The charm of the building, the entrance, the original elevator, the interior design of the room and the balcony was amazing. Our host Stanislao went the extra mile for us in so many ways, he made our experience even better, taking care of our needs. Cleanliness was impeccable. The cherry on the top was the romantic breakfast in the room one morning. We cant recommend this hotel strongly enough.

There’s a door elevator, which takes you to a floor, where - It’s a great little place but rate it like a five star hotel can only come from people that have never been in a five-star hotel. There is no lobby not concierge no place to sit you have your room that’s it. NO Lobby

Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem obiektu, wszystko wyjaśnione - jak dotrzeć i wejść do budynku, wszystkie nasze prośby zostały spełnione (np. możliwość pozostawienia bagażu do czasu odjazdu po wymeldowaniu bez dodatkowej opłaty). Świetna lokalizacja - niedaleko 2 nitki metra plus blisko na dworzec centralny (5 min). Czyste i komfortowe pokoje - wygodne łóżka, malutki balkonik ale bardzo urokliwy, wszystkie pokoje znajdują się na 5 piętrze kamienicy, wjazd piękną zabytkową windą, wejście do budynku przez przepiękny dziedziniec. W pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, mini bar w cenie. Kapcie i szlafrok dostępne dla gości, w łazience jednorazowa szczoteczka, zestaw do szycia, czepek, chusteczki i zestaw kosmetyków pod prysznicem (żel, szampon, odżywka), w łazience dużo miejsca na kosmetyki (dużo szklanych półeczek - pokój Bonasiera). W ramach naszego pobytu (powyżej 3 nocy) mieliśmy śniadanie w cenie w pobliskiej (1 min) kawiarence Rovida (cudowne miejsce na włoskie śniadanie). Będziemy wracać do Le Dimore podczas kolejnych wizyt w Mediolanie. Polecam to miejsce. Jedynie przydała by się półka na kosmetyki pod prysznicem - poza tym wszystko idealne.

• HUIQIN (10/5): 非常NICE！ - 房间非常干净 还有一个小小的阳台种了点花草 让人感觉像在家里～提供的早餐店离酒店很近而且非常美味😋酒店位置也很好 火车站出来步行就可以到酒店 而且离M2地铁线也非常近 方便出去玩 噢 对了 酒店还提供了一次性拖鞋 非常nice！ 枕头有点高 希望配备一个高点的一个低点的枕头这样可以有选择～被子有点薄 睡到早上会有点冷 房间里有取暖器 但不喜欢整个晚上都开着 皮肤会干得受不了～
• Barbara (10/5): Very happy with the accommodation. - This was a beautiful facility. The paint and decoration schemes were tasteful and aesthetically very attractive. The receptionist was helpful and informative and responsive to our needs. We stayed in four hotels on our trip and this was the most impressive. The neighborhood, near the train station, was nondescript, but that did not detract from the quality of the lodging.

They gave the excuse that it was street construction, but it was very clear that the noise was coming from the room above or from the hotel’s own infrastructure. I didn’t sleep at all. I made this trip specifically to rest, paying €200 per night. I definitely do not recommend this place, as they don’t know how to handle complaints properly. They do not care about the guest

Many, many thanks to our host! 🙏 The rooms are really very charming and clean. Balcony also very charming. You hear the noise of the street, but only with open window (when closed well isolated) The location is practical if you travel by train, as near train station. In summary, can only recommend the location and will certainly come again! Nothing

The staff was courteous and helpful with any requests and housekeeping was performed every morning. There is a small cafe a block away for morning coffee and pastries if you chose not to buy their breakfast. Coffee, water and soft drinks were provided in the room free of charge. Loved the old elevator that reminded the users to close inner and outer door before selecting a floor.

The location made it easy to get to the main sites of the city in just a few stops on the Metro. Nothing.

• Hoffman (10/5): Incredible host, comfortable room, amazing stay - If you’re thinking about staying here, do it. I can’t recommend it enough. My wife is pregnant and sick and so we had to make an emergency stop in Milan for a few days so she could rest. We booked this hotel last minute, and within an hour the host had reached out with all the information we needed for a contactless check in immediately. He then came by later to check on us and show us everything about the room and keys. There are multiple locked doors to get to your room, so if safety is a concern, it shouldn’t be! The room itself is beautiful, and the bathroom and shower were amazing. Everything was perfectly clean, and our fridge was stocked with water and drinks, as well as a Nespresso machine and kettle for tea. The tv is smart and plenty big for the room. The bed was extremely comfy, and the ac controllable and very cold. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station, and there is a metro stop half a block away that can get you anywhere in the city. We loved our time here and if in Milan again will definitely stay!! Not much at all…the ac doesn’t extend to the bathroom, so if you close the door it can get warm in there if very hot outside. But this is easily fixed by opening the door between. It wasn’t really an issue at all

The location was not what we expected but we were fine overall with the transportation that Milan offers to get around the city.

Fantastic liaison beforehand. We had a wonderful welcome and the room was charming. Very comfortable with sweet little balcony. Large bathroom and shower with good facilities. All the little extras you could hope for. Very close to Milano Centrale. Nothing and although the property was a little away from main Milano sights the transport was very good (who doesn’t love a tram - route 1 - from very close by)

• Randell (10/5): Boutique hidden gem near the central train station. Prices were comparable to other hotels nearby. - We enjoyed our stay at this small boutique hotel near the train station. Stanislao was exceptional in communicating with us on our way to the property and guided us to the hotel even when the train wasn't able to get all the way to Centrale. The room was large and impeccably clean. It is tucked away on the top floor of a non-descript building only a 5-minute walk to the central train station. Stanislao recommended a nearby restaurant and it was perfect for our first night in Italy. We were there during Fashion Week so prices may have been higher than usual.

It is essentially an apartment building and not a hotel. We were a little surprised by that but in the end were very happy with it.

• Kyle (10/5): Very unique (hidden) boutique hotel near train station - This is a very interesting property. You’re probably booking this because it is close to the train station. It is about 5-10 minute walk away. At first, the hotel seems hard to find, but if you follow the easy instructions they send you, you’ll step into a very cool oasis of a building. From the gritty streets you’ll enter a large door with a lock into to an old cool elevator that leads to a couple of seemingly hidden doors. The concierge was there to help us and the room was very nice.
