• Milton Rogério Silva do (6/5): Melhor que dormir na praça 🤔 tipo pagou mas não levou. - Gostamos da localização, da limpeza, gostamos do espaço Não gostamos do primeiro atendimento pois fomos ao endereço indicado no site e não havia nenhuma informação na porta de entrada do prédio, não tínhamos internet para ligar e tivemos que usar os dados em roaming para fazer chamada telefonica, com isso aumentou os gastos. Depois nos chamou no Watts para nos dizer que o endereço onde íamos ficar era na rua de trás, e o chekin pela internet, mas não tínhamos internet então foi difícil até entrarmos no alojamento. Depois sempre respondeu no whatsapp, entramos e saímos e não vimos ninguém, foi tudo por whatsapp e senha de entrada no apartamento. Escolhemos estadia com café da manhã, mas o anfitrião falou que no apartamento não tinha café da manhã, ou seja pagamos por um serviço que não foi atendido. Isso nos deixou chateados e muito. Se não tem o serviço não pode oferecer no site e tão pouco cobrar por ele. O serviço nos atendeu d afor.a de não ficarmos na rua, mas não era o que esperávamos.

On m'a demandé deux fois de mettre à jour ma CB alors que j'avais déjà effectué le paiement. J'espère ne pas être débitée deux fois. La serrure de la porte de la chambre est quasiment cassée. La baignoire fuir et le petit déjeuner inclus annoncé dans booking n'a pas été fourni. Cela fait un peu cher la nuit dans ces conditions. Les photos sont trompeuses. Le bain à bulles ne comporte pas de bouchon. Heureusement que le concierge était aimable et arrangeant

• Aug... (1/5): Misleading Listing – Felt Close to Fraud - nothing. I had a very bad experience with this apparment and I feel it’s important to warn other travelers. I booked an apartment listed as “Numero Civico 40” near Milano Centrale, including breakfast. Just before arrival, the address was suddenly changed to a completely different location (Via Sanmartini 69). This was already a red flag. When we arrived late at night (around 22:30), the reality was shocking: the apartment had absolutely nothing to do with the listing. None of the photos matched. It felt like a completely different — and much worse — place. The conditions were unacceptable: - extremely noisy room directly on the street - neighbors blasting TV until 5:00 AM - cockroaches coming out of the bathroom - leaking boiler - breakfast included… but not provided at all We tried contacting the host and Booking support immediately, but received no help and no alternative solution. Since it was late and nothing else was available, we had no choice but to stay — without sleep and in very poor conditions. Honestly, this felt very close to fraud: what was advertised and what was delivered were completely different. I have requested a full refund and I strongly recommend others to be very cautious with this listing. Platforms like Booking.com should enforce stricter controls to prevent situations like this. Very disappointing experience.

• Alkhansaa (3/5): Cheating by using different hotel name it is not B&B Civico 40 hotel - It was clean and large enough. 1. The address is not the same address as mentioned in Booking.com, when I booked it it was showing as a room in B&B Civico 40 Hotel but unfortunately it was apartment in totally different place. 2. The way of delivering the key is very weird, no one was waiting for me and the key was somewhere in the apartment, I called and then the owner contacted me in Booking.com massages and showed me the real address and the place of the key. It was disappointing to go to that hotel location and then discovered it was cheating the apartment not related to that hotel. 3. The voice insulation was very bad we could hear the neighbour's TV and the cars all over the night. 4. The WiFi didn't work. 5. The way of communication is very difficult since there was no body around to ask. 6. The apartment has unsafe area for children the bed is up on the mezzanine and there is no safety finns. 7. There was leakage of water from somewhere up above the refrigerator. 8. There were some insects.

• Andrei (3/5): - The cleanliness in the room was okay, but the bathroom was disastrous. There had been a flood and it was never fixed. The toilet was clogged, and I had to go to a gas station or brush my teeth in the room. I do not recommend it. The gentleman whose phone number was listed seemed very bothered that I called him. I’ve stayed in other B&Bs before, but this one was far below mediocre. We couldn’t lock the room door, and the hallway door didn’t even have a lock. I had to stay on edge the whole time, worried that someone might steal things from my room. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING DANGEROUSLY.

Ho avuto modo di pernottare presso "BB Civico 40" per ben 2 volte  nell ultimo anno (perché sono recidiva e fiduciosa ) per motivi di lavoro, ed entrambe le volte il ragazzo brasiliano  che, a mio parere inspiegabilmente, gestisce le prenotazioni, ha fatto pasticci. La prima volta avevo stupidamente  prenotato direttamente con lui perche su Booking era completo e, nonostante abbia mandato i documenti richiesti e seguito le sue istruzioni alla lettera, " tranquilla è  tutto a posto", all'ultimo momento la stanza non c'era perché si è dimenticato fi fermarla ed ho dovuto trovarmi da sola una sistemazione alternativa, "tanto a Milano è pieno di alberghi" parole sue. Ieri mi è stata assegnata una stanza, ( la 5 in via Ponte Seveso 40 per 88 euro),  rigorosamente prenotata via canale ufficiale Booking, ma con serratura rotta. Per chiudere ed aprire secondo lui avrei dovuto usare una tecnica da scassinatore di cassaforti, "infila poco la chiave, gira prima a destra poi un po a sinistra" . Il che mi ha fatto capire che la situazione era nota ma chissene. Ha accettato di presentarsi sul posto e  trovarmi una soluzione alternativa (piu lontana ed in una zona che avrei evitare volentieri), solo dopo che mi sono visibilmente alterata. Il tutto con atteggiamento scocciato   menefreghista e superficiale, come se il problema lo avessi creato io a lui e non viceversa. Pessimo, disorganizzato e soprattutto menefreghista e maleducato..

Appartamento lasciato a se stesso, chiunque ci può entrare, basta superare il portone del condominio con chiunque che fa avanti e indietro e ci si accede liberamente. Condizioni igieniche disastrose, serratura delle camere inesistenti. Bagno in comune che non era stato specificato, nonostante la prenotazione della camera con bagno privato. L’host è una persona cafona e arrogante, con la quale si parla solo via telefono, se non fa il gioco del silenzio. Esperienza durata un’ora. L’host prende in giro booking e si approfitta delle persone. La prenotazione non era rimborsabile e a noi andava bene finché non abbiamo visto che la struttura in questione è completamente diversa dalle foto mostrate sul sito. Abbiamo chiamato l’host per trovare un accordo e ci aveva dato la parola, l’accordo consisteva in una risoluzione pacifica in cui noi avremmo pernottato altrove e lui non ci avrebbe fatto pagare la penale. Ho dovuto chiamare il signore più di 5 volte, fino all’ ultima chiamata in cui ha deciso che piuttosto di ammettere che sta prendendo in giro tutti, di non rispondere più lasciando la chiamata aperta. Temo abbia pagato qualcuno per avere le recensioni positive perché seriamente la struttura presenta condizioni igieniche pietose e pericolose per la salute di chi ci pernotta. Inoltre, non capisco come sia possibile che booking non abbia verificato una struttura del genere e le permetta di essere mostrata sul suo sito. Una truffa vera.

Although breakfast is clearly mentioned among the covered services within the night rate, no one provided any information about either a breakfast room was set. The lights power button was located outside the room, thus, anytime you want them off you are supposed to get out. Additionally, while the bathroom one was out of order, the 2 lamps in the room were both broken. The place is incredibly noisy at night, as there are other bnb flats managed by other hosts. Moreover, the trains that cross right behind the building, make it even worse at night, and since there is no ac you are forced to "sleep" letting the windows open (with no curtains of course).
