• Isa (7/5): goed verblijf, aangename ontvangst, slechte nachten door burenlawaai - De locatie was top aan de rand van het historische centrum. Ludovica heeft ons fijn ontvangen en was zeer vlot bereikbaar. Het appartement was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor ons bezoek aan Napels. We hebben heel slecht geslapen door de hond van de buren die non-stop aan het blaffen en janken was vanaf 6u in de ochtend. Dit was zeer frustrerend en onaangenaam en was elke nacht van de 3 nachten die we er verbleven zo. Het nachtlawaai was dus zeer storend!
• Catherine (8/5): As described - The location was very very good A little noisy some nights but this is fully expected when staying in such a good location and therefore wasn't an issue We checked in late and I was worried incase we didn't receive communication from the host on the night however this was not the case. We received very clear simple instructions and check in was easy. Room was very very clean which was great Unfortunately the balcony area was boarded up due to works on the building. Therefore this meant no natural light or view out which is a shame. This obviously isn't the properties fault or choice but it was a shame as being abroad we definitely wanted a balcony.

Building rubbish & portaloo in entrance. The balcony could not be used due to the construction work . This should have been communicated to us prior to our stay.

La propriétaire est joignable très facilement et est très agréable et peut résoudre les problèmes très rapidement. Le petit déjeuner manque de choix. La machine à café n’est pas très pratique d’utilisation. Il manque un jus de fruit et éventuellement un peu de salé.

• Silvio (7/5): Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, auch das Einchecken funktionierte reibungslos .Man ist mitten in der Altstadt zum Hafen 2 - Sehr zentral und gemütlich gemacht. Matratzen müssten unbedingt erneuert werden. Sind sehr durchgelegen. Der Begriff "Frühstück inbegriffen" hat es nicht verdient und führt in die Irre. Es wird kein Frühstück vorbereitet, sondern es sind einige Dinge da, um sich selbst eins zu machen. (Toast, Instantkaffee, Butter, Marmelade und Eier. Man sollte sich selbst noch einiges kaufen, da ein Kühlschrank vorhanden ist, oder geht ins Bistro gleich am Eingang.
• Andrea (3/5): - Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort, offiziell hatten wir erst ab 16.00 die Möglichkeit unser Zimmer zu beziehen . Nach einem Telefonat wurde uns das Appartement zum Abstellen unserer Koffer von der Ferne aufgesperrt. Das "Frühstücksbuffet" war mehr als eine Zumutung, nur Süßes, großteils verpackte billige Lebensmittel, die Kaffeemaschine nicht zu bedienen, alles unter dem Motto " Serve youself". DANKE, nie wieder!!

• Marco (9/5): Due notti nel centro di Napoli - Posizione eccezionale, check-in in completa autonomia grazie all'apertura da remoto del portone da parte dell'host, colazione dolce con sempre qualcosa di sfizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, super consigliato. Trovandosi su via Duomo la strada è trafficata anche di notte, ma credo che nel pieno centro di Napoli sia impossibile pretendere una struttura del tutto silenziosa e lontana dal traffico notturno. Tuttavia noi abbiamo dormito benissimo senza alcun disturbo, gli infissi fanno il loro dovere. Vasca con idromassaggio un po' scomoda per una doccia veloce, ma se si ha tempo per un po' di relax è eccezionale.

• Alberto (8/5): Posizione perfetta e ottima accoglienza - Posizione imbattibile: Uscire di casa e trovarsi a pochi passi dal Duomo e da San Gregorio Armeno è un lusso. È la base perfetta per esplorare il centro storico a piedi. Accoglienza: ​Oltre alla gentilezza dei proprietari, ho apprezzato moltissimo la loro efficienza: abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo tecnico con la doccia e il gestore è intervenuto prontamente, risolvendo il problema pochi minuti dopo la nostra segnalazione. Un'attenzione al cliente davvero non scontata. ​Pulizia e Comfort: La camera era spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto. L'unico aspetto critico resta il bagno: nonostante sia moderno e curato, manca il bidet. Per le nostre abitudini è una mancanza che si fa sentire, specialmente in un soggiorno di più giorni.

• tena (10/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. - Perfekt gelegen, um Neapel zu Fuß zu erkunden. Mitten im historischen Zentrum und trotzdem noch ruhig. Das Frühstück war lecker, mit Joghurt, glutenfreiem Gebäck und Kaffee und Tee. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Die Dusche und das Bad sind angenehm groß. Wir konnten unser Zimmer schon früher beziehen und unser Gepäck ohne Aufpreis nach dem Check-out bis zur Abreise deponieren. Zurzeit wird renoviert, das Haus ist eingerüstet. Ein Hinweis darauf hatte gefehlt.

