• YUKO (8/5): 色濃い港街ナポリ - 共同のキッチンがあって、お茶をいれれたのがよかった。傘も貸してもらえた。アマルフィに行くのにフェリー乗り場も近く、スーパーや、おいしいジェラートやさんもあった。 前日のオンライン手続きができてなくて、慣れてないと大変でした。フロントには誰もいなくなかなかはいれなくて、荷物を鍵で置いて出かけました。💦スリッパがない。

• Markus (9/5): Top Apartment in Neapel - Das Appartment bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt Ich habe das Apartment ja vorher gesehen und gebucht, daher kann ich hier keine Abstriche für die Ausstattung machen. Wir sind bereits am Vormittag angereist, das Zimmer war ab ca 13 Uhr beziehbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber fand U er WhatsApp statt. Man bekommt einen Code für das Haustier und den Eingang zugesandt. Ebenfalls einen Code für den Schlüssel Kasten. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, man kann auch sein Gepäck schon früher abstellen bzw nach dem Check Out dort lassen, man kommt mit den Codes immer durch die Türe. Das Appartment selber besteht aus einem Vorraum und Schlafzimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, einzig ein kleiner Schimmel Fleck war an der Decke des Badezimmers und in einer Fuge der Dusche. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und wir bekamen auch immer frische Handtücher. Die Klima hat super funktioniert und hat das Zimmer sehr schnell gekühlt. Das Bett ist Kingsize und bequem. Man hat auch einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Lage ist phantastisch, direkt an der Metro Universita, 2 Stationen von Hauptbahnhof Garibaldi entfernt....direkt vor der historischen Altstadt. Zum spanischen Viertel waren es ca 10 Minuten Fußweg, ebenso zum Hafen um zur Fähre zu gelangen und zur Spacca Napoli. Wir waren 7 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La vasca idromassaggio con doccia emozionale è stata davvero il top per un relax impeccabile! Siamo stati molto bene. Consigliamo questa struttura. L’unico appunto che teniamo a fare, non come critica ma come consiglio per migliorare sempre di più riguarda il frigo bar che purtroppo non raffreddava le bevande.

• Cynthia (4/5): Not terrible - Great location near the port and metro, and the neighborhood feels safe. It was easy to find. A lot of misleading in the name and property description. The room stated "seaview," but I got a view of the building next to me. The property told me that it's the site's fault in the setup. There's also not a wellness center as stated on its page. The room itself seemed clean, but it is a bit old, especially noticeable in the bathroom. The hair dryer was rusted as were some areas. The toilet was stained. The shower floor was pretty slippery. The bathroom was missing tissues. The shower had mold in the corners and the shower head had a lime buildup, so a deep clean is needed in some areas while some fixtures just need to be replaced. There was nobody on site for the two nights I was there, but it was fine. They were responsive when messaged, but felt like some of the responses were automated as if they've received the same complaints before. The directions to check in and out were thorough. It's not terrible for 1-2 nights, but definitely not luxury.

• Andrew (10/5): Very clean, very safe and very comfortable. Perfect location at a price that can't be beaten. - The perfect location for an arrival by train and for visiting Naples. A metro station is 100 meters from the guesthouse. Completely and very recently renovated to an excellent level. Instructions for accessing the guesthouse were very clearly explained and the owner was extremely helpful. It would be hard to imagine anything better in Naples at this price. Very minor issue with the bathroom sink that was slow at draining water.

• Luiz (8/5): Bom! - Localização muito boa, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e ao lado de uma estação de metrô. O bairro conta com vários bares e restaurantes no entorno. Quarto grande, cama confortável e chuveiro ótimo. Não é bem um hotel, então não tem um recepcionista fixo e você precisa sair e trancar as portas da entrada. Poderia ter um sistema mais moderno.

• Chiara (7/5): La nostra base a Napoli - Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questa struttura memori dell'eccellente esperienza precedente. Anche questa volta possiamo confermare la silenziosità della stanza, il letto comodissimo, la posizione in una zona centrale ma non troppo affollata e il piacere di poter fare un bell'idromassaggio dopo aver girato tutto il giorno per la città. A parte un piccolo inconveniente con l'assenza di carta igienica la prima sera, che si è potuta risolvere la mattina dopo in quanto era la sera di Natale, ci siamo trovati molto bene anche questa volta. Per il prezzo richiesto suggerirei forse delle piccole manutenzioni ai sanitari (la vasca perde un po', alcuni tappi degli scarichi si fan fatica ad aprire, ecc...) e di ripristinare la colazione, che la volta scorsa era stata da noi molto apprezzata.

Bon emplacement a proximité du port et a 10-15 minutes de marche du centre historique et des quartiers espagnols. Nombreux commerces, cafés et restaurants a proximité. Comme l'immeuble est situé sur une avenue très fréquentée je m'attendais a beaucoup de bruit mais finalement c'était relativement calme. Pas vraiment de défauts. Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit et tout s'est bien passé
• Marion (9/5): Unterkunft zentral und komfortabel, Kommunikation unzureichend, persönlicher Empfang/Service mies - Alles OK, außer Empfang/Check-In Die Buchungsbestätigung gab als Check-In-Zeit 12.00-16.00 an. Einige Tag vor Anreise erhielten wir die Nachricht, dass ein persönlicher Einlass nur bis 14.00 möglich sei. Für eine spätere Anreise sollten wir online einchecken, um einen Code zu erhalten und Zugang zur Schlüsselbox zu erhalten. Die Registrierung war sehr zeitaufwändig (alle Daten inkl. Adresse usw.), aber wir haben es gemacht, weil wir es wegen evtl. Verspätungen des Schiffs von der Amalfiküste möglicherweise nicht bis 14 Uhr schaffen würden. Es kam aber keine Mail mit Schlüsselcode. Glücklicherweise schafften wir es doch noch, einige Minuten vor 14 Uhr einzutreffen, und wurden wir von einer genervten Dame in Empfang genommen. Als Erstes wurden wir gerügt, dass wir so "spät" ankamen und dafür, dass wir die Kurtaxe nicht vorab online überwiesen hatten, was Voraussetzung für den Erhalt des Schlüsselcodes war. Den Überweisungslink habe ich bewusst nicht angeklickt, weil ich der Meinung war, dass es möglich sein müsste, die Kurtaxe vor Ort (bei An- oder Abreise) zu zahlen.

• Christianne (8/5): Leuk verblijf. - Heel proper en goede prijs. Locatie ook goed en goed uitgelegd met de code voor aankomst. Oppassen bij het binnengaan aan de deur in de poort ik heb voet bezeerd nu al veel beter. Voor mij was het te warm op de kamer airco werkte niet en ook mini bar was niet koud,vond ik wel spijtig.
