• Olivia (3/5): Overall we weren’t pleased with this B&B and wouldn’t return. Mould, a door that doesn’t lock and poor air condition - We liked the cafe next door where we had an included breakfast and the staff in there were very friendly. The B&B staff moved us very quickly into a new room when we had some complaints about our previous one. The first room we had, there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, our door didn’t lock and the air conditioning unit released black clumps of debris. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything from the room next door. We managed to change rooms but there was still mould in that bathroom and the air conditioning unit didn’t even work. However we did feel safer in this room as this door did lock. Staff supposedly got someone in to remove the mould but we think it may have just been painted over.

Közelebb is vannak èttermek/kávèzók Szállásadó kedves, figyelmes rugalmas is. Tisztasággal semmi gondunk nem volt Jó lokációhoz jó ár társult.

• Laura (6/5): Buono per soggiorni brevi - La cordialità dello staff, informazioni precise e puntuali ricevute all'arrivo. La colazione, buona e abbondante, tramite voucher in bar vicino. Camera pulita. Letto comodo. In sostanza buono se il viaggio è breve e si passa poco tempo in camera. Non avevo notato che si trattava di una stanza all'interno di un appartamento, per cui c'erano altri ospiti, con insonorizzazione insufficiente. La camera purtroppo è molto piccola, c'è solo appendiabiti e niente armadio. Nessun pensile di appoggio in bagno, lavandino con acqua che non veniva filtrata bene dallo scarico. Tre piani di scale senza ascensore, con valigie grandi sarebbe stato difficile. Macchie di muffa vicino al balcone, dove peraltro non si poteva uscire perché lo spazio era interamente occupato dall'unità esterna del condizionatore.

• Maria (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Sistemazione carina e pulita, con tutti comfort, personale molto cordiale. Posizione comoda vicino alla metro blu e in quartiere tranquillo.

• martinaulbar (9/5): Bella camera a Milano - Tutto perfetto. La camera era molto pulita e abbastanza grande. Francesco è stato molto reattivo e disponibile. Perfetti anche i voucher per la colazione. Comodo per la metro. Tutto ok. Peccato che il letto fosse costituito da due letti singoli attaccati e durante la notte si è separato - un dettaglio minimo direi.
• Calcagno (10/5): B&b ottimo - Ottimo b&b, comodo, pulito, con tutti i comfort in una zona ben servita dai mezzi. Ottima accoglienza e ottima la colazione nel bar sotto l'alloggio, anche per vegani. Consigliatissimo. Non adatto a chi ha problemi a fare le scale perché è al secondo piano.

• Anouk (8/5): - Ontbijt bij café om de hoek, prima kamer. bedden zijn vrij zacht Kamer is klein, dus weinig ruimte voor bagage. voordeur van het appartement moet goed gesloten worden anders blijft deze piepen. Hierdoor een keer uit bed gemoeten omdat een van de andere gasten de deur niet goed gesloten had en het gepiep in onze kamer naast de voordeur erg goed te horen was.

Di fatto ho dormito bene, ma ritengo che il materasso sia un aspetto importante di una struttura deputata per andare a dormire.

• Franz (6/5): Mehr schlecht als recht. - Frühstück im Café Dinchi überragend. Empfang war auch super. sehr hellhörig matratze mega weich bad teilweise defekt ( toilettendeckel, duschtür ) sehr in dienjahre gekommen.

La casera fue muy amable y paciente con nosotros, nos aconsejó cosas sobre la ciudad y nos ayudó a subir las maletas. • Elise (9/5): Très satisfait de la chambre et de l'accueil. - Nous avons été très bien reçu. La chambre était fonctionnelle et plutôt propre. Des équipements étaient à disposition. Le ticket pour le petit déjeuné dans le café juste à côté est un vrai plus. Les personnes de ce café étaient très sympathiques et c'était très bon. La localisation n'est pas idéale. Nous sommes loin de centre et il faut marcher un petit moment pour atteindre la bouche de métro. Des travaux avaient lieux dans l'immeuble. Ce n'est malheureusement pas la faute de l'hôte mais le réveil sous le bruit des travaux n'était pas l'idéal.

• Emiliana (8/5): Tutto perfetto o quasi - La posizione perfetta per noi in una zona tranquilla ma non lontano dai navigli con una quindicina di minuti di passeggiata, la colazione in una pasticceria accanto superlativa. Host super disponibile e struttura pulitissima. Per noi non è stato un grande problema perché non avevamo bagagli importanti ma ci sono da fare tre piani di scale e non è presente ascensore. Le camere sono molto vicine e non insonorizzate si sentono tutti i rumori delle altre stanze.

Abbiamo trovato tutto PULITISSIMO e la colazione è stata SUPER!!! Ve lo consiglio 100%. Anche abbastanza silenzioso, credo che forse quelli a fare più casino siamo stati noi hahaha ops 😅❤️. L’unica piccola pecca è che non c’è l’ascensore, ma sono solo 3 piani di scale, quindi per chi non ha problemi è fattibilissimo.

The space had almost everything I needed, and the cleaner was able to help me with small issues that I had. The voucher for the local cafe was a great way to meet people and familiarise myself with the area of the property. The staff at the cafe were lovely and hospitable, and the food was great! Communications with the host were great, Barbara tended to my needs and came and met me after I checked in. It was very difficult to find the property. I was also under the impression that I would be staying within a hostel type organisation, however it was an apartment within a residential block. It would have been reassuring to know this before arriving.

• Tuomas (5/5): Pretty nice stay but bed was uncomfortable. - The staff / owner was super nice and communication was easy. The location was close to the great Navigli area and the Superstudio Events. Breakfast was downstairs in a cafe with nice atmosphere. Bathroom and shower were ok. The room was small, ok, but also the bed was very small, short, and unfortunately very dusty = not clean enough for me. So both my nights I had a hard time sleeping. Wasn't comfortable.

The owners are friendly and the people at the cafe who provide breakfast were friendly too. The rooms are quite poky and the walls quite thin so you do hear some noise from other guests coming and going.

• Natallia (9/5): Superb - the nicest b&b, with clean and tidy facilities, all toiletries you can possibly think of, air conditioning (which is essential in Italian summer), mini fridge with two water bottles, nice wifi. the towels were changed every day, checking in and out was smooth, and breakfast in the nearby cafe, though with limited choices (mostly pastry) was still rather good and very pleasant. location's good too, it's 30 minutes tops to get to the city center or main railway stations by bus + metro. not major inconveniences, just a couple of small details: - there was only a small bin in the bathroom, having another one in the room would be handy - the bed was a bit too soft for me