The room was smaller and less cozy than it appeared in the photos. The key card system was unreliable and it took time to get the lights working. The bed was very soft, and the duvet was not properly covered, which did not feel hygienic. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and only the overhead shower worked, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was included, but we had to prepare it ourselves without prior notice, and the selection was very limited. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

Lors de notre séjour, un échafaudage pour des travaux de ravalement était installé devant la façade, ce qui rendait impossible l’ouverture du volet et de la fenêtre. Cet échafaudage n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce ni signalé par la propriétaire avant l’arrivée. Literie dans un très mauvais état et rendait le sommeil impossible sans avoir mal au dos. Il était donc très difficile de se reposer correctement. On a quitté cette hébergement au bout de 2 nuit .

El desayuno es un 5/10. Imposible dormir, el colchón ya caducó hace muchos años, sentía cada resorte en mi espada y el movimiento de la otra persona me ha llegado a dar náuseas (literal). Es el único problema del alojamiento pero es un problema GRAVE. Es muy urgente cambiar los colchones.

• glenda (9/5): In pieno centro storico, un alloggio perfetto! - Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo presso l’alloggio di Ludovica. La struttura dispone sia di camere sia di un appartamento; noi abbiamo scelto l’appartamento con due camere e cucina, rivelatosi perfetto per le nostre esigenze. La posizione è davvero ottima: in pieno centro storico, ma allo stesso tempo piacevolmente decentrata rispetto alla movida delle principali arterie di Napoli, il che garantisce tranquillità e riposo. I letti sono molto comodi e l’appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Ludovica, un’host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni richiesta. L’ultimo giorno ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura; considerando che pioveva, poter trascorrere l’ultima giornata in città senza il peso delle valigie è stato un plus davvero apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente!

Também perto do metro. Uma zona que nos pareceu segura, que fizemos no geral sempre a pé Em primeiro lugar, depois de termos procurado um alojamento concertamente com janela e alguma vista para rua, ao chegar percebemos que a janela nem dava para abrir porque o prédio esta em obras /pinturas e com os andaimes, nem se abriam as portadas. sem dúvida uma desilusão e depois de informar o proprietário, pelo menos podia ter dado uma atenção ou desconto no preço. Também podia informar desse pequeno/grande detalhe antes da estadia. A cama também podia ser melhor (colchão de espuma em vez de estrado); pequeno almoço também podia incluir alguma fruta e queijo e fiambre fatiado. Tinha apenas cha, cafe, ovos , pão. Poucos utensílios de cozinha, bem como copos e pratos no geral.

Отличный завтрак, что очень удобно. Хозяйке квартиры большое спасибо, всегда была на связи, что очень удобно ,особенно когда первый раз в Неаполе. Очень слышен шум с улицы.

I'm pointing this out because it's just 5 km from the airport and we decided to walk - which was dirty and messy and stressful due to the particular traffic anarchy 😅. So the whole Duomo neighborhood felt like heaven afterwards. Don't get me wrong, the traffic is still chaotic, so look in all directions when you walk, up and down included. May holy Maradona protect you. Our room was lovely and clean, and pretty silent considering the non stop party outside, which was also interesting to experience. The shared kitchen was just as equipped as necessary, and the other guests were nice and considerate. The self check in instructions were clear and the host was really nice and helpful. All in all, this is a very good place to stay in Napoli 🥂

Also, owner is veeery sweet and helping person, she ordered taxi for us and let to leave luggage for extra hours The glass door to the toilet was a little bit inconvenient for me just in case of privacy and the toilet was too loud when the water was flushing. Communication parfaite du personnel pour des conseils sur la ville et autre via whatsapp La rue est un peu bruyante mais c’est le révère de la médaille quand on veut loger dans le centre donc pas de souci
• Maria (6/5): Muy buena ubicación, mal desayuno. - la ubicación es perfecta para visitar Nápoles, cerca de entrada de metro y todo muy a mano. Sólo por esto merece la pena este alojamiento. los colchones de muelles muy incómodos y el desayuno muy precario, bollería industrial y se echa en falta algo de fruta. Tienen cafetera muy simple de cápsulas e incluso algún día ni siquiera nos dejaron capsulas de café.

• Louise (10/5): Cool room central naples - Loved this. Located in a perfect spot for the metro/ marina- Great bars, restaurants. The room was so cool. Really well decorated. The balcony was great for people watching and the doors completely blocked out the noise. The bed was big and cosy. The breakfast was also a lovely start to the day. Nothing
