olarak tek katta yan yana 2şer oda olacak şekilde 5oda mevcut, bütün herkesin sesi herkese gidiyor yurt odası gibi herkesin saat kaçta kalktığı, yattığı, banyo yaptığı duyuluyor, büyük ihtimal evden bozulmuş bir konaklama, banyo eklenmiş odalara.. 5gece kaldığımız için keşke bu fiyata başka yer tercih etseydik dedik. Kahvaltı dahil olması tercih etmemize sebep oldu ama kahvaltı da hep paketli market ürünleri kek, kuruvasan, süt, meyve suyu tarzı şeyler vardı, ocak yok yumurtayı sıcak suyla haşlayabilirsiniz dediler su ısıtıcısının daha önce bu amaçla kullanıldığını düşünerek 5gün boyunca su kaynatıp çay içemedik. İkinci gün odaya temizlik istemedik 3.ncü havlular değişsin die istedim havluları banyoya atmama rağmen aynı havlular tekrar petek üstüne asıldı kirli ayak havlusu bile değiştirilmedi, yatağın üstündeki örtüyü toplayıp dolap üstüne atmama rağmen çarşafları değiştirmedikleri gibi hanımefendi o yatak örtüsünü yatağın üstüne tekrar sermiş ve aynı şeyi 4.ncü günde tekrarladı.. yerler oldukça tozluydu sanırım hiç paspaslanmıyor saç kılları, öbeklenmiş toz birikintileri hepsi mevcuttu 😒 Kaloriferler sanırım günde 2 kere 1 er saat yanıyor oda küçük olduğu için hemen ısınıyor ama akşam 10 gibi kapandığı için gece soğuk oluyor bunun için ayrıca klima var, yataklarda sadece çarşaf var battaniye, yorgan vs yok Biz 5yaşında oğlumla kaldığımız için çok konfor bulamadık gecelik 20euroya ekstra yatak getiriyorlarmış, istemedik. Bir de banyo gerçekten ama gerçekten inanılmaz küçük yan dönerek girmek zorundasınız Ve son olarak kasımda gitmemize rağmen inanılmaz sivrisinek vardı ve gerçekten çok büyükler, gidecek olanlar rahat uyumak için mutlaka sivrinek koruyucu tablet vs götürün.

The only good thing is the location & the owners communication however they need to be honest about where your staying. WiFi is non existent in your room Photos don’t match the booking.com page Breakfast is poor

• Lee (7/5): Good - The close proximity to everything. The team were on hand at all times to answer any questions and provided adequate assistance. Perfect for a short stay. The communal kitchen with food, yoghurt and juice was sensational. The shower was very, very small (however, I think that is normal in rome). The sheets weren't the cleanest, but being a quick turnover and a high place of interest this is understandable. The bed overall wasn't the best being 2 individual single mattress'. All in all the place was fantastic, and would stay here again if needed.

• Annie (8/5): A budget stay for travelers not spending much time in the room. - We booked this B&B last minute as we had a change of travel plan and decided to spend more time in Rome. Price is very reasonable and host Silvia was very kind and nice to Whatspp me all the checkin steps ahead and followed up. She even provided lots of fruits, yogurt, juice and snacks out in the common area which was convenient! Room was clean with high ceiling so we felt spacious. Location is approximately 30-40 mins walking distance to the Colosseum and another 10-20 mins to the other main historical attractions. We did not spend much time in the room anyway so it fits our need. Area is safe even at the late evenings. We had Room 1 and it was facing the main street so we could hear the busy traffic with ambulances and police sirens, mostly during the day and evening time. But seems like noises die down at night cause we could still have good night sleeps. They had the smallest shower we have ever seen - just enough to step in and out - very tight for even small people like our size! Also, there was no hooks or place in the bathroom for us to put our changing or even hang our towels.

What is more, outside the terrace there are many cats that poop there and nobody cleans this mess. The smell is not pleasant so you can’t really enjoy the terrace. Other than this - everything was perfect.

• Dawn (6/5): Nice clean place but don't expect to eat the breakfast! - I did li.ke the place and location. I previously stayed very close by this area the last time I was in Rome. It was clean and I met many travelers staying there also. They provided laundry! I didn't utilize it. but saw other travelers do so. The check in was very confusing. I don't speak Italian and if it wasn't for the neighbor who called and asked how we get in, I would still be standing there. The breakfast was terrible. It was all packaged, processed food, except for the apples, juice and milk. The only decent thing there was cereal and they never replaced it. when it ran out. I saw the white bread they had replenished and they spent a whopping .45E They should lower the price and not include breakfast, as I'm sure they wouldn't eat it themselves. Who only knows how long those items have been sitting there. No expire dates. There was no elevator use!
• Adrian (7/5): Close to Metro at Re Di Roma - just don't meet the cleaning lady - Fabrizio & Luaria are very pleasant and courteous to deal with often going to great lengths to meet our request. The lady cleaning staff that we encountered was very rude and unpleasant - didn't want to change towels towards the end of our stay and threw a fit when told by her boss to do so!

It was nice you can have something to eat and coffee at the property before to go out. A lot of restaurants and shops near by. The shower cabbin very very small , if you are a big guy , you have big chances to not make a shower. I am 1,50 cm and i am small and still was hard to have a shower. The lady from the cleaning very unfriendly, we speak with the guy from the property we can leave the bags inside early and she shouted at us we are not allowed. She was very upset when we told her we want to leave the bags inside , rolling her eyes because of us she can’t clean.

• Gunita (10/5): Nice place - I had a great stay at this room. The location is excellent, being close to the metro, shops, and a children's playground. I especially appreciated having a balcony. The room was cleaned daily, and breakfast included delicious Italian pastries and great coffee. It was also convenient to have laundry facilities available. The host was very responsive and helpful.
