• kathleen (9/5): Een mooi herdenkingsweekend in Ieper. - We werden door Eric hartelijk ontvangen. De rondleiding en uitleg over de B&B was heel duidelijk en correct. De ligging was ook heel goed in een rustige buurt, niet ver van het centrum. Alles was netjes. Het keukentje, ontbijtplaats en zithoek was zeker in orde. Er lag veel informatie over Ieper en omgeving. Toch kregen we van Eric ook nog extra informatie. Hij kan heel trots over zijn stad vertellen. Een grapje kon er ook af. De slaapkamer en badkamer waren heel goed en netjes. Een goede nachtrust gehad. Het ontbijt was elke dag gevarieerd van beleg en brood. Zeker en vast genoeg om de dag te beginnen. Kortom, een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Niets.

• Jordy (8/5): Fijne ontvangst en een leuk verblijf in deze authentieke B&B. - Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen, die ontzettend hard hun best doen. Mooie en rustieke locatie, met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Huiskamer en slaapkamer zijn ruim, toilet en doucheruimte zijn prima. Een aanrader.

• debra (10/5): Perfect host, wonderful home from home, fabulous location - The B & B is in a lovely location, excellent facilities and as a host, Eric was perfect. Very helpful and thoughtful. He advised on Ypres, places to eat and made us very very welcome. We would love to return to this beautiful accommodation. Lots of space, super comfy bed, very relaxing. Perfect, many thanks 😊 It was all really good, we were very well looked after.

• A.Brinkman (8/5): Vriendelijke uitbater, zeer rustig gelegen - Het ontbijt met verse streekproducten en broodjes van de echte bakker. Het douchen in de badkuip. Ik ben nogal groot en het gedeelte waar de douche is, is nogal laag.

The hosts are very friendly and provided exceptional breakfasts - This is a beautiful property with excellent hosts, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful, different choices each morning with plenty to eat. Our motorcycle was very safe on the drive of the property. Its about a 25 min walk to the centre of Ypres, if you can cope with this, would highly recommend this B & B. Nothing
• Paul (7/5): Warm hosts - comfortable stay - Continental breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Lovely fresh bread and rolls and fresh orange juice included Bathroom was on ground floor - bedroom on first floor but for us it was not a big problem

Easy access to explore nearby battlefields and history. - Breakfast was wonderful - all local products from farms nearby, along with freshly squeezed juice. Eric and his family are so welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and we had the whole place to ourselves as we were the only guests - this meant we had the whole upper loft portion of the house, lots of room to relax and unwind after a day of touring the area on bikes. The battlefields are easily accessibly by car or bike. You can walk to Ypres in about 25 mins from the house which is nice after a big Belgian dinner in the town!
• Paul (10/5): In short, a great location, great hospitality, and very accommodating, I would highly recommend it. - We had a wonderful stay, with Eric and his wife, who were very accommodating and friendly, the bed was super comfy, and a fresh breakfast locally sourced was served every morning, we arrived by motorcycle which Eric kindly let us park it in his garage over night,

• Ronald (9/5): Interesting area, wonderful city, fabulous B & B - Breakfast plenty and beautifully presented. It has nice and comfortable sitting areas, both indoor and outside. The indoor sitting area has a large flat screen television , use of tea/coffee maker and fridge. The owner was very polite and helpful with an excellent knowledge of the city and area. I’m a fully satisfied with all aspects of my stay: It is a beautiful city in a historic region. The B&B is in walking distance of the centre.

• Go4feet (10/5): A Gem of a B&B in a Residential Neighborhood - The owner, Erik, went out of his way to drive us to and from the train station although we were prepared to walk. We had the entire apartment to ourselves, including a second toilet, but there would be plenty of space for everyone had the other bedroom been occupied. The kitchen was well-stocked with many different types of Belgian beer and, of course, glasses to match the brand! Breakfast included fresh-baked bread from a local bakery. Kudos to Erik and his family! The bathtub-shower could use a curtain or glass divider to catch the water, but I managed without one.
• William (9/5): Very pleasant, would definitely stay there again - Excellent breakfast. Host was very nice and helpful. Very quiet neighbourhood with parking. There is just one thing and it's not a big issue but a seperate shower from the one in the bath would be great.

• John (8/5): Excellent long weekend in very comfortable accommodation - Very friendly welcome and helpful tips given regarding restaurants and places to visit. First class breakfast and host went the extra mile to source and provide gluten free and dairy free produce Very quiet residential area but half hour walk into the main square and no local bars. Erik, the host, however did supply an excellent choice of beers and wines at knockdown prices.!!
